8/14/2021, 7:35pmI decide to go for donuts and ice cream and the first thing when we got there was that the place was really dirty and there were no doughnuts!!! Even with that we decide to stay, the line was clear inside and outside. Staff were talking, 10 minutes no greeting, then the lady that was doing car orders came to serve the ice cream, I had to repeat the order 3 times for a sundae. Once she finish she told me to go and pay, didnt acknowledge my husband next to me. We let her know that he was ordering too. The cashier was charging us even before his order was serve, giving no chance for you to asked for something else. I know she was very busy talking to a friend. She asked if I wanted the received once I said no she keep walking. No, thank you or nothing. She wanted to enjoy the conversation. The cashier area was dirty too, come on how much time take to clean a countertop, the store look like if it was going to close soon. It was raining but the storm inside wasnt about the dirty floor because of the rain!!!

Went for a apple fritter left without one. They were out got a jelly donut and french cruller. Still want a fitter. 😔😔😔

Service is poor. Moved to the new location and lost focus. Too busy talking to other crew people. Dont listen, no manners and dont make it the way I asked. This is an issue with many locations. Window opens, scan my phone, window closes.. opens hand me my coffee and window closes. I wait because I didnt get a straw with my ice coffee. Window opens. Hand me a straw window closes. Maybe owner should shop their stores OR read whats going on

I order from this Dunkin location countless times using the Door Dash app.Theyre so awesome here because they allow me to call in and modify my order which cannot be done in the Door Dash app.For example if I want 4 shots of vanilla and 4 shots of caramel topped with whipped cream, they make it perfectly and exactly how I enjoy it!!Kudos to all of the folks at Dunkin who care about customer service!!! This is exactly why I am, and will continue to be, a repeat customer!!! 👍👍👍

I came in with my kids to get a quick drink and snack. The young lady was super helpful ordering was fast and correct. The team members there were all polite and professional and I loved how this place actually still had donuts left. Usually by the end of the day everyone is out and the donuts are hard. This place was still fully stocked and everything was soft and fresh. Will definitely be my favorite Dunkin.

Today, I cannot believe what happened, my husband and I decided to go to dunkin and this one was the one closest to my house. We wanted 2 small iced coffees with boston creme donuts. They wrote the order correctly on the screen. When we got to the window, first they gave me ONE iced coffee with NO donuts. We told the employee it was wrong, he gave us attitude and gave me a dirty look. After, we complained he STILL gave me 2 iced coffees which were WRONG by the way and NO donuts like we had asked. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Been here nearly every morning the last two weeks and the service is never pleasant. The woman in the drive thru is not nice to speak with, is constantly short with her tone, and always has an attitude before you even get to say hello. The man at the window is no better. The other morning, he was shouting out the window to his friend to prove to his coworker that they know each other. Its sad to say that a good morning is never had whenever I go to this dunkin.

This location seems to always be busy, the staff is fast. Good job

They are always out of peach for the refreshers. Other than that they are great.

The food and drinks and customer service are pretty good, or at least decent, but the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Everytime I go to this location Im scared Im gonna get into an accident.

I keep giving this Dunkin’ a chance because it’s so close to my house. To be honest, I am tired of paying for watered down cold brew. I have to either drive to Anderson Snow or Weeki Wachee Dunkin’ because they are the only ones in the area that consistently have decent cold brew. Sometimes the Dunkin on 19 by target is decent. This Dunkin is usually my last resort :(

Really? Rate this place? It is Dunkin. Expect consistency.. It is always a good service at this location. Never a let down.

I stopped going for two reasons. The first being they let people in wearing no masks; the usual type wearing those red hats ya know??? Secondly they stopped the 2 for 1 Wednesday Sundae deal and started charging through the nose for every item you added. Dunkin thinks they have Starbucks beat but in reality Starbucks offers better quality at yes higher prices but not that much higher.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been in. Stood there waiting to get some service for ice cream, and the cashier who was ringing up the customer before us, finally called for back up. Another employee comes up front, and instead of asking who is next, just take someone else’s order. So we keep standing there, and I’m assuming by this point we must be invisible, because there are a total of 4 employees working and no one can be bothered to help us. Two of the employees are working drive thru, and one starts making an ice cream sundae, and then has no idea who ordered it. Finally we get waited on, and order. Unfortunately not a good experience, we won’t be back.

I might be a little bit biased but I love Dunkin Donuts. I love all of the drinks they have and obviously their donuts.

Dont go there never get what you ask for, always a problem at the drive thru. And they never have bags for your orders

This location is ok. Liked it better when it was across the st. Lately it seems they dont have much staff running the place and drive thru gets pretty backed up during the day and at night.

Dont eat here unless you want your order to be wrong every time. The people making the food cant read. Ive ordered from here on the app 4 times. N every single time, my order was wrong. What a waste of a good donut shop

Cortnie helped my grandmother and I tremendously. My grandmother couldnt get out the right words but Cortnie took the time to be patient and kind, even made sure we were happy with out food/drinks! Everytime shes there we enjoy our experience, Wednesday when I came in they served me burnt coffee and gave the donut I ordered to someone else when it was the last one, Cortnie was extremely friendly, well mannered and was the only one I noticed actually working and wasnt standing around talking. 5 stars simply because she made it a great day for my grandmother

Every time we order from this Dunkin order is wrong. Twice they gave us ice tea with cream and sugar instead of coffee.

Bought half a dozen donuts yesterday, got home and they were hard and old. Was too tired to return them, threw them out lost almost 7 dollars. Their donuts should always be fresh. Shame on them.

Went for valentines and arrived before the line. Croissant microwaved, non existent hash browns then after waiting in line to get, after waiting through drive thru realized hash brown are so soggy, anything but crispy. Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Line was to the road as slow as they make food by the time we left.. Should have just made breakfast, it definitely not a treat, just a greasy fast food mess.

I just purchased a grilled cheese sandwich from the store. It smelled and tasted like plastic and it wasn’t even a grilled cheese sandwich, it was a microwave cheese sandwich. Therefore, the bread was warm and soggy and the crust was like rubber. How can you call this a grilled cheese when it never touched the grill? I was actually afraid of being poisoned by the chemical smells. Never recommend it to anyone!!!

Coffee is weak and not sure if I am getting decaffeinated coffee and its like water

I asked for a bagel twist with cream cheese and they put the cream cheese on top of the bagel instead of getting a knife to slice open the bagel. When I called to ask why my bagel twist was this way the lady on the phone said thats how they do it because it doesnt fit in the slicer but any other dunkin I go to cuts it open. My coffee tastes as if its been sitting all day.

Place needs a bigger drive-thru and parking lot.

Although this location still shows Temporarily Closed in Google, they have reopened are now open. They are just west of Winn Dixie and Bank of America and on the same side of the road (south side of Spring Hill Drive). You may order through their app and although it shows they only have walk-in service... Folks, they have a fully functional drive thru!!!! I ordered through the app, got some breakfast wraps, coffee (of course) and some munchkins. My customized coffee(s) were STELLAR and the good food was top notch. Although there was a line around the building, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. If you order in the app, simply pull up to the speaker and tell them you made an app order. Give your name, pull up to the window and BOOM! Theres your order, hot and ready to go! The drive thru here is a real game changer. I hope your visit there is as great mine was. Enjoy, folks!! 😊

I went two times, both times the people working were rude, also I got two double scoop bowls and the scoops were not even full. Not to mention no bag or receipt. I spent enough money to buy two gallons of ice cream and came out with one regular bowl, I dont plan on going here again.

Im so disappointed in the new location. Ive been there three or four times now and theyve gotten my order wrong every time. I ordered blueberry muffins and got everything but. Ordered a half dozed vanilla cream, no cream inside the donuts; and I dont mean, like there was a little cream, no cream at all. Idk whats going on but its no good.

Its a Dunkin donuts. Of course I love the ice coffee, it is always good. Also the breakfast sandwiches are not bad either. This location gets a lot of traffic, so it seems a little messy and could be cleaner, but I think that would be a losing battle with all the people coming and going.

Came here a few days ago and ordered an ice coffee with melted sugar. Well the cashier was very polite but she was busy and had the cook make my coffee. I reminded them please melt the sugar. I heard the cook say i dont melt sugar and proceeded to make my coffee. I was kinda surprised but whatever i get in the car and taste my coffee it was so gross. I didnt have the time to go back so i tossed it. This only got 3 stars cause the cashier was very sweet an helpful and had great customer service.

Have given this Dunkin two trys, both times I ordered a Strawberry dragon fruit refresher, both times they did not mix the drink and when I asked they said, its a Layered drink (no other dunkin layers it) the girl at the window was very rude about the whole thing.

Excited to see this place finally opened since its easier to get into versus the old spot across the street, unfortunately it ended up becoming like every other lackluster Hernando County Dunkin experience.Slipped into the drive-thru and ordered two drinks, one being an iced coffee/light and extra sweet in addition to a dozen assorted doughnuts. Order placed flawlessly, young lady at window was gloved and masked and demonstrated a professional attitude. Everything after that experience, disappointing.Arriving home, the iced coffee was basically missing everything except for just enough milk to discolor the coffee and had no sugar, no sweetness. It may have been our fault considering every other Dunkin knows how to correctly handle an iced coffee light and extra sweet including those up and down the eastern seaboard, but apparently this one didnt understand and simply fudged it.Secondly, our dozen doughnuts ended up being 10...yes 10 not 12, not 11, 10. The sad part is there were 2 glazed and the rest all chocolate, all of them except the glazed...chocolate, the same...chocolate. Mediocre, at best. I guess assorted and dozen are key words that may require additional training to grasp.Patrons--Your mileage may vary but do yourself a favor and double check your order before leaving as inability to correctly count or make drink orders according to the standard seems to be lost at this location. As for this location---Do Better. Aspire not to fall into the same trap the other locations have already dove into and forsake your customers with a flourish of could care less attitude. It never works out well for anyone involved. I understand times are weird for all involved and maybe theres a learning curve to be had by newer employees, but do better. Double check, ensure quality, stop leaving it to the wind and just maybe more people will gladly visit and say hello.2 stars because the young woman at the window was at least gloved and masked and tried to provide great customer service even if she was the one making the drink wrong or not counting correctly.

Love this place but the cashiers need to be sure to change gloves between collecting money and making food and drinks.

The staff are wonderful! I frequent this location regularly. Dustin and Cathy know my regular order. I usually have my coffee ready before I order. Their polite and friendly.

The team here is great! They helped my child, who wanted to buy a donut, pick the best one and pay. Which made my child feel happy! They did wonderful!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Hernando County. You always get what you ordered. The food and the coffee is fresh and consistent, served by fast and friendly staff. Even during busy hours, you can still get served quickly. If you dont want coffee, how about some delicious 31 Flavors ice cream. But the best thing about this location is that theyre open 24 hours. Excellent!!!

I like their breakfast sandwiches. They keep me full for a long time, which is really great. The only thing I dont like is that they have French, and not regular, Vanilla. I, totally only my opinion, the regular Vanilla such smoother. So, I just get regular decaf there. Maybe Ill be brave and try so other flavored lattes.

It was ok. Ive had better. I think they water down the coffee. It wasnt that strong. The donuts were good.

My regular place to meet with friends every Friday and pick up coffee and treats for other occasions. I miss the lemon donuts but enjoy just about everything on the menu. Love the staff. They are more than awesome.

Good but they often mess up orders and seem to never cut the bagels. Multiple times when we order food we have to stand and ask for it after we get our coffees. Once we got a dozen donuts instead if two dozen. The coffee is good but just check your order.

This was my first time at dunkin donuts and I ended up order a drink that was way too sweet, I went back trying/wanting to pay to add more coffee, but they just went ahead remade my drink for free! Then explained how to order it properly next time! And the food was great !

Its hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they make the coffee perfect and sometimes I have to bring it back multiple times before they get it correct. I dont understand how they mess it up because there should be a specific ingredient list but I guess they dont train everyone the same.

Absolutely love DD coffee is always amazing whe even when I try something different like a blueberry butter pecan ice coffee. The employees are always very nice and friendly as well.

Best place ever best coffee.2 year later and still God coffee .I order a LG hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar Stirred.will for the past 2 week I ask for the same thing and I dont get it stirred .call me Patty but I do pay $2.55 for the coffee every morning at 6 30am .

I have had two experiences here and they have been 50/50. My first experience was great. There was a long line, but when I got the the counter the person behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. my other experience was less positive. When I got to the counter the person was much more interested in what was happening with other employees than what was happening with their customers. I know that sounds a little selfish, but it is a customer service position, I think you kind of have to pay attention to the customers.

Fresh waffle cones wrap around cold and delicious scoops of ice cream in a variety of flavors! Donuts of every kind are always fresh made! Service is always friendly and prompt!

This Dunkin is hard to get into and out of when its busy but its usually pretty quick to get your order. The employees are always nice and accommodating with coupons.

Been coming here for years and only Baskin Robbins around but extremely slow everytime. Also each time I come here (twice a month) new people working so they obviously cant keep the workers for whatever reason.

I wish there were more of them Fort Smith is too far to have to go get donuts but its the only Donuts I like and their coffee is delicious
