Shelves are rarely fully stocked and very few customers wear a mask. Store needs better organization. Staff is courteous.

Super great Walmart in Spring Hill. The store was very clean, well stocked and had a very helpful staff, can’t ask for more than that 😊👍

Went at 7 am to avoid crowds due to covid virus. Was able to get all our groceries and check out via computer without any problems. There were many workers stocking shelves at 7am.

Store was fully stocked it was the end of the night there was still about 30 customers at the registers I stopped to make a key at the key cutting machine at the front door only to have an associate start shouting at us that the store is closing and that we need to leave so that they can go home. I found this very unprofessional granted it was the end of the night but its no reason to talk to people who are leaving the store that way thats a very bad impression.

Auto department helped me with my vehicle. I needed a new tire and the associates in that department helped me find and purchase them. The were very professional and accommodate to my needs. They balanced, mounted and made sure that theyre were all in great working condition. I would highly recommend them for tire, batteries & any and all oil changes you may need.

What a great place to take your car, Michael took care of my tires, appreciate your professionalism, highly recommend taking your car there!!

It is so convenient. Has everything you need all in one place. Auto Repair, local fruit and produce, clothing for the whole family and lets not forget the pets!!

Nothing to say other than in and out of a store that has very little usa made products and a major amount of over seas merchandise. No quality just quanty.. same with alot of the associates.. not all but someI also bought a Walmart debit card and went to reload it and there was a fee that I wasnt made aware of so thinking all the money was going to the card for a bill ended up short!

Its just super easy. Diverse selection of merchandise. Always good deals. Remember to find the clearance section!

Store is dirty. Shelves are empty and I saw a loaf of bread that was more green than brown from the mold growing on it.None of the employees care and its obvious.Store needs a makeover and a better management

Days when grocery items are fully stocked is hit and miss. If you get there on a day when the shelves are full its great. Prices on grocery items are good.

I bought a money order here to mobile deposit into my account, come to find out the money order they sold me doesn’t allow mobile deposit. Would have been nice to know. I tried to return the money order as I had my receipt and stub for proof and they wouldn’t return it or cash it for me. I needed this money to pay my bills. It’s ridiculous that they took my 900.00 dollars but wouldn’t cash it for me or return it. Had to go to amscot to cash it and lost 90.00 dollars in fees to do so. Now I can not afford groceries this month. Thanks to Walmart that is a multi million dollar corporation wouldn’t give me my money back for something I bought from them with the receipt and stub! Will never give them my money again. They need to make this right.

After a hunt for PS4 controllers and Google showing wrong opening times Im glad that I made it to the Walmart in Spring Hill Florida at 6am since the app were showing that there were 2 controllers in stock. Once I got there looking for 5 min there were, just like almost any Walmart, no controllers to be found. Manager Stephanie came then up to me offering help. After 15 min she came back with a whole cart fully stacked with new shipment boxes with all sorts of products but she thought she seen the items I was looking for. Yes she was right.... from all 4 Walmarts that I drove to on that day, the only manager who took a look even through the storage and new shipments was Manager Stephanie in Spring Hill FL . Much appreciated to save me time and more hustle finding those damn PS4 controllers before flying to Europe shortly after. Thank you again Stephanie

Dislike all Walmart so its hard to rate. This one has gotten better overall service and stocking. New management maybe? I absolutely hate self check out. Working for free no thanks

I went to this Wal-Mart to pick up a Spiderman cake for My grandson Trent and his family. I also picked up a few groceries. My experience was a good one and the chocolate cake was delicious and was decorated excellently.

Pretty crowded like usual but this store is usually stocked pretty well and I like their setup.

Pretty nice. Not as crowded as others. Most of what you need is there, even for the large family or prepper. Still missing saatizing counter wipes (i.e. Clorox Wipes) of any kind. Competitive prices though some things are over priced.

Dont try calling here unless u want to be on hold for 20 minutes just for a associate to hang the phone up on you. real great help.

Absolutely horrible. No One was available to help out with a 2 hour ordeal! I contacted corporate twice about it. No one has even reached out to me since the incident. They are never stocked, nothing is ever priced right and no one is even trained properly. Trying to find a manager or anyone higher up is like finding a needle in a haystack. Horrible horrible experience.

Just walking into this store makes me feel sick. The employees throughout the store seem to do what they can to be in your way. The checkout staff, acts like everything is a big chore. Like omg, I have to scan that! And they clean the bathrooms when the store is super busy. So none can use it. Enough already..

This store is filthy, none of the shelves are zoned, zoned meaning products placed neatly over their price tag. Trash on th floors, bathrooms dirty. Long line at the registers. I could go on. Avoid the Homosassa stores and drive to the one in Lecanto or the one in Inverness. In my opinionThe staff, managers and associates just dont care.

I will continue to say Walmart incorporation Im not a big fan of their check you at the door policy when they watch you check out at the counter after making me self-served then they check your receipt at the door they need to hire security and not inconvenience the customer

In a world where is governed by social distancing and mask required, is good to know that there is still a place where you can still shop with confidence, people greeters are great and attentive, shout-out to Doug, he is always super friendly and courteous, prices are super competitive and staff are always willing to help. Love this place. Highly recommended.

Im from California and I got to tell you Walmart seems to be the shopping store for Florida in the stores no exception helpful employees wide selection the buses centrally located.

Never seen a business with such a lack of customer service skills. Went through a sell checkout and needed an approval. Waited for over 10 mintues with no representative assistance. Ended up leaving my whole order behind.

I shop at Walmart out of necessaty. I wont check my items out myself. If I wanted to check out groceries I would apply for a job there. If we all start checking ourselves out next they will have us unloading trucks in back. And their prices on so many things have really gone up. But quality is going down.

It was good. But thay need to get more scotters. Theres never enough n you can wait up to a 1/2 hour to get on if not longer. Their having a hard time filling their shelves because of not enough drivers. Just do the best you can. Since the pandemic things are hard for everyone. Stores are no different then the rest of us.

Went shopping for just a few things. Wanted a regular rotisserie chicken. There were 18 lemon pepper chickens and no regular. This store is one of the worst that I have ever seen. When I observe people buying the chickens 3 out of 4 are wanting the regular not the lemon pepper ones. Dont they have a way of determining what chickens sell so that they could have more regular than the lemon pepper??? That is just one thing. I also wanted the family size Cheeze Its but there were only 4 boxes available and all looked like someone had stomped all over them. I really wish that this store could get their act together and have things in stocks and the products suitable to purchase.

This is not my usual WM, but they are larger than the one near me and also carry things my local store doesnt. Today I found everything I needed, plus something heavy I hadnt planned on. As soon as the folks at the self checkout saw that my arm was in a sling they immediately arranged for one of them to help me load it in my car. Pleasant surprise, and very welcome.

This is not my favorite Walmart to shop at. The shopping experience was pretty pleasant on the non food market side of the store. Things were well stocked and the store was neat and clean. Then, on the other side of the store where the groceries are was a totally different story. The products needed to be restocked in many areas. They were out of many things. The produce department was horrendous!!! Very dirty!! Nothing was stocked up, fruit bins were empty. The salad didnt look fresh, nothing looked appetizing at all! The worst part of the department was when I picked up a bunch of bananas, there was a large dead brown spider in between the bananas!! I did inform customer service about it but the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said ok. Terrible!!

At the corner of spring hill drive and us hwy 19 N. In springhill this is convient. This plaza stays pretty busy all day. Nice store

This location is terrible. Couldnt find half the things that I was looking for. Only 3 check outs open stood in line at 1 of them for over 20 minutes to be told that the last person the kid was taking was the lady in front of me when there was no one behind me. Proceeded to go to Self checkout because the lines with humans working were super long. Several of my items would not ring up. The frustration of shopping at this store is not worth it, I will gladly pay more money and go somewhere else!

Horrible customer services.. short staff waited i photos for 52.minutes.. called for a manager. No one showed up and it was just a pick up .. as employees walk by you they don’t even say anything no eye contact

Ordered two tires for my car online to be installed . Got message tires were there and scheduled install. Next day install was cancelled. So I rescheduled for 9am Thursday my only day off this week . Got there at 9am They are closed with a hand written sign they will open at 10. 1015 guy says cant open til more people show up and by now there is a line at door. I walk around the store to get inside to tell them I have an appt. They could care less..told us guy who works register is on break now..after they helped the two people in front of me with no appt. It was my turn around 1045...they grab my keys and pull my mustang in..pulled of the rims and now Im told they cant find my tires and my appt is cancelled..if I want I can take the 1 tire with me that they can find? Wth..I leave not very happy...came to pick up the tires today and was another half hour to find them. Taking them somewhere else to install .. WOW

Their tech department has the most helpful people. Ive had back to back good experiences there and this has become my new go to spot for cell phone purchasing and support, way over and above the neighboring Best Buy. I wish I had gotten all their names but Jenn and the other lady working on Sunday 4/11/21 in the afternoon were of great assistance helping me transfer my service sim cards. Thanks again guys:)

Went 7pm on Saturday, crowds were low, but employees had been very busy restocking shelves. Found everything I needed!

Not too crowded when I went this time, even though it was around 6pm. No line at checkout. Found most things I was looking for including a great deal on a good Dutch oven. Lots of people not wearing masks, unfortunately. Some employees werent wearing theirs correctly.

Need more lanes open instead of 2 lanes with cashiers And 50 self check out and only one person trying to help everyone while trying to make sure no one is shoplifting by not scanning all of their items.. ignorance

From the moment I walked into the garden shop, Larry greeted me with a smile and went out if his way to help.Being a retired store manager myself, I can appreciate great Customer service and Loyalty to a company which Larry respects and obviously enjoys. Larry is a exemplary employee and should be an example of how all employees should portray the customer service experience.While making my purchase, I also encounteted a problem which was by no means a fault of Larry. Larry executed my purchase exactly as it should have been done. My situation involved the Store Manager and an Assistant to make it right. However, Larry also assisted me in my search to correct the situation. Thank you Larry for all you do on a regular basis. I will be back in to shop again very shortly. Very little help they are severely understaffed they never have anything in stock its not their fault that Walmart decides to run their stores on skeleton Cruise but it is their fault that none of them seem to know how to order in their departments again truly disappointing and this is a supercenter in Spring Hill not any of the others are much better, no wonder everyone is going to Amazon and other places to get their items.

This employees at this Walmart are very rude & disrespectful. They start profiling as soon as we walk into the store, every time. Its quite uncomfortable & extremely offensive

Great venue to hold a wedding for that special day enjoyed my time there delicious food catered by John Mason catering Brooksville Florida the staff was exceptional and went out of their way went the extra mile highly recommend

Ordering online and picking up is perfect for us. They dont always have what we want but mostly they do. If they dont they will give you a comparable item unless you mark things that you dont want switched. The associates who bring out the groceries are super and they don’t allow you to tip them. Its so convenient and free!

As always I find it easier to shop here due to the ability to purchase clothing at the same time. My only complaint is they have been out of a product that I bought every week and Im on month #5 and still no stock. Aunt Millies three bean salad. I dont understand.

I have never had a bad experience at Walmart. I think in the past year they have revamped many of their departments all in a good wayClothing is one of them mens and womens. I do think they have dropped many of their food products, but with the pandemic, its probably thru no fault of their own.

Its a smaller Walmart, they put big palates of products right in the middle of the isle for some reason, so if a person stops to smell a candle or something.it creates a bottle neck..

Great store. They are doing there best to make sure you feel safe shopping here. Recommend Mask be worn sign posted as you enter. Yet you see many customers with out masks. I guess they cant read or just dont care about other shoppers. Sad..

Got in and out in pretty good time. Super clean store and their bathrooms didnt stink so thats a plus. Reasonably stocked and priced items. Definitely planning a return trip.

Overall an average Walmart experience. Most things were in stock but a few things almost always out of stock. The staff at this location are for the most part, helpful and friendly. Also, they have recently removed the McDonalds that used to be inside the store. So if youre looking for that oh, it is no longer at that location.

Personally find it annoying when I go in and they want me to ring up my own items next theyre going to want me to stock their shelves for them

Walmart auto center for an oil change and Damien was so nice and helpful and knowledgeable. He was so sweet and funny. He is definitely an asset to your auto center.

This Walmart milks the “stormy” weather = no pickups (there was a very light rain when I arrived and waited for 15 min before a phone call!) This is now the second time I’ve placed a pickup order and I’ve gotten a phone call that I would have to come inside to pickup my order instead. No longer will I shop here, I will spend my money elsewhere as this is getting ridiculous

They dont care if they sell you a vehicle or not there service was very poor to my wife and my self we didnt even make it to start to fill out paper work to get the truck we wanted and I have very good credit and plenty of money to I put down so there pockets must be filled to let a customer go thats a guarantee

Curious if this store actually sells weed, or just requires its employees to wreak of it ? Theres a young lady in the vegetables area and another towards the back area.. You get a contact high just walking past them. And then theres the night crew, their red eyes are not from sleep deprivation.

Picked groceries ordered earlier in the day. Parker was polite and conscientious. Good experience. I highly recommend.
