My family and I love going to Twistee Treat after we come in from the boat. There has never been one item on your menu we have ever been disappointed in. We also look forward to seeing Bella. We love when she is working. She is always happy and has such a bubbly personality. She also remembers our orders which makes it more peesonable. Perfect place for a sweet treat from smoothies, milkshakes, cones they have it. Friendly employees. Clean restrooms. They benches with shade. To sit down and enjoy your treats.

Bella was by far the most helpful employee there. She personally came out of the cone to deliver our order so we didn’t have to go to the window. LOVE her!

Run-of-the-mill ice cream store. Nothing special about it. Ice cream taste like using fake ingredients. Ask for a dip cone pay extra money for it they dip it one at a time.

I have been to the commercial way store a few times over past couple of months and was helped by Bella at the order window...she always has a smile and offers up great suggestions for my order.

Everytime me and my family go there, we are greeted by everyone very nicely, Bella in particular is always going above and beyond our expectations, she is always very friendly and is always welcoming and serving us as family.

Got the waffle taco with Oreo an M&Ms was really good just so much vanilla ice cream I couldnt finish it. Definitely wish they had more ice cream selection but what they do have is good

Very busy and quick. An employee started handed us our order via order window as we was paying. Thats super fast service! The drive thru line was all the way to the road and they caught up quick.

Waited 25 minutes for a brownie boat. Told them my son had a peanut allergy. Finally get the first one. It has peanuts on it. 10 or more people got there ice cream before my son. Worst service Ive ever had. Will nvr return to this location

Me and my wife went here and got ice cream through the drive-thru and ate the ice cream in the parking lot during the evening time. The twistee treat was a nice location. Service was friendly. The ice cream we ate was very good.there was plenty of parking for us to park and eat the ice cream in the car.it was at night so there was hard to see and much around the location like what it looked like and we preferred to eat in the car.

Im in town visiting my kids, and they told me at least a dozen times how good TT is, so on my last day in town, we decided to get some ice cream. The prices are a little steep, but the ice cream is truly delicious! I had a coffee shake, and Im quite enjoying it. Everyone else got different items, and judging from the smiles and silence while eating, everyone really enjoyed their ice cream as well.The young lady who rang us up was extremely polite and patient.I absolutely will be back next time Im in town.

Its a good thing I dont have a peanut allergy when I asked for no peanuts on my banana split. Because they tried to clean them off, then give it back to me with new whipped cream. By the time I got it back it was all melted and full of peanuts. The bananas were so green it was like chewing on a stick. Over all not a good first impression for my brother who was visiting from out of state.

A friend and I went for some ice cream and we arrived there at 7:50 and a car head of us arrived there at the same time and we sat there for 15 minutes it was 809 by the time we got to the speaker and we sat there for an additional amount of time and they had told us because we arrived at 8 they could not serve us even though we arrived at 7:50 and then in front of us the car that arrived at the same time as us was served ice cream but yet they refused us. Its a shame that they dont know decent customer service and this is coming from someone who works in customer service as well.

Shout out to the manager Bella, I was having a really bad day, and was just wanting some ice cream and she was super sweet and noticed I had a bad day and asked me if I was okay and was the nicest person ever. If you see this Bella thank you!

Great place for a cool refreshing ice cream break. It was a nice warm evening and we decided it was a perfect night for a treat. We drove down and we brought our dog as well. My wife had A twill, and I ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was delicious, and their ice cream was very creamy. They had chairs and tables so we grabbed a chair. Got a free cup of ice cream for the dog too. There was music playing and we had a pleasant time. 🍧🍦👍

Hi I was just here around 6. And these people do not wear gloves!! It’s disgusting especially with this whole pandemic going on. Not to mention a worker named Brianna was dancing around without a mask and gloves on while filming a TikTok, and I watched a worker named Ethan grab a waffle cone with his bare hands.. I’m disgusted. And also they are rude. If I could give zero stars.

Great value! Refreshing, delicious soft serve ice cream. Outside seating, friendly staff. They also serve all beef hot dogs that are good tasting and a good value. How about a ice cream taco? Yes taco, very large and delicious. This place is on my monthly rotation for dessert.

Girls inside could be a smidge happier...maybe a small smile? :) besides that, great visit. Clean sitting area, fast service, constant flow of customers while we hung out.. Beautiful Florida night!

This is an excellent place to get a nice cold treat. The team here is always consistently on point with their service level and quality. The price point is super reasonable. One team member that I would like to point out is Gabby. She always has a smile on her face and provides great service. Its not the same when she is not at work!

On Monday I registered a complaint about Twistee Treat only having one person working to help the crowd coming at release time from the first day of school, when I was taking my granddaughter for a treat! I received a prompt response from the company as well as an invitation from the Store Manager to give them another try! I am VERY PLEASED to say that I returned on Wednesday and received the best courteous and prompt treatment ever! My granddaughter was very happy and her happiness was my goal. THANK YOU, VERY MUCH, TWISTEE TREAT and STAFF. You did a great job.

Fastest service Ive received from this place in quite some time. I ordered three banana splits and the young lady Lani was by herself so of course i thought i would wait awhile since she was helping a family in front of me. To my surprise she handed these splits out very quickly. I watched her the entire time and she did amazing and they looked spectacular. Great Job young lady

There drive thru is a bit tight but definitely worth going through they have a really good strawberry milkshake with whip cream and they have very happy and friendly staff

One of the best experiences in Florida so far. Staff was incredible and fast. I was impressed at how busy it got and how quickly they got it done. The manager was working right along with the rest. I had a Sunday and it was great

This is the finest ice cream establishment I have ever been to in my entire life and trust me I’ve been to many! The staff is absolutely outstanding (especially Gabby who makes a mean hot fudge sundae.) They are quick, friendly & accomidating. My dogs also enjoy the sweet treats they get from inside this ice cream cone. There is nice outdoor seating and a great atmosphere. If I could I would give this tiny piece of heaven 6 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
