Dillon is amazing and can help you with all your storage needs. I definitely recommend Self storage on Nevada the facility is very secure and clean. We will definitely be back next winter to store our car baby nothing but the best for our Mustang GT.

I was helped by Dillion when I went, and he was great. Helped us find the right sized unit for our need and made it super quick and easy to get in and out of a unit in our time frame.

Run as far away as fast as you can from doing business with this company! The person named Dillon who says he is the manager is so nasty and foul I can’t believe this company keeps him employed! I would drive a hundred miles out of my way before I would ever even consider using this company again! I gave 1 star because I had to it wouldn’t let me leave zero stars which is what I wanted to do! They will lie to you yell at you call you names and threaten you with a smile not somebody I would ever deal with again or recommend!

Initially good experience, friends staff, and very clean facility. No problems until the checkout process. Keep your contract, their filing cabinet system is outdated and they lose documents. If they switched over to a computer system that kept all their records, I would change this rating and recommend. Otherwise, I would not.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful.The facility is extremely clean very well managed. All parking is asphalt unlike our prior facility that made us park our 45,000 rv in dirt. Rv spots are wider and the price here are much less than our previous storage facility.

Employees tried threatening to have my stuff forcibly removed because they lost the paperwork showing a space as closed out. After 3 days of fighting with them they found the paperwork. A few weeks later, my remaining space was surrounded by large rvs/trailers and my truck had been chopped for parts while in the storage facility. Despite trying to assure me the cameras could see my vehicles, the camera views were blocked and all they were interested in pointing out is that they have you sign away all responsibility to them for keeping anything safe and secure. The sequence of actions seems retaliatory from their staff. They are helping criminals and hindering police investigations. Do not use this location for storage!

I initially had a good experience with a storage unit that I rented for a year, but upon ending my contract Jesse told me the wrong move out date and charged me an additional month. I spoke with Cody about this and Jesse claims that he told me the 26th not the end of the month as he said in our call several times. Im very disappointed with the service for how much this storage unit costs. I do not recommend.

The storage units are great, no issue with that. My single star review is because of an incident that happened in their “secured” lot. Less than 1 week after we put our RV there, the security guard that they have patrolling the lot crashed into it in the middle of the night in his personal vehicle. It caused thousands of dollars of damage to our brand new RV, and the one that was parked next to ours. Secure It and their security service have been completely uncooperative with providing information to the insurance to have the necessary repairs done and we have been dealing with this for months. The way this situation has been handled (or really how it HASNT been handled) is very unprofessional and we would never choose to use them again.
