Stopped by this location to look into getting new service for my 2grandparents. The 2 guys working here were great. However what I didnt like was the fact that AT&T DOESNT give you 2 phones for free but charge you $1.00/ month for 30 months. Thereby forcing you to keep there service for that long it pay for the phones. Even though theres No Contracts send like they bind you too their service. No thanks

Jared Stephens is my hero! I had water in my phone. He was able to transfer my phone number into my husbands phone. PLUS he retrieved my contacts and pictures. Jared spent over a hour with us.Verizon never did this. Jared has the personality that makes me want to come back. Kind, considerate, one young man that is going places. I just came home from my visit to the ATA&T store located at 4391 Commercial Way in Spring Hill, Florida. I was so impressed with the young man Zachary Crever, that I felt I had to let you know how much I appreciated how he helped me with my purchase. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable of the products I was seeking to purchase, he showed a genuine interest in wanting to help me; and he did. I give him all five gold stars. The people that work at this store are rude snatching products out of your hand as you try to see what you will be buying and throwing you out of the store without refunding you your money!

I was so impressed with all the staff at this store, especially Jared and Jerry. These guys stayed late so I could surprise my Daughter with a new iphone and also told me about new promotions and trades that allowed my Wife and I get new iphone 12s. This is how customer service should be. Jared was a pleasure to talk to and he really enjoyed helping me. I rarely do reviews on google but I felt compelled to take a minute to share this experience as they stayed late the other evening to be sure I was pleased. Thanks guys for your amazing attitudes and joy to helping others with this crazy technology. I really hope your bosses get to read this and share with Corporate. I bought 2 new galaxy note 20s and 2 new Samsung watches from this store. All 3 gentlemen were very kind and worked above and beyond to make them connect! We had a bit of a issue but they resolved it with a smile! Sebastian, Zackary and Dan were very professional and made me feel right at home! If you need a phone or any help with your service definitely head to this location!

We werent coming in to get an upgrade. We were actually thinking of changing over to tmobile. But with ur deals we stuck with at&t and upgraded to a more compatible phone for what we needed.
Ported over 2 lines from T mobile . Spoke to a new employee Sebastian . He helped me out with everything and was very professional and new what he was talking about. It was a very clean store and the Manager Bill was very nice to his employees! Sebastian is definitely a cutie . I will be coming back to this store ! I came in about a couple days ago to do a new line and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door . The worker their was in training but he was quick friendly and very handsome . Thanks to Sebastian The store was clean smelled good and very friendly staff ! I would definitely recommend this store . :)
Daniel was very helpful. He greeted us the moment we walked through the door with a very positive attitude. He seem we d very intelligent and like he knew what he was doing, which is what we expected. I can say without a doubt, if we need to do business with At&t, well be going back to this specific store.

I was just in this store.2 ppl working.waited about 10 mins for the guy to finish ..person came in behind me.Dude literally went to them and asked if they had any questions and they replied I was here before them and he said I know Ill get to him I just wanted to see if u had and questions and then he proceeded to help them.. I was trying to switch over my family plan but not here not today.. extremely rude
Staff was friendly, employee names zack was very friendly and was being patience with the problems i had the manager there bill was also very helpful but my problems were beyond there hands so they contacted what i was told was their general manager and his higher up aswell to which my surprise were very rude to not only the staff but me the customer which i find very unprofessional and plain out not right he started yelling at them about sale and not even the problem we were having with my account. Which being in springhill you cant expect them to have alot of sales in a tiny city like this one i will no longer be using att as my phone provider due to how rude the upper management was towards the staff nobody deserves to be treated like that....

I still havent received my survey so I will post on here. These guys were very professional from the moment I walked in. I would like to thank the manager and Stephen for helping me resolve my issue quickly and answered all of my questions. Stephen was new but was very knowledgable. He solved a problem for me that I was told by another rep could only be fixed going through apple.
I went in and a young man by the name of Zackary helped me out, he was very knowledgeable about all the phones and the promotions, got a very good deal, very happy with this place

My cell phone is with AT&T, went in here with questions about my phone. I am not the most tech savvy person. There were two young men in here, neither of them had much patience. In fact one if them was outwardly rude. He just seem to have a chip on his shoulder.Now, if I have a problem I go down the road to their store in front of the Wal-Mart shopping center.

The staff is friendly but anything short of that, Id highly recommend not porting in or purchasing from this location. Theyre very uniformed and misleading. I was told I must trade in our iPhones to get the s10es. So we did. I decided to fact check the circumstances after the fact. Turns out there was no trade in required. But I was told I MUST bring in my old phones for trade ins at point of purchasing and picking up the new ones when they arrived by the sales guy zach. Now there is no paper trail I even gave them the phones. No credit to my account, nothing. I was never given the option to keep the phones and actual representatives for at&t said none of it was required that I had an option to trade them in for a credit. It wasnt a must to get the phones since I was porting in from another carrier under a promotion. So now Im out the phones and nothing to show for it. I could of sold them privately and had gotten more for them privately but was never given the option.
Excellent service, they listened to my issue and gave me a resolution within minutes. It wasnt the fix I wanted to hear but at least they were nice about itand tried to help the best they could.

The one star is for Craig who was a awesome salesman. The store manager Bill was the rudest . He was not helpful at all. Did not greet us when we entered the store. Never even looked are way, until he went in back to get someone else to help us. After just sitting there he said he will be out. Not a good experience, had to call AT&T and receive my phone by mail. Thanks for nothing Bill if thats your real name.t

To be fair, I would only go to the store to pay my bill. I was told that they were only salesmen. So I would have to go to Best Buy, where I bought my phone, to get any kind of technical advice. That is why I switched. That, and the service on my phone was bad, dead zones.

My wife and I upgraded our phones and service. They had a promotion where they threw in two free ATT tablets. This was like a small iPad. We never had a tablet so I asked what we could do with it. They told me that it was just like the iPhone but we couldnt make phone calls on it. It works over the WiFi. They were worth about $150 each I think they said. And this was the last day of the promotion. OK, good. And its FREE? Yes.The tablets worked fine. But when I got the bill, the free tablets cost $130 in administration fees. Then they were each assigned a phone number. Whats this for? Its in case you want to use it and dont have a WiFi handy.So what is the FREE tablet costing me? $130 admin fee up front. Access for Tablet 4G LTE is $10 ea. Plus Surcharges & fees of $2.01. So thats $12.01 per or $24.02 for both. And I have a 30 month contract. That comes to $24.02 x 30 = $720.60 plus the $130 or $850.60, more than the cost of two iPads.I called ATT and they said that I had to talk the manager of the store. I went back to the store and the manager said he explained all the charges. But like I said, he didnt or else I wouldnt have taken them.Dont do business with this place. They are crooks. They wouldnt even take the tablets back as a courtesy to a 20+ year customer. They said that I only had so many days to return it but I didnt get the bill until after that time period.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. The store has lost my phone for almost 3 weeks now and is putting in no effort to find it. Manager doesn’t care where it is and I’m being billed for it. If you want to switch providers to AT&T, stay clear of this store!
