Absolutely the best experience ever. Moved my moms stuff in a 15 truck. Had 2 great associates to work with. One to start with and one to end with. 750 miles, 3 mountain passes, and no problems. Wont hesitate to use U- Haul again.

Rented a pickup truck, it was good. As I drove away I noticed the gas tank was only half full, I called and let them know they said they would note it. When I returned the truck (the clerk had her dog sitting on the the counter) I was charged $75 for not filling it up. Thank goodness I took a picture of the dash. Overall it was a good experience, just pay attention to details.

The gentleman was extremely helpful with expediting my UHaul truck. Also he was very professional, patient and calm despite there being a huge line up and he was the only representative available. I gave this experience 4 stars only because this location did not have the appropriate number of staff for the day. I got my truck almost 35-40 minutes after my scheduled pick up time despite arriving 15 minutes early.

Where do I start? Firstly when I picked up my rental truck and open trailer a light on the trailer was not functioning. I touched a wire on it and it started working. I guess she thought that was good enough and she let me leave with it, all so she could conveniently forget about it 3 days later when I returned the rental equipment. I was in a rush dropping it off and the redhead in charge there was so rude to me that instead of waiting there for her to complete my return I left so I didnt have to be treated like that and talked to in that manner in front of my 3 young kids. The redhead was obviously in a bad mood treating me and her coworker in a very poor manner. Told me I would be sorry and Id be seeing the repricussions in my bill. She sure did too. Completely removed my rental contract from existence and landed me with tons of faulty charges.

This location is very busy, BUT, their employees were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and calm even when a few customers were not. Impressive service.

If youre handy with a mobile device its a breeze. Even if youre not - the attendant here was able to give me simple instructions and walk me through the mobile app. Thank you!

Delivery of Uboxes is beyond bad. Uhaul failed to deliver my items TWICE. I called and scheduled my delivery, yet uhaul just doesnt show up. When they finally showed up, they brought only 6 out of 9 boxes and I had to go pick up the rest myself. They stated they called me and I didnt confirm the reservation so they just canceled my appointments - THEY NEVER CALLED. Im tired of Uhauls lies, this company is a hot trash dumpster fire and deserves to go bankrupt for how poorly they operate and blame their customers for their own mess. DO NOT use uboxes, you will not get your items for weeks if your experience is anything like mine. I cant believe how terrible this experience has been, its shockingly bad.

The place was busy and they appeared to be under staffed. (Seems to be the norm these days) That being said, the employees got it done, they were very gracious and the pickup truck was awesome.

Great experience with initial renting of dolly. Returned dolly after hours, app and website failed to register the return. Customer service was able to process it for me... Here are the pictures of the dolly returned.

I had pretty much the best customer service experience for all of 2020 here! I was asisted by Jordan. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and communicated in such a kind and thoughtful manner. He has a few difficult customers prior to me and my mind was blown on how well he de-escalated the conversation, showed realureal and empathy, I was really impressed. He was so helpful with helping me select the right U-Haul equipment, for an already stressful move. Equipment and facility was clean. Overall an amazing experience.

A wonderful experience renting a trailer. The manager, Spencer, is an amazing individual. Professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. I was given options, taken around the lot to choose the correct trailer for my trip and even had my trailer hitch receptacle tested for free! The seemingly arduous task of renting a trailer was easy and I WILL be a repeat customer.

We had a last minute request for a rental. Spencer made special arrangements for us to make sure we were taken care of even though she was already off work. There was a glitch in the paperwork from a new hire and Nicole fixed everything quickly. Nicole has done a great job training Spencer to offer the same level of customer service we have always gotten from her. Highly recommend this location.

Get a better phone system. review based on my experience trying to book an appointment to have a hitch installed. cut to a few hours later i finally reach a human and hopefully the reservation was made correctly the second time. will update review after install.

Was in and out in minutes with a truck

Nicole here is wonderful to work with. She will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. We installed a hitch with her and her team. She did it in a professional manner and took the time to show us how things worked after the fact, including under the vehicle and such. She showed us how things mounted, where the wires went and took the time to help us understand what she did and why. A++

After multiple trips to resolve a trailer hitch issue and rent a trailer as well as calls to arrange appointments with no return calls, I never did get my problem fixed here nor was I able to safely rent a trailer. The service you get is great, but the folks here are severely understaffed and thus unable to deliver on their service.

East end of the old Kmart, very large facility and easy to get lost, once i figured it all out it works just fine, good location and friendly staff, young but friendly, newer trucks get much better gas millage as well.

Spencer and Jeff made it so easy to get a Uhaul and dolly setup for us! After being goofed around by some other places I’m glad I was able to get help from them10/10They need a raise!

The manager here is awesome, She went above and beyond to save me time and money fixing my wiring harness that I messed up. Plus the rates are the best around. If you need a U-haul, come here.

Had a hitch put on. It was very simple and easy. I dropped it off and they had it back to me within a few hours.

Nicole was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. (Not something Ive always found at other U-Haul locations). I just needed boxes, but had her full attention and help. When I came back a few days later to return some extra unused boxes and buy several more of a different size, she stepped away from installing a trailer hitch to help me, with no problems doing the return.

Renting a U-box is quite different than the traditional storage unit. As everyone was new to the location and figuring things out, there was a bit of confusion. However, things worked out, and I think U-boxes are a great way to store your stuff as long as you dont need constant access to it.The store manager Nicole is very professional. My husband and I were not the perfect customers, but she was always kind, considerate, patient, and friendly. I respect that.

Worst customer service ever! Little blonde girls acts like she owns the world and wasnt following mask protocol inside. Tried to charge me for damage that was the rubber from the bumper rubbing off on the tailgate. Go anywhere else!!!

I only gave three stars due to the new system its confusing and takes more time on an already busy schedule on the truck driver so if I need to move something in any city or state I use U-Haul Ive never had a problem I should have a great record with them but yet I find some of the smaller ones they need to explain is if Im not going to return it or I dont know just makes it hard when youre trying to get something done its always on pick up picking up a truck a trailer or dolly returns are easy

Very Polite customer service at this location., BUT I would like a paper copy of the contract at time of rental, this online only thing does not provide the sheets on sight. Still U haul has a thumbs up.

These guys messed up the install of my trailer hitch. They scratched my car, incorrectly installed the hitch and endlessly gave me the runaround about fixing the problem. I don’t know where these five star reviews are coming from because they are terrible. Rent a truck if you must, but don’t let them touch your vehicle.

Renter Beware!!Paid our storage on time, earlier this month (3rd of June). Got an email 1 week later, saying it was late. Got a call from the manager (Nicole) abbot said lateness last Sat, &, I explained she was the one that ran my payment earlier. Problem was supposedly fixed.Just got another last night, saying my unit is now 2wks late, &, theyre going to do a $50 lien if I dont pay it.Planning to do an in-person visit later today.PS: 2*, because the people are usually nice, however, way under-staffed, so the overall experience sux.PPS: Apparently Im Not the only one that has had technical issues with this location, as, Ive overheard others having payment issues.Update:It seems the issue was the fact that when they transferred me to a new unit, the old unit was still on file (in the computer), so, their system was trying to bill me for both units.One of the managers (Owner in this case, according to her shirt) of the current location, was able to fix this issue.So..with luck, all should go back to normal. ^_^

The employees are very laid back and they are young employees learning about customer service. They are slow but good.

The worst customer service fromAmber Ramos and her co worker by the time i went there to rent a truck . On the other hand Aaron Maxwell customer service was great by the time i return the truck . An employee who has Such kind of unhealthy mind hurt the comunity and also for u-haul company .

Do not attach the large bag of moving blankets in the truck. It limited the space available to pack the truck and it gets in the way while packing the truck.

The lady that greeted us was pleasant at first greeting us good morning asked if we had a reservation which we did not (due to previous problems with reservations at uhaul) she asked how she could help us, we explained we had a few small items to move and would like to rent one of the smaller vehicles for a couple hours, her tone immediately changed, she told us you always need a reservation on the weekends, everything we have is booked throughout the day her parking lot was completely full of uhaul vehicles. She told us if we wanted to go to the other uhaul a couple miles away they should have something for us in the price range we were looking for. She told us to go try the one on university and sprague, didnt offer the address to the location or to book the reservation for us.

Very disappointed in the service received. Pick up time was 7 AM went inside the building and waited for help. After 10 minsi called from within the store 3 times and the phone was nevee answered even tho I could see and hear them talking. Then when she finally walked up to the counter at 7:45 she told me I had no reservation. After showing her the print out of the reservation confirmation she conveniently found it 5 mins later. Then she sends me outside to the equipment and I am told she doesnt have the equipment. So...I am sent downtown to a different U haul and the guys working there were much more motivated to help. Long story short left 1.5 hours later than I needed to leave. Will never use this branch again!!!

New U-Haul place with big parking lot and no signs to direct you where to go ( main entace is to the left). I then I has to be employee to check U-Haul after 3 weeks online status is still says: Truck is due to this destination.
