This store has a great staff (Dave and company). They are very knowledgeable, they make you feel like family and they are fast with service. Including putting on your wipers for you.

The attitude I got from this dude at the register today was unreal. He needs to lay off the steroids! I will NEVER come here again and I will make sure I let everyone I know to never come here and hit the Auto Zone across the street instead!

Manager comes late carrying her breakfast. Opens the door, doesnt even acknowledge my presence and lets the door shut in my face!!! The bright spot was the gentleman who helped me find what I was looking for....manager just leaned on the counter, playing in her phone!!!!

When I was waiting in line a guest was giving a employee a hard time. The employee remained calm and respectful. The employee called over the manager and the manager continued the calm and respectful conversation. The guest left and then they helped me checkout and installed my wiper blades for me. Thank you for being an amazing store with knowledgeable, great employees. I will continue to come to this store in the future for my car care needs.

My car battery died when I was in their parking lot just by coincidence. This was lucky because I was able to purchase a new car battery and they installed it for free. It also has a 2 year warranty. AND he tested to see if there was anything wrong with the alternator. Fortunately there isnt. GREAT service ! I was out of there in less than an hour. Very grateful.

Ive been buying my car parts from them for years because tghey have the parts I need at a fair price. The staff are more than capable of answering any questions I have, and are always great to work with.

****DO NOT NOT BUT FROM HERE******** THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE******** DO NOT BUY WITH TIM****I went in and asked the associate Tim to test my battery because I wanted to make sure it wasnt my alternator or starter. So when he went out to test my battery he saw some battery acid on my batter (which in reality is not a big deal some baking soda and water clean it up pretty good) so he immediately said thats youre problem right there and didnt even bother to still test my battery. At the moment I was a little distraught because of personal problems so I just went with what he was saying but Im not stupid when it comes to cars I know my stuff especially my dad being a car electro mechanic. So when he got me a New battery the car didnt start. He tapped my starter a couple times then it finally started. Once he did that I knew automatically my battery wasnt the charger but I had my pregnant girlfriend in the car so I was to worried about getting her home that I didnt think to say anything. So I took the car home and when I went to start it the next day it did not turn on. Tim took COMPLETE advantage of me just cause I was younger and looked like I didnt know anything about cars. He made me buy a battery that I didnt need. So I went back in the next day had some not so nice words to say. So I returned my batter and got my old one back. When I got home I tested my battery my self with a Multimeter and it put out 13 V (indication of a good battery). I was beyond PIST and still am. I will never buy from this place AGAIN!! EVER!! they try to take advantage of you and make you buy things you dont need!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PART STORE!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND RIP YOU OFF!!!! I hope Tim the associate needs to get fired!!! What he did and does is WRONG!!!

Only about half the people working there know anything about repairing vehicles. Someone once told me that if they were mechanics they wouldnt be working in a parts house, I guess thats really all you can expect. Just make sure to check whatever you buy because all they know is what their computer tells them, and its almost always wrong.

Stopped in this morning around 830 to get my battery checked. The blonde young gentleman was more than happy to do that. Well when that test came notmal he went over and beyond to try and help me figure out the problem. Couldnt have asked for better service
