I went to Donut Palace last week and the Donuts were amazing. Today I picked up 3 chocolate and one glazed. The chocolate Donuts had an intense chemical taste. It was so bad we threw them out. We called to let her know but she was very defensive. We werent asking for our money back but just letting her know. If we go back I wont order chocolate again.

They used to have very good donuts but I purchased some chocolate iced this morning that had a very strong chemical taste to them. They were so bad that I threw all of them away after one bite. They glazed we purchased were good, but the taste of the chocolate were hard to overcome to go back anytime soon.

Paid 17 dollars for the 4 of the worst donuts of my life. I had to throw them away. The chocolate icing tasted like acetone and had to spit it out. Shouldve read all the other reviews first. This place has went downhill and is disgusting. Never again.

Have a large selection of donuts and always taste great. Lady always seems like she is ready for you to get out of her shop but may just be her personality. I like to stop by when passing through.

Was very excited to try these donuts since it was the first small owned shop I came across since moving to spring hill. It was a huge let down. I had to beg my husband to go and when we got home, we ended up throwing them away (you can imagine how that went over). I was upset because I didnt get to satisfy my craving...he was upset because we spent 15 bucks on trash. ...maybe it was just an off day but if youre going to charge that much for 3 donuts...they better be damn good.

Their donuts used to be so good and lower prices. We got a dozen donuts and two apple fritters and it was $41.00. The filling in the donuts and chocolate icing on others had a horrible chemical taste. We will not go back.

Used to go often, this morning was our last visit ever.6 Donuts, nothing special, just plain, chocolate and sprinkles (2 of each) total price was 24.00. Donut quality was very bad. This place used to be good, now its obscenely expensive and the donut quality is very poor. Which explains why there was literally nobody there at 720 am on a Saturday morning.

Way over priced. Cost me $110 for four dozen donuts. Donuts were good, but should have went to another shoppe where they cost half that price.

The past few times I’ve gone here l have gotten sick from the nail polished fumed donuts. The later you go, the more likely you are to get sick. I also have been charged $35 for a dozen of donuts which is absolutely ridiculous.NEVER GOING BACK!!!

My parents told me about this place and I have to say.......BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH! A little pricey but I dont mind a bit due to the amazing taste and quality of these donuts. Kinda dangerous I live too close.....🤣🤣 Very friendly service as well! I will visit again VERY SOON❤🍩

Love, love, love this place the pastries are worth the stop and you can get your items heated if you want. The lady is always friendly and chatty in a good way.

The donuts at donut palace are the best I’ve ever had. The dough is the perfect consistently and anything cream filled isn’t too sweet. They are worth every penny. Anyone who has anything poorly to say about the woman at the counter or quality of the donuts is just mental. Quality over quantity! If you want a lot for nothing then just go to a chain donut shop and stop leaving bad reviews. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Worst customer service for the small friendly town of Spring Hill. The lady is extremely rude, she basically gives you all the old stuff she has when there’s fresh stuff in back. The prices vary all the time. I support family owned business but I will not be going back.

Bearclaws and cinnamon rolls as big as your HEAD! And sooooo delicious! The lady that runs it is so incredibly sweet and funny. All the donuts are delicious.

Went there today hoping it was like the Donut Palace in Murfreesboro. The Murfreesboro Donut Palace is AMAZING!!! Donuts lighter than air and so amazingly priced. The Donut Palace in Spring Hill is greasy. The donuts are really heavy and soaking in grease. The price is crazy for the kind of product they put out. Murfreesboro is half the price for a far superior product. Was hoping to find a great donut place in Spring Hill, but was sadly disappointed. If I could give no stars, I would.

The donuts, unfortunately, are no better than those you can buy at Walmart or Kroger for WAY less. A dozen for 6 bucks at Walmart or Kroger versus 20 for a dozen here. Yes I said 20! You make the choice!

The donuts are good but the prices are always different and ridiculous ! I got a half dozen and it was $16! It’s always a different amount when I go. I swear she just puts in whatever price she wants when she rings everything up . And sometimes she comes off very rude . I won’t go back with those prices . I’ll stick with Publix donuts

Got donuts from there yesterday. I have eaten many donuts and have also fried them many years and these were by far the WORST. They were nearly burned and WAY OVERPRICED. I would like a refund but that is probably not happening. I will never go back. I had rather drive to Krispy Kreme or do without. My chickens wont even eat them. YUCK. Thanks for OVERPRICED donuts. Really have loved this place, but must have bad day, donuts were burnt looking to me, and had an excess of glaze on them like Ive never seen before, dont know if this was to cover it up or not. And like I said they are amazing but the price of a dozen donuts has more then doubled. Will go give them another try, but only for a couple at a time. 40 dollars for a dozen donuts and 2 bear claws that had hardly any apples and way to much cinnamon is way steep. I know you get what you pay for but.

Delicious donuts, however, the prices varies and when you question the prices she gets defensive. I was over charged $2.00 on my order. Turns out she even charges for the boxes. So a dozen donuts will cost you $19.00 plus tax. Pay attention to the charges. No very honest business owner.

Such great donuts and wonderful owners! Made fresh everyday (unlike the others that just warm up frozen donuts sent from the factory) and always new flavors to try. They also carry local Hatcher Dairy milk. The only milk I will make my cappuccino with. The very best donuts in Spring Hill! 😍😍

Really great doughnuts. Seriously, they are amazing! The owner is hard working and very sweet /friendly if you are kind to her. She is nice to us and treats us like regulars and remembers us but we have also tried to be friendly and talkative with her. If you treat her like a non important fast food worker then you may not get the full experience or be put off by her. She is a very industrious hard working woman but she is a mom and pop shop not a Fortune 500 company. You have to have a little flexibility but with an easy attitude you will LOVE what you get.

Disappointing experience today after a good one before. First time, about five weeks, came in around 8:30 am and got a great set of stuff. However, today was different. Google, and the SIGN NEXT TO THE DOOR, says they open at 5 am every day. I walked in today at 6:30 am, behind the owner turning on the lights. She said doughnuts would be ready in an hour, which means 7:30. She said it’s always like this on Mondays. She said I could call the day before if I want something, which isn’t really a helpful policy when listed business hours are 5 am. Please update your hours on here and next to your door. I had planned to be there even earlier and am so glad I missed my alarm.

Best donuts in Spring Hill TN!Whenever I am working in Spring Hill I stop and get donuts for the office. When I arrive at the office people literally swarm the box and devour the donuts like they were starving to death.The lady at the Palace is always happy to see me and gives me samples of new flavors to try. Great start to my morning.

Best donuts around! They are all made fresh in the store. The owners are really friendly and almost always give free extras. They sometimes make special donuts with fresh fruit or avocado. The apple fritters are good for your soul.

Donuts are two or three times as large as other places. The custard and jelly filled have very generous amounts and great flavor.

Every time I go in all of the donuts look old and nasty. They are covered with more icing than actual donut and the last time I went in there was a fly inside of the display case for the donuts. If you want your donut “fresh” they just put it in the microwave... talk about fresh baked. Then after being microwaved the 50 pounds of icing on your donut melts and makes the entire thing soggy. I got TWO donuts and paid 5.99 for them. Complete rip off, you’re never charged the same price for the same exact donuts and lady at the counter told me it was filled with yellow custard. When I opened the donut up there was a tiny bit of custard on each end to make it look like it was filled but it was completely empty on the inside. I am all for supporting local businesses but just save your money on this one, I do not recommend.

Friendly people good food, and they now sell Pho which is great. Bone broth soup with noodle vegetables and beef or seafood.

Moved here from Ft. Worth, TX. Took my kids here one morning and it was the best donuts weve ever had! My kids ask to go here for treats. Better than any chain donut shop!

The price keeps going up. She’s from from California as we were also. These are California style doughnuts where these same doughnuts are 1/4 of the cost there. She’s price gouging! I was charged over $8 for 2 doughnuts and a coffee AND she wanted a tip! Been here over 5 years and prices keep going up and up.

The store was officially closed and the other donut place in town never opened (winter weather), but even after I pulled up to Donut Palace the sweet lady that runs the counter unlocked the door and had me fill up two boxes worth.... FOR ONLY $10. Wow! Thats not customer service....thats just SWEETness. Im a loyal customer for life. NOTE: our family has been here on a few other occasions and have always received great service.

These people are great... friendly and generous. Donuts and other goodies are made on site with plenty of variety... unlike dunkin... these donuts are always fresh. They also have gelato and cute seating. There is a drive thru window as well.

Call me a freak but when youre new to town and you have a few kids the first place you try to find is a good donut shop. These donuts remind me of the places we used to frequent in NC. They are a little more expensive (~$2.00 per donut) but they are huge...9 donuts in a box that should fit 12... theyre big trust me. Anyway, like many reviews for this place, the service leaves a little to be desired, but I can get past that for a donut like this.

Being the only place in Spring Hill for donuts- Dunkin Donuts I guess they can afford to offer less than awesome service and rush you to make your selections. Difficult to understand as well what youre getting as many things are not labeled. The restaurant was quite a bit cluttered and seemed unclean

Every SINGLE time ive EVER gone to this place ive received nothing but the best. This store is LOCAL and run by one lady who works 7 days a week. She always gives me extra donuts, and honestly shes so SO nice. You all are just ignorant and dont care enough to understand that not everyone is going to have perfect english, and she isnt being rude thats how she talks. Shes amazing, sweet, and goes above and beyond.

I use to drive 25 minutes just to pick up a dozen. Well I went in yesterday and found that they raised the price AGAIN!! 24.50 FOR A DOZEN!! Thats too bad because I wont be going back for that price. 2 months ago it was 18.50 thats too much. Sorry no more of our business.

Service sucked. They rushed and we were the only people there. The place was dirty and cluttered. Oh and did I mention there was a BUG COOKED IN MY DONUT and the lady acted like I was an idiot. Saw the bug and tried to make every excuse saying it was this or that and not a bug when it clearly had legs, antennas and was A BUG!! I wasnt refunded my full amount and the bag of donuts and bug were thrown on the ground. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
