Great service. Drove away with a new battery in less than 1/2 hour

I had no idea what was needed to be done with my car. And Mateo was amazing and knowledgeable. He helped me and even when I step further as to catch a future problem that I wouldnt even have noticed until it was too late. I totally recommend if you have something wrong with your car go talk to Mateo. He actually knows what hes talking about and cares enough to take the time to explain it to somebody who doesnt understand anything about cars like me. Thanks man.

Bought battery because I was told I needed one, turns out I needed an alternator so battery kept having to be charged everyday after, went back n explained and they had no issues with providing me with a new battery. They are always helpful and friendly and always have what is needed. Thanks guys

Very Rude to my child, made him leave the store, because he went to do a return of an item for me as I was stranded and they originally sold me an incorrect socket size, and they told him they wouldnt without a reciept.My son tried to give the phone number for the transaction and he refused to look it up. I had just purchased another incorrect suggested socket after previously purchasing one that was incorrect because employee said he found the one I needed it was indeed the wrong size item aprox 15 mins prior employee lied said he gave a reciept and he didnt give any reciept the second transaction also lied stated I threatened to call cops when I tried to handle issue over the phone and explain my son was a child. Also lied and said the item was damaged and the only thing wrong was the plastic had to be broken off to see if it would fit correctly. Had to do two seperate refunds on my card. Suggested a tool in comparison to fit stated if it didnt work he would allow me to return it. Do not like the treatment my under age child was given. I will never purchase from this store again as long as that employee works there. Two other employees were very understanding and apologized for the entire situation. They did eventually do a refund because that was only the right thing to do considering I asked in advance if I could do a return on that socket if it wasnt correct and was told yes by the same employee that was mean and hateful to my child.

Very large inventory, usually has needed parts on hand for a variety of vehicles. Prices higher than Amazon but you pay for convenience of same day purchase. The store manager did refuse to accept a return I had purchased on line once.

Chris K. Is an absolute godsend! I pulled up with an newly purchased pull along camper with some lighting issues and he helped me with EVERYTHING A-Z.I have been to several auto parts stores in my time and have never devoted myself to any. After the service I received from Chris K. I am absolutely stunned and now a devoted customer to AutoZone from here on out! Visited this Location Sunday the 3rd at 10:30amNot a single employee was wearing a mask. I came to have my battery tested and intended on purchasing a new one, the older guy working the register dismissed me totally, and didnt even offer to test, just told me it wasnt my battery. My dealership tested my battery after I left and SURPRISE SURPRISE, my battery was shot. So autozone lost a 200.00 plus sale because of a dismissive employee.

Easily the worst auto parts store in Spring Hill. Steer clear. Inventory is a mess, customer service is bar none the worst besides one or two people. Management clearly couldnt care less. The amount of times you get home only to find the part in the box isnt the same as the part number on the box is incredible. Manager blames inventory issues on the customer. Ive never left a negative review in my life. This place is so bad I just couldnt help but warn others to keep driving and not bother with this place.

I needed a new battery for my 2015 Honda Pilot and also needed it installed. I called several Auto Parts stores and AutoZone said that was no problem. Josh was a great service person. He completed my order and continued outside to install the new battery. Once finished he had me test the connection to assure they were correct. I was most satisfied with the service that I received at this store and would highly recommend AutoZone as a place to have a battery replacement accomplished. Great to see that some business still has customer SERVICE as part of their business plan. Thank you for your great service!

We stopped by Auto Zone, on Spring Hill Drive, for the first time to get some oil for the Ford F1-50. I walked directly to the section and I was approached by an employee whom appeared to be eager to assist with the issue, as well as very friendly and professional. I responded to him by telling him exactly what I was there for.... for oil, and while he was asking someone else, I grabbed the oil that I needed, since I had known all along. After purchasing the item I went out to the truck and an employee just happened to be outside taking a break and he very graciously helped, which I let him because I was dressed up some and didnt want to risk getting dirty. I saw good business etiquette in the fact that even though the first employee had to go ask someone else, he did so confidently and ready to gain knowledge and he took the initiative to approach me to see if I needed help. I wish I would have thought to look at their name tags, I would recommend visiting here for your automobile needs.

The manager Frank G. is very disrespectful in how he speaks to customers! Watched as a customer trying to fix his exhaust came to the counter, he asked frank a question regarding fitment of some exhaust he was going to purchase, franks response to him was, what does it matter how it will fit or look, you are just rigging it up anyways- the customer walked out of the store leaving everything at the counter. This attitude and behavior is a common practice in this store, the excuse of “I’m from New York that’s just how I talk” is completely unprofessional and one I’ve heard one to many times from Frank over the last 8 years of going in there. I will never shop there ever again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

One day had my parts no complaints and right down the street great locations.

Some young girl has no idea what she is doing nor does she help anyone.. but has time to be o. Her personal cell phone 3 times in the past 2 minutes.. what a joke.... better off going to O Reillys

Very helpful and friendly would highly recommend! They did not have the part in store directed me around the corner to the competitors Oreilly where I was able to purchase the item, asked them if they could install a spark plug for me and they laughed at me went back to autozone where they gladly installed even without purchasing anything.

Had everything I needed

We were in our way out with our jet ski to meet family on the water. It was a celebration because we hadn’t seen them in over 6 years! Unfortunately as we were set to leave, the jet ski wouldn’t start. Christopher the manager at Autozone Spring Hill helped to remedy the situation immediately and had us on our way in about 15 min!! Way to go autozone for such great customer service!! 🤗

Horrible. The manager Nico treats his Employees like trash. I went in there to speak with a employee about a part that I ordered and he came with the attitude to his employee for no reason, told him to step away from the register and let the professionals do it. I did not like that because the guy had my attention and he was getting to the root of my problem.Very disrespectful and unprofessional will never return to the store ever again. Horrible

Cheap car parts that are almost always in stock. Drove in with a service engine light they data test it and then gave me the parts to fix exactly what was wrong the ignition coil, plugs, and wires. Runs like new now.

I have a commercial account with autozone and I decided to go into a another auto zone today To get a few little things I needed the guy that checked me out was really snotty and as I did not need some of the things that I got I went to return them nothing that I returned Was opened the manager that was their gave me a really hard time returning he said that it was used as the plastic On packaging was not open I told him that if he did not want to return it that was fine and he snatched it back and said he did never say that it was the way he was acting and the attitude that he gave me it was really Crapy customer service I will never shop that auto zone again

Returned parts to other store on county line ( perhaps a properly mixed gene pool)... Low and behold.... They insisted I had the right part.... Steam began to exit out of my ears and I calmly asked for a refund. Went to auto zone on county line and a young man maybe 19 laughed at my series of events and said he hears it all the time..... They had my part I needed... Genuine Bosch at a cheaper price... If you need to communicate with a person whos family tree isnt so straight ... Avoid at all cost to keep your sanity !!!!
