Bought a new phone in Jacksonville Florida while we were on vacation because I was having issues with my current phone. Went into the store on Commercial way by Panera and was assisted by Will. He was more than happy to help answer my questions and went above and beyond in customer service! I highly recommend this store and kudos to Will and his wonderful attitude!

Awesome phone buying experience. Brandon was so helpful and calmed my fears of losing over 12080 photos in the transfer process. Backed my phone up again immediately before the transfer just to ensure everything was saved. This had to have been the fastest and easiest transition to our new phones ever. Thank u Brandon for such a great experience.

I told the rep, Frank, about having trouble with the voice mail and about the touch screen. He showed me I was pressing too hard and it should be a very light touch. As far as the voice mail, all he had to do was update the app and voila, it worked! Perfection!

Today I visited the GoWireless store and Jamie, the Store Manager, helped me. Jamie is by far the best sales associate I have encountered at Verizon. She went beyond the call of duty to assist me with a new cell phone and tablet along with explaining streaming services and how I can save money on my digital devices and Internet service. I recommend anyone who uses Verizon or wants to change to Verizon, to talk with Jamie.

Nicholas has been very helpful. He was the only one working on a Thursday at 7 pm and he was able to make my transaction smoothly and without any problems. This store also has alot of discounts they offer if your buying equipment and/or accessories. I would definitely recommend this store.

Lost my phone on vacation. Went to this store under the impression that it was a Verizon store - since it had a 15 ft Verizon sign on the front of the building. Bought a new phone: was charged $20 to transfer data - there wasnt anything to transfer - my old phone was at the bottom of the river. I was also charged another fee without being informed, and they enrolled me in a service without asking. When I realized what had happened I returned to the store - they were very rude and did nothing. It wasnt til I spoke on the phone with an actual Verizon service representative that I realized this place was not Verizon. It took me 45 minutes to make corrections to my account. Verizon called the store and arranged for me to receive a refund for the setup fee if I returned to the store, but by that time I was already out of own. It wasnt worth driving back for $20. Signage and service representatives were deceiving.

The customer service at the Spring Hill store is outstanding! Jamie helped me with so much, both upgrades and new purchases, and did a fantastic job. I was informed of all my charges and discounts right up front, and my bill has reflected everything as I was told - no surprises. Happy and satisfied!

This place is full of lazy do nothings! They didnt want to help at all unless I was buying a device. Super unhelpful and rude. I joing verizon for superior service and this was far from that! As a business owner I would not want anyone giving me a bad name like that. I hope verizon realizes this store is a joke before they have eveone up here on tmobile.

Got my phone from the manager Jamie, she was awesome!! I had a ton of questions and she answered everything I asked and was very patient with me. Went in there to purchase a new phone, Brandon was the representative that took care of me doing so in a timely manor, and the best part of my visit to the store what that Brandon ended up finding out a couple of ways to save me money each month on my plan! If you need a phone definitely make sure Brandon is there!! You wont regret it!

Verizon is the only phone service I have had over the course of over 5 years, so I have been to many Verizon stores for new phones and products over the years. Never have I had as well of customer service as I have had with my experience at this location. Genesis went above & beyond to help me with my phone upgrade & any questions or concerns I had. She presented with exemplary customer service & truly made my experience personable & rememberable. If you ever have any phone issues or need to visit a Verizon store, definitely ask for Genesis at this location! She is truly an asset to their team.

Alex and Jaime were great. Transferred all my pictures and contacts and they set up my emails. They were kind enough to set up auto pay for me as well. They didnt have the phone in stock but they ordered it and it came within the week. Great service, highly recommend.

Worst Verizon ever! Been here several times & the guy is a total moron every time Ive been in here! Got the new Note9 & he doesnt even know how to put on a screen protector. All he says is thats as good as he can do, It looks horrible! I could of done a better job! I ripped it off & lost my money too, so I went elsewhere!

I am an AT&T costumer and they treated me a thousand times better than AT&T did. Called and talked to Simone about cases for my Galaxy, she took her time telling me about the different cases available. When I got to the store Simone was busy with a costumer but she still got me to the where the cases were and then Chris took over. Everything went really well inside the store. We went to go in and get my son a phone. They were running a promotion on the J3V smartphone. Jamie told us all we had to do was pay the tax and Verizon would credit us the money back for the phone. I left and went to take my kids to the car and my husband paid and signed the contract. It wasnt until we got home I realized they charged $20 set up fee. And then charged us $11 in tax. Plus Verizon charged us a $40 hook up fee. Talk about getting swindled.

Jamie and Lauren helped switch our family over. We arent an easy family to deal with either. They did an amazing job and had extremely wonderful patience with us. I recommend this verizon location every time.

Verizon on US 41 near 50 has the group of the most rude Personnel Ive ever encountered. Ive worked with a lot of companies and their customer service reps and these people take the the prize for the rudest group of people in a service industry. So much so I couldnt take the rudeness anymore we canceled our Verizon phone and went with another company this past week.

Extremely happy with my experience at this store! Lauren was my saleslady but Ive been helped by almost everyone. I feel very comfortable every time I go in and they always answer all of my questions. Its a very clean and friendly environment.

Stop in to see if they had a case and screen cover for my phone.they didnt. Store was empty,no customer.l think this store is a vendor for verizon.the Verizon store on Cortez blvd.is the better verizon.

The Associates and Managers are the best! They take the time to get you the best deals and they treat you like a human being. They are not pushy like at other stores and they dont try to make you buy stuff that you dont want!

They are very knowledgeable and gave me great advise on my broken phone. Ive had service with every provider in this area and I can honestly say Verizon is the best. I have service in areas noone else does and their warranty department is amazing. Ive had to claim insurance on 4 of my lines and they overnight a new phone every time. Thank you verizon

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Thank you, Jamie, who I am informed that she is the actual manager of that store in is in charge of other employees. That was a very poor reflection of how to treat a customer it was hideous Ive been there to other times and had great service she was disrespectful, dismissive, and acted like she literally could care less to help any customer. I would suggest sensitivity training for this employee and professional relations in management skills. Every other employee has been nothing but helpful and courteous and apologized about her demeanor. Everyone has bad days, but this was unwarranted.

This store is awesome. The manager, Nick is very nice. For that matter, all the employees are. They remember you and have great customer service.

I was running late heading to the airport, and my SIM card stopped working and warning you do not have a verizon SIM. The tech was able to quickly pop the Sim slot and reset the SIM got me back on the road in seconds. Greatly appreciated.

We went looking for smart phones for my 80+ yr old parents, Lauren knew what we were looking for and showed us phones that were exactly what we wanted. Showed us how to adjust the apps so they dont have all the extra things on there that would confuse a non computer using parent. And... Offered one on one help to my parents if they needed it. I cant be more thrilled!!!

Got a second line added, was promised by the store manager, my immediate next month bill would only be slightly more ($10) than the contract we agreed on. Next months bill came and was over $60 more than the contract we agreed on! I went in this particular store 2 separate occasions to try figuring out why the bill is so high, after hearing nothing but a run around answer that no one in the store could completely explain, they put me on the phone in store with there customer service, which made things even more confusing, I was left empty handed with an outrageous bill, not really a big deal if Everything was explained thoroughly and properly. Seems this store is not very Informative and only clear goal is to obtain next sale.....Not Happy!

Yes they told me that they would have a cover for my G4 phone last month. I kept checking in, and never got one. I finally got one at the Verizon store 52 and Little Road, much better people to work with. Im now going to get a refund from the this store that Ive been waiting over a month for a case.
