The rental process was simple and the customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable! I was able to access the building with ease and it is very safe and secure. The size and location of the storage is perfect for my current needs. I would recommend this company and rent again if needed in the future.

I must say that the whole experience was completely painless and I actually laughed and had smile. Early on a Tuesday that is n accomplishment. She was a doll very polite extremely fast and accurate. The entire process took 10 maybe 13 minutes and believe me at least 7 of those minutes that poor woman had to listen to me. Yeah the guy who reserved 3 15 ft storage spaces for 9 boxes. So all in all great experience and great job. I wonder what her review of the experience would be. I bet she deals with idiots like me all day and still was attentive and actually laughed at my jokes. NOBODY does that. Anyway entire was good 👍Im smiling and entering this with my one finger typing skills so she impressed me I dont text my wife this much. Lol 😆

Very Clean, The website made it super easy to get a unit as well as pay for it the process was not painful. Whatever you do make sure that you download a site map because the building is huge and theres hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of units and its very easy to spend a very long time long time finding it they give you the option when you rent the unit to download the site map dont make the mistake of not doing it other than that and that it was a pretty good experience

I called, I visited, I signed up. The young lady at the office was very pleasant and made sure I got to look at those units that were of interest. The units and the facility is extremely clean with plenty of fairly easy access. No complaints thus far. And, the first month is FREE!

Changed my review from 4 stars to 1 star. Would give them ZERO stars if i could. Have only been there since April. Started at $85/ month. Just got a post card from them in July saying they are raising it to $133/ month.!!! Looking for another place.

Extra Space Storage in Spokane (on Division St) could not have made it any easier to move in. Friendly staff and willingness to help was fabulous. Easy move-in directions made the process a lot better than we expected. It’s new, clean and very well lit.

I highly recommend this storage facility. Its new, well-constructed, secure, easy to move into, and under good management. I had to quickly move my apartment into storage and they were super helpful by phone and then in person. Other big facilities in Spokane charged more and would not give direct answers about dimensions, climate control, costs, insurance, etc. The folks at Extra Space make everything very clear and went above and beyond.

The staff at this location was more than accommodating. Clean, climate controlled, and secure. Dont let the giant FOR LEASE sign and candy in the back of the van parking lot deter you. The store manager is waiting with a smile under her mask to make sure you are well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Extra space had a killer deal getting us in!!! They were very helpful and fast in servicing us & when I wanted to switch my unit from upstairs to down they gladly had no problem doing so and it was very convenient with Catherine and heidis help !! Very professional and friendly with all age groups as I did have my son and my very confused grandma with me so we all felt welcome, helped & heard !!!!!!!!!

The storage units themselves are actually pretty nice but the office lady is only nice while youre paying for the rental it seems. And unfortunately they dont tell you if you walk out of their facility 3 minutes late you end up getting punished like a child and can only access the unit you rented during business hours when you have to check in and they unlock your code. Wow and at 90 bucks for a 8x10 definitely moving out of there. Also be careful because the entrance is on the back side of the old Costco and is a little scary because you are cut off from traffic its not fenced in with a huge parking lot that anyone can sit in thats not renting there. I saw a car parked there for 2 hours while I was there and they were smoking something and watching me. Just scary. I actually called my brothers to let them know where I was at and to call me every 30 minutes and if I didnt answer they were going to call the cops for me. Thats how creepy it was. Yeah. Nope Im out of there ASAP.

Both employees were very professional yet personable while showing me were my space was at. They made sure I was happy with six I had reserved online day before...I signed my lease & was on my way without delays. Easy facility to set up with online. No need for human contact. They provided me with a lock in the space for no extra charge. They seem to really care about your experience. Facility is clean and safe. The only complaint I have is the carts dont maneuver well around the ramp or on turns with heavy loads. If they could get them with rotating front wheels that would have been way more helpful.

Rented a unit here the other day, I was able to rent the unit completely online - and the staff followed up almost instantly after I finished. I showed up today to see the unit and wow not only was the facility clean but you could tell the two office girls care about the property, they were cleaning in the front of the building when I showed up. They were nice enough to give to me a tour and show me how to find my unit and where to find carts. I don’t usually do reviews but they earned this one for sure. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. 5 stars to the office gals at Extra Space

I called the store in pursuit of storage for a friends car while completing a month long business commitment in Spokane. Dorothy was amazing!!! She was kind, considerate and spent a large chunk of time helping me process the options of storing the vehicle. This is the kind of excellent business service we all hope for but have come to expect less due to so many bad experiences. Again, Dorothy was fabulous and went above board to help a guy who wasnt even sure what questions to ask. Im grateful!

I want to give a shout out to two amazing ladies at the North Division “Extra Space” facility! Dorothy and Katherine went way above the mark on customer service. On August 30, 2020 I went to the facility to add a piece of furniture to my treasures, at that time I did struggle getting door open. It did open and I thought I had arranged things well enough to not be a problem in the future.Fast forward to today, I went back to facility to organize some more and nope, nada, ain’t happening. I arm wrestled for about 10 minutes and then went for extra woman power. Katherine and Dorothy did everything humanly possible and they came out the victors. I have humbly rearranged my clutter and owe these ladies a huge high 5! Please recognize their customer care and service, they deserve it!Thank you from the bottom of my cluttered heart!Deb C

They even locked up for me once when I took my lock with me.They are also accommodating as I asked for a larger storage space after a few weeks. They are hard workers and super friendly. When I submitted an online request form, I indicated a move-in date of 11/6. When I got a call from the company one week after submission, the employee set me up starting mid October without telling me anything about it. The only way I found out about this is only after I asked directly and this was actually AFTER I already paid for the storage (I didn’t sign any contracts yet). The employee said that I couldn’t Reserve with a start date of 11/6 ahead of time and the only option is to call on that date and see if they have any available. I voided the transaction and definitely not interested in doing business with you.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I have never written a google review before, but this place is worth it. I was in a bind and needed somewhere to put my stuff at 5:30pm on a Friday. They closed at 6:00pm but were still willing to accommodate me. They were so fast and friendly. Needless to say, we got all of my stuff moved in on time! Thank you Extra Space Storage!

They will not let renters use their bathroom. Said because its too dangerous with COVID. They told me to go next door and use the Home Stores bathroom. Wait, so its okay if the Home Store has bathrooms, but not Extra Storage? Plenty of businesses have bathrooms for their customers. COVID is just an excuse to not have to clean the bathroom (in my opinion).
