Pella Spokane could not have been easier to work with. I did my home work and had two other window companies present their product, pricing, and services. George our sales person gave us his very competitive price and commitment with no games or today only discounts. We chose Pella and are really pleased with our decision. Travis stayed in contact with us on our order and scheduling for the work to be done. every thing was seamless and on time. Our house is quieter, we can see through the screens, and our home looks a lot nicer! (several neighbors have already commented on the new look) A nice bonus is the new window moldings inside and out that were part of the installation. Ted the lead installer was great, he made sure every part of our window and door installation exceeded our expectations! Thanks

Well Im still waiting after 3 months and nothing but false promises. I should have went through Anderson Windows and I regret that now! They charged me $12,000 for 6 small bedroom windows and 1 medium living room window. I am already disappointed and havent even gotten the windows installed yet! Ugg...dont make a bad choice like me!

I actually had tried two other companies before Pella. Both were based on referrals and both were aweful experiences. One was no show, now call - after making several appts and the other literally sat in our home for 6 hours forcing us to give a down payment before we had even had time to look over window designs, process the expense etc. I cancelled the check immediately the next day. Waited a week and called Pella and Wyatt in his fictitious super hero cape made us feel valued, was appreciative of our 65 year old home and we found his communication to be upfront, kind, and knowledgeable. We have already placed a second order for our shop we are so pleased with everything!

George came out to my place and gave me a fair quote and a straightforward plan for install on my windows. He answered the phone anytime I called, he was helpful, truthful, and knowledgeable of the Pella product. The installation crew was skillful and it was evident they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend the Spokane Pella office to anyone in the market for windows. We have noticed a tremendous positive difference in heating our home so far this fall.

They alerted be as to when they would arrive at job site, showed up on time and went the extra mile in helping to unload heavy door and get it to the location to be installed. Kirsten and Mike were exceptional. Super responsive to all my calls and questions. When Mike came out to the house, he was punctual, thorough and very patient and helpful answering my questions and doing several minor repairs and adjustments. He has many years of experience and it shows. I wont call anyone but this group for my window needs. They were great, great, great.

We had contacted numerous Window manufacturers, some good and some bad. The common problem with them was that they had limited designs and could not design or think outside the box. We wanted something special and long lasting. Pella was the only company that could provide windows that we would enjoy for many years. We had twenty windows replaced with updated state of the art windows. The installers were craftsmen and extremely professional. They made sure that each and every window installation was perfect. We are so happy to have George from Pella design and order our windows along with John and Robert as our trusted installers doing the project. Three days prior to leaving on vacation, a wild turkey flew into our dinning room window, shattering glass all over our dinning room. Pella of Spokane came out that day, measured and order replacements. Within two days they replaced the outside glass, sealed it and cleaned up so we good to go our our vacation. Just to make it more challenging, it was snowing and forecast-ed to drop into the single digits. They were great; responsive, neat, thorough and kept us well informed. Bob was excellent to work with on a large custom home I built. It went very smooth with just a couple issues which he took care of immediately. He even installed some screens for me at the end which I did not have time to do. Hands down will consider using him again. Thanks Bob!

Bob is based in Spokane, our projects are largely based in Sandpoint, 90 minutes away. Bob will come up here in heart beat to verify, coordinate and general take care of whatever is needed. Hes proactive on projects, going through to make triple sure the windows are the correct size, placement and product. Weve built a trust and he is comfortable making window product recommendations and suggestions. We went through a tough project with changing parameters, changes in the field, etc. Bob was great, never lost his cool - he just handled it.

We started with a rough design and George gave me a list of questions to think about before I came back for my next review of the design. Jaime was very impressive in replacing a window, and adjusting several others to close more smoothly. He was friendly, polite and professional; skilled and experienced in Pella products. But beyond that, he is also very tenacious; when the new window didn’t close perfectly (it did close and seal, just took extra force), he spent an extra half hour troubleshooting, even after I said it was acceptable as is. We looked at many companies for a replacement entry door, after about a year we knew we wanted a Pella. Talked to people from the big box stores and left with zero confidence. Then we contacted Pella Spokane. George came out to our home and we went through al the Q&A, he was very complete.The installation crews were very professional, ran into some problem but always came up with a great solution.Again, the Pella Store had great follow up, we really appreciated the professional service.

We have been having problems with our front door not sealing properly. We thought it was the seal. Kirsten started checking and measuring and discovered the problem is a warped door. We appreciate her determination to find the problem! She sincerely cares about her customers!

Pella windows are pricy, but this is a perfect example why this is our second home with pella windows and doors. Worth the $$$.

Pella of Spokane provided us with great service (May 2018). Theres a story with a good ending here: We had poor dealings with them about a year ago, similar to some of the other negative reviews posted here. Our servicing was never completed, and we dropped the issue out of frustration. We tried again this spring, and learned that until recently, the Pella corporation owned the Spokane operation, and made a lot of unhappy customers by trying to manage it remotely from their corporate HQ. The Spokane operation has reverted back to being a locally-owned franchise (as it had originally been before the corporate takeover), and is eager to re-establish good service. The managers and service techs worked with us to fix the problems and make amends. They were responsive, prompt, owned up to past problems, and we are happy with the results.

Kirstens customer service went above & beyond. She was completely focused on satisfying the customer. Tim, Kirsten deserves a raise.

It took us just over 6 months to get a window replaced, in WINTER!! We started the process in August when it was broken by a loose roofing shingle. They cashed our check in Nov, and yet, when I called angry in Jan it still took them until Feb to get all their parts!!! They confirmed we were over charged and a year later we have never received any type of refund. We have a home made of windows, pella windows specifically, and we will NOT be returning to this company. Do yourself a favor, keep your peace of mind and find a more responsive, responsible vendor. This is one is not worth the headache!!!

I was skeptical at first but after they explained to me that pella in spokane has gone through some changes in the last year and they told me their journey, I changed my mind. They helped me throughout the whole process and I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

It took a year to get a window replaced. 6 months of calling weekly. They try to blame corporate, but it was Tim (owner) I called, along with Bill ( sales manager). This company is not serious about their customers. Ive been waiting 2 months to get a slider door fixed. Still waiting. The worst customer service in Spokane!

Being in the log home business, over the years I have worked with many window manufactures but have repeatedly come back to Pella of Spokane because of their excellent service and customer support.

Unacceptable business practice. Showroom available for appointment only?? They dont answer the phone and they respond to poor reviews by saying they need your contact information to help?? BSNO, they need to answer their phone when a customer calls and have someone in the store if someone wants to come in. If they cant afford to hire the help, go work in another industry. Im NOT leaving my contact information and waiting around for them to call. Answer your PHONE!

Had a couple problems with older Pella windows. Service department was excellent to deal with .... technician (Mike) was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain what was the problem ... and solution.

This place does not want your business. They didnt want mine. Over a month waiting for 1 window and a few replacement screens and still no word. Bus hours are 9-3.....really???

I tried every way I could to contact Pella Windows in Spokane and finally made contact with someone in the mid-west. I needed a window inspection. She made a tentative appointment but said someone from my area would call to confirm. No one ever called me. We built our home and selected Pella windows and have regretted it every time we needs service.

Tried to contact via phone and no possible way to reach a person. Tried for several times without talking to a person. All recording and once you reached the area. Very frustrating
