I felt great about the whole process. Everything went so smooth and was so easy.I spoke with Brian and Jacob and they were both very friendly and answered all my questions and everything all set up and ready to go.The place is very clean and the price was right and the location was great.

What cant I say good about this place. Since we started renting a unit here they have all been helpful. Had a lock go bad after 5 uses, and they went above and beyond to make sure we not only felt taken care of, but actually were taken care of. Will be renting from this place for as long as I need to. No reason to even shop around.

Nice facility overall. Very narrow driveways between the buildings. The potential is there for long waits to load or unload.

Was a customer for a long time. Never had any complaints. Always friendly when i called. Always acomodating when i needed more or less space. Even helped me move from space to space. Couldnt be happier with them. Highly recommend them when any one asks.

The staff was very kind and courteous and was extremely helpful inside the store and answered all of my questions and helped me decide what materials I would need and the style lock I would need for the storage unit I reserved. I’m not sure why this place is receiving mixed reviews. It is the nicest storage unit we have ever used. We like this place so much that we rented a second unit. They even give military discount and went out of their way to coordinate to keep our one way U-Haul rental for us as a drop off point. Exceptional customer service over the phone and in person and clean, new storage options!

Bets way to take care of your storage needs is first look up their prices on ththee website. Then call the local site. Head down and get the whole deal done in 15 mins max! They are amazingly helpful and bend over backwards to make your storage rental pleasant and quick.

Clean and dry facilities as to be expected. prices seemed to steadily increase. when using the uhaul rental we were challenged about the gas level because they couldnt keep their records straight. take pictures of everything

I’ve had my stuff stored there for the last two years and have never worried about it. The customer service is A-MAZING and I’ve never had a complaint. I’m currently in NC and needed my brother to retrieve something from my unit but I’d lost the key. The management at SS were super helpful and let my brother into the unit and replaced the lock for me. 10/10, will definitely use them again when I’m back in the northwest.

Nice people, but once you get the unit, they keep raising your prices. I called today and the price of the units are $33.00 cheaper than what they are making me pay per month. They start out low and keep raising your price. You would think they would reward someone for being a long term tenant instead of giving deals for new customers.

They were wiling to reserve a unit over the phone, as I was moving from the Seattle area (another company said they cant do that). In a big move-in, they helped reserve dollies without hesitation. Great customer service in all my interactions! Their units are great and easy to access.

My experiences here left me dismayed and shocked by what was calculating and underhanded in perspective by staff who I dealt with. I had a unit here for 7 plus years. After many years of on time and full payments, I experienced life situations that left me slightly behind and unable to travel to clean out my container. In speaking with John at the office, it became very clear that there was no interest in working with me on my situation but rather since I had kept the unit for such length and paid regularly without giving it up, it became clear that this indicated to him that my unit held something valuable and possibly something which folks there may benefit from if I lost possession. I was shocked that this seemed to be so clearly what his intent and thinking was. Be forewarned those who may consider this a place appearing professional. The sad part was that they were things valuable to me that are irreplaceable. I recommend people use real care with what is trusted in the possession of these people here as they clearly seek to profit from the loss of others as well as the monthly payments made. Pariahs they are.
