If I could give no stars I would the disrespect by the staff and the store being cluttered and disorganized and even when the staff member at self checkout was done harassing us when we spoke to management they brushed it off like her clear and blatant racial profiling was ok and the way she was disrespectful both in her actions and her tone... Will not be going back there and will be sure all of my friends are aware of how this company sees fit in treating their customers...

Thank you to the young male employee who worked 8/14/21 for online grocery pickup. When I placed my order, had I known it would have poured at 4pm I would have picked a different time. There was a very understandable wait because of the weather but the guy was so nice and I felt so awful because it was pouring rain.

I normally shop at a different Walmart, a superstore. The shopping here was efficient. It was well stocked. They have transitioned to only self checkout registers. During the pandemic I like self checkout because it is one less person touching everything.

The produce here is ALWAYS DAMAGED. I have tossed out sooo many bags of potatoes, onions, green peppers and cucumbers!I just bought a bag of frozen shrimp and it was bad— smelled extremely fishy and was freezer burnt. Same day buying it. Went right hime to use it.I’ve bought bread, and then seen mold on it.I also do not like that after they changed it to ALL Self check out, many of the older women and more employees that worked there are now gone. I do not like waiting to be told what lane I can go to. So dumb.With all the workers running around, one would think the store would be better kept.

Walmart Neighborhood Market was My Store. I loved it.. It was a fast easy In and a fast Out. I could have a cashier check out my groceries or I could use the self check out lanes. Recently major changes happened to the Store. All self Check outs were put in. The store is like walking into a ware house now. When time to check out I felt like a cow going down a cattle chute. I never used to wait in line, now I found myself waiting in line. I hope this works for You...it no longer feels like the Neighborhood Market. I will take my business to another Store..

I walked in today and noticed the front of store looked different. I was in a hurry so didnt look carefully. Well, when it came time to pay for my purchases I was in for a big surprise!! It is now all self checkout!!! This is so annoying! If I have to scan my items, at least give me a scan and go option like my Sams Club!!! I seriously will have to rethink my shopping locations.Comments heard from other shoppers around me mirrored my thoughts.

This place is better than sliced bread I just wish they carried sports cards

I think the store has a nice layout especially liked that the bread is there a section of the store where it wont get smashed by your other groceries by the time youre done shopping. And the checkout hostesses Im very considerate of the size of groceries you have in your cart as to what size register to check you out or that you should check yourself out I should say because it is all self-checkout I do believe all of Walmarts like that now all the Walmart most of them.

I am leaving five stars for Fyrn who works in the customer service department.I had been in the store earlier today and I use my cellphone to scan receipts to earn point for gift cards using the Fetch app.I accidentally left my phone at the customer service counter and simply walked out of the store.I returned about fifteen minutes later and as soon as Fyrn saw me she smiled and held up my phone.I seriously did not expect to see my phone again, but due to the kindness and professionalism of Fyrn, my phone was kept safe until I returned to retrieve it.I just got off the phone with the assistant manager to leave kudos for Fyrn and made certain she received recognition for her good deed.Thank you, Fyrn!! WalMart is so very lucky to have such an amazing employee!!! 👍👍👍👍

It is good for a quick shop. It is not like a big Wal-Mart. Limited merchandise.

This is a great little store. Its shelves are stacked high and they manage to get a lot of stock into a small footprint. If you are vertically challenged, it may help to bring a taller family member with you, but otherwise, it seems well-stocked and clean. Also, it smells delicious! Like freshly fried chicken.

Staff is very eager to help you find things. I got the hang of using the check out equipment in a couple of weeks. I love the selection of gluten free food plus the Asian and Mexican selection.

Great store. HATE the new self check out only implemented. Long lines. Annoying when you are doing a bigger shopping trip. Used to love coming here instead of the full sized Walmart’s in town but think I’ll start going back or to other grocery stores purely based on wait time and inconvenience at checkout.

It was great until I got to the registers with a full cart of food and all of them were self checkout.

Clean store, get in and out quickly and great prices . It is all self checkout but that doesn’t bother me since I only stop in for a few things, I do most of my shopping at Publix. I definitely see how it could be frustrating or harder for the elderly or somebody that is doing a larger shopping trip .

Very tired of Walmart in general. Was there again in Spring Hill Florida and once again so many people in line and so few cashiers. The self checkout of course is open but why do I want to scan an entire shopping cart to get nothing in return. I mean if you only have a couple items that’s ok but a full cart is a pain trying to load all your groceries on that little table and no discount for doing their jobs. So we go to a register and of course 4 open 6 people in line at each with the slowest cashier they can find. By the time we get up there it’s been 20 minutes and just want to get the f out of this store. Of course there was something missing that we paid for now we will have to return and fight to get it. Like we are going to complain about a 5$ item after spending 250.00 in groceries they make you feel like your trying to rip them off. If this was the case we would pick a much more valuable item. I hear so many times of people quitting Walmart and going somewhere else and I am heading that way. I always enjoyed shopping at Walmart but it’s getting ridiculous with the wait times at registers. Hope this changes but I really doubt it will happen.

So many lovely employees there! Very helpful and friendly! No annoying workers clogging the aisles with online orders either! Very nice experience.

Its great when we live so close and frequently visit here enough to actually know the employees, lol.. Ernie, Michael, Jezzer, and David have always left a memorable impression on me with their kind and punctual service. Ernie and Michael I would spot out and have them check me out bc they were always so friendly, then of course Walmart started the self check out thing which I hate.... but I was happy to see they didnt let go of my favorite employees. Jezzer always helps me in produce, and David would help me keep my favorite items in stock and now he is in bakery doing a great job. A business is only as great as its best employees and because of this locations employees I will give a 5 star 🌟, even though they are now only self checkout with depersonalizes the visit.

This store used to be our go-to grocery until a few says ago. After shopping, I went to check out and theyve taken out all the registers and made it to where everyone stands in one massive line, (at least 30 people in front of me) to wait and its all self check out. They did offer to help, I dont blame the employees, but its beyond ridiculous why they would do this. It doesnt help the covid situation at allWe wont shop there again.

This store has officially lost my business as a family, ALL self checkouts, I come out of work 12 to 16 hr shifts and I’m tired, I’ve already done my job, now I have to scan and bag a cart full of groceries.... this realization does not set in until your extremely tired and just want to go home... to avoid a conflict, I’m taking my monthly grocery money about $500 a month cash and I will go to Publix across the street... I’m not gonna deal with this

Had a real bad experience with pharmacist. They have been filling a prescription for the past 3 years and was told that they didnt want to continue filling this prescription because she (the pharmacist) didnt feel right about it. I tried to assure her that Ive been taking the drug for 20 years and have absolutely no symptoms of what she was so called concerned with. I thinks there are other mitigating reasons (financial?) but she would not admit to that or substantiate her stance. Walmart should do away with that type of pharmacist who thinks she knows better than my specialist doctor who has been treating me for 25 years.

Must ask for assistance to check out. Im not a fan of scanning my groceries.

This is the Walmart on Anderson Snow Rd. in Springhill Florida. Its a shame that I go into a store get what I need, just to find out that I have to check myself out and bag my own groceries, and still have to pay the same price. Not only that, but when I see self check outs, I wonder how many people they have put out of work or reduced their hours. Not a happy customer. 12 self checkouts no regular register check outs at all. I dont work for Wal-Mart to have to bag my own groceries, there should be a discount for doing that.Unhappy customer

Wow i felt like i was in Twilight zone . not one register . all self check out . that means all cashiers and baggers are out of a job . not to mention elderly people should not have to scan and bag there own groceries. Hello .. Handicap or wheelchair people might need some help .. All the way to thier car .. Hello .. And maybe i should get a percentage off my total .. Nothing crazy 2 or 3 percent . not cool market place

Do not recommend. A guy was stalking and harassing me thru the store. I kept going down random aisles and even went to the opposite side of the store the man kept following me. When I flagged down an employee to get help I was told the man was allowed to follow me thru the store whistling. I am beyond furious that a large man was allowed to harras a woman and child with no repercussions.

I enjoy going to this Market Place. They have my favorite snacks and there Is always someone handy yo help me if I cant find what I want. They take me right to the items I search for.

I use the gas station and mini mart and have never been inside the main store. The gas station is easy to get into with my truck and trailer to the diesel pumps. The mini mart inside is clean and friendly staff that sells me my lotto tickets that I hope to win someday lol. Anyways, good lighting for dark hours too in morning and evening. Usually the lowest diesel prices in this area too which is main reason I go here. Thanks for reading my review!! Hope it helps someone out there.

Love it! I never knew these small market Walmart existed! So wonderful! Still Walmart low prices and nice produce! When in town this is my new favorite store! Nice staff and customers, not crowded. This store lacks nothing in product dispute the reduced size of the store, love it, love it! Oh, and during all this covid... regular Walmart has taken away the customers ability to use more than one sanitizing wipe, this store does not, they allow you to have what is needed. Very nice store, I can not say it enough!

One the best run stores I have been. Ask any employee for help finding an item. They Dont just point over there, they walk you to the item.

Its pretty good . It doesnt have a lot of items like the larger Walmarts. That I can understand because its a smaller neighborhood Walmart. But even so,. they are out of a lot of items most times.

More of that neighborhood feeling, they go the extra mile to help you with questions. The Pharmacy is great,my stepson had to get his prescriptions refilled because Publix dropped his insurance company and they took care of the whole thing what a relief saved me a headache.

I buy my weekly or bi-weekly groceries online on Walmart and really appreciate the contact free service. Yes sometimes they do not have all of my items but they generally have 95%. I would say the one weakness is that cuts of meat other than ground meat are hard to come by sometimes. But all in all it is a wonderful service and save me from making impulse purchases when I shop in store.. I probably save about $20 on my weekly grocery bill because I am not making impulse purchases

This place is my go to for food and pharmacy.They have awsome staff in pharm. and over all of the store they treat with respect and is clean.

ALL checkouts are self checkout now! Extremely inconvenient when you have a full cart of groceries. The scanners also need an attendant every other item you swipe. They really need to put a few regular lanes back.

Its not free or even close to it for groceries. The suggested tip amounted to about 14%. That could be the kiss of death for Walmart+. Other than guilting me into tipping, it was excellent.

I would like to express my observation in this neighborhood Walmart compared to others that I have visited. I feel this Walmart should look different than the regular Super Walmart’s. Dark flooring, flowers pot hanging, different fruit and vegetable stands, etc... this WM looks just like a mini WM. “Not Good” I visited NWM in Orlando and it was personable. The ambience, atmosphere, lighting is way to bright. Change your interior decorator. Get fresher vegetables also. Thanks

I had a good experience today because of the convenience of picking up medicine and also some things I need it. Since is a small store its easy to walk and get things in a short amount of time.

This was our favorite store, but, not now, big mistake Wal mart. Going to all self serve checkout, we will be going elsewhere to shop. What is so bad, is approximately 2/3 of your business comes from elderly, and very elderly. We do have a choice, Target, Aldi, Winn Dixie, Publix. Yes, prices may be higher, but, competition with the food prices rising, they want our business. If this is your way to reduce employees, and not pay $15 hour, it is, in my view, pitiful.

Has a great variety of most products the only thing they are lacking is cashiers its all self check out and one person to guide you.

Yes it t has good staff and WalMarts low prices but I have two issues. They just concerted to all self check out. No staff at check out anymore so you have no choice but to do the work yourself. Hassle with the bags to get them open and scanning items that the available staff just stands there and watches you unless you verbally complain . Then second item is with the pharmacy. They solicited myself and my wife to move there. Then after a year or so there was always a delay getting my meds on time. Sometimes we would have to wait 4-7 days for refills.. This is beyond our supply running out. So I complained and complained more when I called at 11am and was told my refills were ready by 1pm then when I show up at 3 pm Im told again there will be a delay. So yes I raised my voice and said I was sure there was a reminder they could set to order my refills on time so we wouldnt have this problem. The next month when my dr sends my refills to them I call for when they will be ready and am told that the pharmacist wants to talk to me. I am told to find another pharmacy and that they will no longer help me or my wife and that no other Walmart pharmacy will ever help us ever again!!! That is your neighborhood market st your service so take heed. Not to upset the pharmacy staff even if they lie to you or are wrong.

Clean, has almost everything a big Walmart has as far as food. Parking lot is a tad small and can get crowded depending on what time you go. Shopping here at off-peak hours is very recommended.

I think its horrible how they have FORCED YOU TO DO SELF CHECK OUT. Its one thing if you CHOOSE to do so but, THEY TOOK AWAY YOUR CHOICE. They HERD you in like cattle, tell you where to go, and STAND THERE while you do THEIR JOB. Then check your receipt when you leave. We have many seniors in the area that NEED HELP!! SHAME ON YOU WALMART MARKET!!

Very clean store, helpful staff and a good selection of food including some organic options. Layout is convenient and efficient. The gas station is convenient as well. Only draw back is it can get busy at times making it hard to access the diesel pumps.

I dont go to the big Walmart anymore because it is too crowded. This store is great, they always have everything I need and the cashiers are very helpful and friendly.

Store was quiet and less stressful than the other walmart on Cortez. What a nice change. I will be shopping at this location more often.
