Its way too PRICEY!!!! ALTHOUGH, I appreciate the stylist. When you only have off one day a week maybe they get you on the price for a Sunday??? Also upsetting to me was every coupon 20%, 30%, ECT...there was a reason why they couldnt accept it! Master stylists was one of the reasons. I dont get it. Shouldnt EVERYONE be a master at the job they are performing? Especially in a professional atmosphere!!!! Again, my stylist was pleasant! But, I was never even offered a bottle of water for $155 later?

What a wonderful experience! My stylist Shevy was amazing and listened to what I had to tell her. She took all of my concerns and ideas into consideration and made this masterpiece! The whole time she was friendly, offered me beverages, and overall provided premier service. The salon offers lots of specials and a first time discount so their prices are even spectacular. If you’re in need of a new stylist, stop by and see Shevy!

Went here to get a simple haircut. Came out with a nightmare. Fade was left patchy. Hair was left weird like a Halloween wig. Waste of time and money was less hurt ful then the cut.

Worst haircut I have ever had and never been so disappointed. If I was so bad at my job, I would lose it in a week.

Autumn was amazing. She went up and beyond on my hair. I had an appt right after my hair to get my maternity photo shoot and autumn made sure my hair came out beautiful.

After waiting at the front desk for 15 min while other customers walked away i stayed to finally get told it would be 30min wait which would be 12:45. Sat down till then and nothing. I finally walked out at 1:15! A half hour after she had told me I would be seated with a stylist. I didnt get no customer service like sorry a little longer than expected or anything. I just wanted an hour waiting for a haircut that never happened on my only one day off a week.

I went in for a trim, and the stylist cut a chunk of my hair off. 10 inches. 4 moths later it’s still awful!

I don’t know who did my hair but this woman who hasn’t been working there very long cut my hair after I waited over two hours btw. I asked for long layers and specified how long I wanted it and also it’s a simply haircut. My hair looks hideous. My bottom layer is at my collar bone or longer and my top layer is too short to even put behind my ears. It ridiculous. Also she did way too many layers and they look choppy. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again. I have to go out with this ugly hair and I don’t know how long it’ll be before it grows enough to look normal. Also, even when my hair grows I’ll have to get just the bottom layer cut so that it’ll look normal because the top layer and other laters are why way too short. It looks like a have a badly layered bob with another long layer underneath. I’m very upset, I go to JCPenney because I thought that anyone would do a good job, I guess not.

Opened a new credit card and went to use it, come to find out JCP can lower your credit limit and not tell you. Was approved for a set amount, and then they decided to lower it. What company can do this and NOT notify you. Nice business you have there JCP. Your hurting now so piss off your Customer why dont you!!
