IF YOU MUST GO WITH T-MOBILE, GO TO ANOTHER STORE AND DEF DONT WORK WITH TOM OR KENNY!!** I came in here last year to try out T-Mobiles service. I spoke with Tom, who was very eager to earn my business, as I would have been activating several lines with him. I made certain to activate only one line to begin as I wanted to insure that their cellular service was adequate. I asked, precisely what their return policy was. I was told by Tom that should I not be happy with service there is a $40 restock fee plus any prorated charges for the time I had the device. Okay, cool. Well, service was horrendous in the area that I was needed to make/receive calls. I went in to return and was met by Tom, only this time he wasnt as eager to help. He changed his attitude and stated that the restock was actually $70 dollars and that I was responsible for the entire months bill. Seriously dude? The manager Kenny, acknowledged that Tom provided me with the incorrect information, but he would not honor this information that I based my buying decision on.Not only that, but the guy was very unprofessional and rude! I am a man of principle, okay. Say what you mean, mean what you say and if you make an error, own it. Anyway, they refused my return. It was an entire fiasco. Finally, after a few days of dealing with T-Mobile directly Kenny admitted he was wrong and said he would make it right. Of course when I went to return the device (within my 14 day window) it was Tom who helped me. And he stated he wouldnt be honoring his word. Whatever, I called my credit card company and was able to have them remove charges. I forgot all about it and wouldnt have been bothered to leave a negative review until it popped up on my credit report. My credit and my business credit is A+. I dont like having my time wasted, but since it is, I may as well leave a review to spare another person or business from the same dubious sales tactics. If you have to fabricate your companies policy to close a sale then maybe dont go into sales. If you made an honest mistake, own it and learn from it. Customers or prospective customers shouldnt have to foot the bill, monetarily or in time, for your incompetence. Sorry for the blurb, but it needed to be said. Ill copy & paste to as many sites as I can while Im on hold with the credit agencies.
Everything was great with sprint but then they made us put their sim card in and Everything went bad from there. I canceled my service and now tomorrow Im giving them $200 to pay my wifes phone off. Never again t-mobile.
Went to this store today to upgrade my phone since it’s been acting weird recently (had the iPhone XS Max). Made an appointment online was super easy. J and James are super, very professional and took the time to explain anything I had a question on. I ended up switching from a sprint plan to a T-Mobile one (it honestly just felt like the right time to do it). I’m a iPhone user so I stuck with iPhone (got the iPhone 12 Pro max). I love my new phone and J was awesome to work with. I had a little bit of a problem figuring out how to turn on wifi calling and the texts weren’t working after leaving the store. I just went back to the store (it’s only 5 minutes from my house) and they took care of it all in a matter of minutes. I’m really happy and look forward to utilizing this store in the future for any tech needs. Highly recommend it
There were 2 staff members while I was in there today. Both of them need remedial training on how to treat customers.We walked out and went to another store where we were treated like our business was appreciated. Never will return to this store ever again.
This is the This is the worst store to deal with the T-Mobile on Marina Boulevard And Spring hill Florida Anyone do not buy from this store they are scammers I try to return A 2 day old cell phone And they told me to go to the store in Newport richey which the corporate store helped me out a lot so if anybody wants to do business go to the corporate store in Newport richey next to the Gulf view mall The address is 9237US highway Port Richey Florida 34668 business with that story they give you a better deal
Julia was exceptional in the service she provided. Her patience and diligence in assisting with transferring my phone (to T Mobile)was outstanding. And Lou was very efficient and helpful to the customers as well. Thank you again.

I have been to several T Mobil area stores but I keep coming back to the seven hills store because the guys there know there business. I want to say thanks to NICK & Nick both for their help with my recent phone Dilemma. U guys are fantastic at what U do an Ill b returning to upgrade my galaxy S8+ to the new Galaxy S20. Again I would recommend this T Mobil store to any one who is in need of a new phone or looking for help with a existing phone. Again THANKS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF YO ALL ARE #1 IN MY BOOK...!
Was literally standing there with my mom and waiting, until some employee just came up to me and waved his hand in my face. The polite way to get someones attention is to actually adress them by saying excuse me. Then again, I dont expect decent human behavior from minimum wage employees. Never going back there again. They took hours to get anything done. Take your money elsewhere.
Best customer service I have EVER received. The guys working there were super nice, so helpful and patient. The guy who worked with me went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my new phone. This is literally the first thing I’m doing on my new phone because I am so thankful for how amazing the service provided to me was. Wish I could give more than five stars. James the store manager is a T-Mobile and customer service maverick. I’m retired military and building a new home and the smoothest part of my transition was dealing with him and this store. He is a wealth of knowledge and insists in customers being completely satisfied before leaving the store. I even refer current customers with concerns to speak with him. His genuine care for customers along with his charisma and willing to serve is the reason I and my family will be T-Mobile customers for ever.
Great service, and they are all very knowledgeable about the phones they sell. And I love the 5G capabilities of my phone.

Sales woman was nice but also seemed too bias. We were ready to make a purchase, but she talked us out of it. Saying how difficult it would be. After asking a few questions on basic features it became obvious she had little to no knowledge of them, at least the ones outside her own preference.

I had the best experience, John and the assistant manager Nick were so helpful . I went in to get the iPhone 11 after frantically calling, and they were so much fun to work with . Even got me home in time to catch the rest of the lightning game, which was huge to me ! One of the best experiences at a t mobile store . This location is a bit out of my way from where I live but I will happily go back just for their service !!!

Walked inside the store and was immediately greeted with rude remarks. The guy was full of it and seemed he was having a bad day. I’m not sure what was wrong with him but he deserves to lose his job.

I was with Verizon for several years and wanted to go with a different carrier who offered better customer service at a more affordable price. I decided to go with T-Mobile after meeting Nick, the assistant manager at the Mariner/SHD location. He gave me a great sales pitch, sold me a phone on the spot and told me that there was a great promotion going on. Unfortunately, he put the wrong promotion in so I had to wait longer to obtain my rebates. There has been a major lack of communication on his part, telling me he’ll call me back after things are handled or even this evening since the store was busy, but he never does. I was trying to just take the good with the bad (not the greatest cell service/sound quality from T-Mobile) if it meant I was getting better customer service. Nick knew how completely frustrated I was with how Verizon was handling my account and assured me that he would be on top of things. I haven’t been with T-Mobile longer than a month and I’m completely dissatisfied with not only the cell service, but the customer service as well.

We have been TMobile customers for several years. Went to our local store and was greeted by Billy. He assisted us with upgrading into new phones and advised us that with trading in our S7 we would get a rebate of $300. He proceeded to tell us that he will take care of it and we will receive gift cards in the mail in 2 weeks. Three weeks later and I contact customer service to find out the status on the rebate, to my surprise it was never submitted. I had to submit it online myself 3weeks later and was never told that. So I did and I contacted store manager. He began to make excuses for his associate and was rude and couldnt even apologize for my inconvenience. I will never go to this store or recommend anyone to do so.

Lack luster at best...no customer service skills. Possibly the worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with. Dead zones abound throughout Hernando County and Pasco County, dropped calls. I would advise anyone that needs constant coverage for business choose another company. Sprint was much better in regards to coverage. As far as this store goes, associates lack customer service skills, the manager was unconcerned about our wait time and getting phones from another store, that he promised would be there. The associates have little to no product knowledge, they need to invest in training. They could not tell you any differences between options from one phone to the next, or features like camera, audio, etc.. Do yourself a favor... walk on by. Just sorry I even got involved.

Took 10 lines from Sprint to T-Mobile couldnt be more sorry we did...Staff is a Joke, the Manager needs to be removed, Staff needs training and customer service skills are sorely lacking. I wouldnt Recommend to my enemies. Had a charging issue with a Samsung and they wanted to add a new line and keep the defective phone so they could double dip... Not a Fan.....so far they are a 0...I hate giving them one star....
