I cannot say enough about this place. The crew talked me into getting a pair of Brooks that has made a life change to my muscles.My son had to order the Air Force 1’s and they came to the house a half size to big. They excepted the pair back with no questions, had the new ones delivered to the store and he is good to go now. Thank you Hibbetts Crew for all your help putting a smile on our face.

My daughter and I Shopped at this location this past Sunday. I was looking for good comfortable shoes for work the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable about EVERY shoe I tried on and made suggestions based on what I do for a living. Great friendly service.....

Not really a good selection and overpriced compared to all competition. The employees are really helpful and will help you find anything you need. They don’t sell anything hockey and very minimal of any kind of sporting equipment.

I have shopped here multiple times and they have zero customer service. They ask what you need and point to it... I said we were there to buy shoes and they pointed to them from the counter. 5+mins passed and I finally yelled from the back of the store “can we try on some shoes please!” She brought us one pair handed them to my son and walked back up to the cash register... then of course when we are ready to check out there’s no one to be found... honestly if we didn’t have a gift card I would not buy anything from here. Customer service means a lot to me and there is absolutely none here.

I will NEVER shop here again!!! I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my boys, the employee checked to make sure they were both in stock, he said they were and we should have them in a few days. Well, the Adidas came a week later but we were still waiting on my 9 year olds Kyries!! When I called Hibbetts she told me that they were not being shipped because the sale was canceled and I had to go to the store for my refund!!! First of all, when was I going to be notified of the cancellation AND why were they in stock then all of a sudden out of stock? I went to the store and the guy that sold us the shoes was conveniently not employed there anymore!!! They did NOTHING to keep me as a customer and just gave me my money back and said sorry about that NOT a good first impression Hibbett!!!!!!!! My first and LAST experience with this place!!!!!!
