What a horrible place. Thought 31 flavors... Um nope just 16 of which one had hair in it. Thought employees were supposed to wear gloves when handling food. Apparently not here. And no hair net and some curly black hair flowing around after he fussed with his ball hat. Employees seem to not be informed of what items are for sale here. Seemed lost when she told me shakes were 10 each. Kinda sad, used to love going here but it seems its time to move on. And take a gander at what 3 ish inches of solid ice looks like in the ice cream display, hmm maybe time to defrost just saying.

There was a younger girl who made a root beer float for me and I just wanted to say she was awesome and the people that work at this particular one are very nice and friendly!

Always a good time to eat ice cream and since they are connected to the Duncan donuts, its a win, win. Service is always friendly with a smile. Its a busy place so you have a 5 to 10 minute wait for your cooked food and coffee. But, its always worth the wait.

Lovely little shared location with Dunkin Donuts. Really friendly staff with a greeting for everyone as they walked through the door.Usual flavours, nowhere near 31 mind you, all served with plenty of options of how to have it, including toppings.Couldnt fault it at all! You k how what to expect with Baskin Robbins and this location delivered...

I love Baskin Robbins chocolate chip mint shake extra thick.❤️ I love the ice cream cakes, I dont really think Ive ever had anything to their that I just really enjoy.

The employees are extremely friendly and there shakes are always amazing!!!! They keep there workspace very clean and the bathrooms are extremely sanitary. There isnt ever really much of a line and Ive never had an issue with inaccuracy for an order.

Took the family there last night order 3 ice creams all were made great and tasted great. The young guy was friendly and nice. This will be our new Baskin-robbins, our old store on spring Hill drive and Mariner is horrible, everything was made wrong and the blond girl there is just rude. Glad we found a new location to enjoy our ice cream as a family. Thanks again.We got a small hot fudge Sunday,Oreo shake,and some kinda Reeses ice cream all tasted Soo good 😎..

Staff was patient and helpful we had 5 kids that couldnt decide what they wanted.

I like this Baskin Robbins because its also a Dunkin Donuts I always look tired and seem a little off and grumpy. But my order is always correct and I always get it really quickly. And not to mention their frozen coffees are delicious especially with a shot of espresso in it!

Interior of the restaurant is dirty. Tables not wiped off, flies all over. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

I dont do ice cream any more, but they are good

I hate going to this location the parking is terrible to get in an out of. The drive thru is a nightmare. They got my order wrong. The wait inside was terrible the line was to the door. One person waiting on everyone. One person started my order she walked away an another person finished my order an it was wrong on how they charged me. I will not back there again

My son loved the cookie ice cream sandwiches.But no tip in the jar for the awful growly lady who waited on us.

Horrible encounter today maybe an off day?By far the most annoying experience Ive ever had at a baskin location. And Ive worked for this company before. The crew I encountered seemed very unprofessional. I went to the drive through and ordered a banana royale. I couldnt choose my ice cream. There was a full blown conversation going on at the window taking about 8 minutes. I get to the window and the lady in drive through is having a conversion with someone else, and i knew 2 cars behind me wad someone they new. I wad told to go pull up to the curb and wait. After they serve 5 cars, but not before they converse with that girl they knew, another 8 minutes and a guy hands me a bowl full of vanilla ice cream banana slices, whip cream cherry and a dab of caramel(?). My baby starts crying so i cant go in so i call. I explain my situation and theshift lead tells me she was the one having the conversation handling a problem and that things are busy and they are short hand in a condescending manner. Tells me to come tomorrow, which I inform that I can not. All in all could have been handled alot better. If I was going to be asked to wait that long I might as well have gotten flavors nor a bowl of vanilla ice cream lol Please train youre crew a little better especially your lead positions. Looks like little tens from high Advil running an ice cream stand.

They only have 16 flavors and believe it or not not the one I liked what if you go to the Baskin-Robbins on Mariner and Spring Hill Drive they have 24 flavors I guess I should go up and down the State of Florida you may hit 31 Flavors somewhere
