I like Cracker Barrel in general. I think its mostly because of the nostalgia factor. But this is the best Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. The food was really good. The salad was cold crisp and fresh. Fries were so hot and perfect. And they had the best pancakes and chicken tenders. We had a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal.

We gathered around a cracker barrel to share in the joy of celebrating my mothers 72nd birthday! It was a lovely gathering with lots of delicious food and excellent company.

You claim to be a breakfast place, but cant even cook hash browns. Then expect me to pay for something you cant provide. So I address the situation and your fix is to switch my meal out to an equal value meal so the ticket reads the same price? Also having your meal come out in 3 waves is ridiculous. It was only eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns.. I shouldnt get the bacon and eggs ..then five minutes later get the toast then 10 minutes later get the hash browns. Then to ignore me at my own table because you are worried your other customers are leaving from waiting too long was the icing on top of the cake. It shows your lack of understanding or care for the situation at hand. If I could give zero stars for this experience I would. This was a failure at many levels that could been prevented or de-escalated many times.

Always Good with CB, first time visit to this one to redeem a Rewards coupon from work was just everything and them some! Excellent support from the Whole Team there, a very relaxing well taken/handle visit and more. All the way from start to finish each and everyone was on top of there game all the way down to the moving box my order was in to protect it, really this take out box was incredible!!!! My husband and I come here all the time. Part of our morning routine. Little Kim and Melodie are our favorite waitresses. But every single one here is nice and friendly. Except the guy, Im guessing hes the manager but hes a bit off...comes off a little rude and hates his job. Ashley too, shes so sweet. Food is always on point. Other than the tomatoes sometimes but thats understandable.

This is the 2nd attempt Ive given Cracker Barrel, and Ive officially have been turned off. My family and I wanted a little nosh and instead of Dennys we decided to go next door to Cracker Barrel. I had reservations, my first experience at Cracker Barrel (a different restaurant), left me feeling like the food was sub par at best but the service was excellent. Not this time, we ordered our drinks, appetizer and main course, in that order. We were assured that are appetizer would be ready first. After 25 minutes our main course came out missing a few items that we ordered, and NO appetizer so we reminded our waitress who immediately blamed the cooks for not getting out the right food. On her second pass to us we still had no appetizer and I was still missing food that I ordered. Once again the waitress was reminded and again she blamed everyone else. At that point I decided her tip would be cut drastically. Third times the charm right? Wrong, finally received the appetizer but wait no missing item for me. So for the 3rd time I asked for what I ordered she decided that if she didnt wait for someone else and just go get it herself that finally our table would be 100% served... When she brought out the item it was missing cheese, no matter between the absent mindedness of the waitress and once again unseasoned sub par food we were ready to go. I did leave a tip in not an a**ho*e. While my family perused the items of the gift shop I used the facilities, and what happens after I sit I look and there isnt 1 f*:-&ng roll of toilet tissue in the stall and no one in the bathroom to help. I literally had to use my mask, yeah I know. Its official I hate Cracker Barrel, Id go eat breakfast at Taco Bell before Id eat at Cracker Barrel. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a restaurant in a very long time. I wish I had more hands to give this business more thumbs down but for now here are two👎🏾👎🏾

Took my kids here for breakfast. Their breakfast was delicious and our server was awesome. The kids liked the entire experience. This place will never get old for us.

Desiree (sp?) Served us, she was literally perfect. Got everything correct and timely. She knew to give us a little distance for dinner.Unfortunately we may have gotten a little loud at the table, so a manager stopped by. She was polite and didnt rush us out though, thank you for that.But Desiree... shes gold.

My husband, our daughter and 1 and our 2 friends visited on Friday night. We were seated right away and our server was great. I was however disappointed with the amount of one of my sides. I barely got a tablespoon of macaroni and cheese. This is our got for a family meal.

Wasnt happy with our Dinner. Its the 2nd time weve been to a Cracker Barrel Restaurant to eat and it seemed like the food we ordered had been sitting under a warmer light and wasnt freshly made. More than likely we wont be going again.

I typically always order the spicy grilled catfish with sweet baby carrots and mashed potatoes. I decided to try something new for a change and chose the fried chicken Sandwich with bacon and maple Glaze. Wow one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. Its definitely a must try.

My husband and I went and had breakfast last weekend and ordered the same breakfast we always order..We could,nt believe how much they raised the prices! How do they raise the price from $21.00 to $36.00? Not counting the tip! That,ll be the last time! I understand the food has gone up..but this is crazy..

So we arrive at cracker barrel. party of 7. we are quoted with a 15 to 20 minute wait. After 25 minutes the hostess notifies us that it will be an additional 25 minutes. we have 3 children and my 91 year old grandmother. I ask to speak with the manager who was initially apologetic and blamed all the take out orders coming in but didnt offer any solutions to correct anything. especially considering we where next. We decided to cancel and leave. We hadnt even gotten to the car yet and they called a party of 4 and a party of 2. I went back inside and asked to speak to the manager again. while waiting they called another party of 3. And I questioned how they could be seating these people right next to each other if it was a 25 minute wait. His reply was that we decided to leave but 2 minutes earlier said an additional 25 minutes. We where still in the parking lot and he made no attempt to grab us or anything. His statement was they were seating people but they wouldnt be served right away as Im watching the waitress take drink orders. If a table of 7 was to much he could have offered to place us at to different tables especially since they places the 2 separate groups of people across from each other. they sure seemed to be getting service. When I said it was his responsibility as the manager to manager the restaurant. his reply was that is what he was trying to do but he was to busy dealing with me.. I reminded his that customer service should be his top priority and he seemed to not even care.. I have No cracker barrels in NY and make it a point to go to 1 whenever I am in a state that has.. Cracker barrel is known for there warm inviting attitude. but at this cracker barrel all the manager had was attitude. Disappointed is an understatement. We always look forward to eating there..

Home cooking out of a can. My husband and I came here tonight to have a date night, and we were sadly disappointed. We had to season our own food and even the steak came out flavorless. The beans are straight out of a can. My broccoli was brought to the table Raw! When I asked the waitress to replace the broccoli, she brought a new bowl that was steamed. But this also was devoid of any seasonings. I asked to speak to a manager afterwards, and before she even got to our table she had an attitude. I told her about our experience, and she just made a lot of excuses for the poor food and poor staff. I had to leave a review our experience was so bad. I hope to rescue others from attempting to having an enjoyable experience at this location. Do not go there if you want to enjoy your night.

First time eating at a Cracker Barrel the food was amazing. I got the rainbow trout it was cooked to perfection.

I have been to several of restaurants of this chain. There food for the price is ok in general. My biggest complaint are the hard wooden chairs. Those things are the worst chairs ever, especially if you have back problems. Today, I will add that the mashed potatoes are just nothingness! One can definitely tell they buy the cheapest instant possible and they add nothing to improve texture or taste. The server was very nice. Very helpful, but hadnt been trained properly. I ordered a side salad, which was Really fresh and good, but it was served with the main course. So of course, my dinner cooled and those gross mashed potatoes got a nasty pasty film...

Generally I like Cracker Barrel, weve eaten at this location 5 or 6 times also my last time. The french toast was sent back because it tasted like it was dipped in butter and fried, no appearance of egg at all. My food had a hair in it and honestly sometimes I can look the other way with hair, if it was on my plate, this was embedded in my food and I pulled it out of my mouth, yeah Im done.

Although the food was good, The only issue was that we order 3 sangrias. And the server carded us, and it seems that cracker barrel follows the law differently in different cracker barrels restaurants. Because the three of us at the table were over 61 years old and one of them my mother was 90. To which you can see it from miles away. We have gone to another cracker barrel two weeks ago and we were not asked for our IDs for the sangria. In a way it just felt uncomfortable to ask people that clearly look wrinkled up for IDs.

Water tank out they said Im going to be about 20 minutes for my chicken I waited and waited after about 35 minutes I asked the hostess to check on my order and someone had put it over with the takeout orders and didnt even let me know that it was ready. The food was pretty good even though it was almost cold. except for the muffins which werent very good

My hubby and I visit Cracker Barrel’s all over on our camping excursions- when home in Spring Hill we visit our best and never disappointing local CB-I just want to take a moment to remind everyone that during this time the service industry is struggling to find people that want to work — - and the ones that do work, have no issue in calling out for frivolous excuses - so one thinks the simple solution is to just fire them - well the issue with that, the public doesn’t care about staffing, unable to get certain products etc - they want what they want and want it NOW ! So that warm body showing up for 3 of 5 scheduled shifts is better than not having a body all 5 shifts -No I am not happy with this, but it had made many of us rethink our staffing issues !! JUST BE A LITTLE PATIENT WHILE OUT -

Food was terrible . The roast beef dinner was pot roast portion size extremely small. Friends ordered chicken and dumplings and only got dumplings no chicken. So disappointing. Only plus the waitress and hostess were amazing

We went for breakfast. Our eggs over easy were nice, not over or under cooked. The pancakes were tasty and the hash brown casserole was fantastic. Bacon was crispy like we ordered. Enjoyed our meal.

It was ok? The sausage, biscuits and tots were ok. But the scrambled eggs looked like a cats hairball. Almost inedible sadly. I do recommend the lunch though. Their chicken is amazing!

Our server was new but very nice. It was our first time here, for mothers day. Pancakes were very tough and crunchy, one biscuit had a hair in it and a piece of ham smelled so rancid it turned your stomach. Shrimp was good. Will not be going back, worst meals in a very long time.

I really enjoy going here for a meal and have no complaints on the food and the servers are great too five stars for them.The complaint I do have is the dining room is full of dust and dirt everywhere!!!

The food is always good. In this case the service not so much. Gave the waitress Pacific instructions that I needed my meal to go. We were in the party of 10 I couldnt stay long. And for some reason my meal comes out last needless to say I was upset. Simple instructions

I love the meatloaf and had the lunch with mash potatoes with gravy and the fruit. The fruit was strawberries, pineapple and blueberries, all fresh and delicious! With ice tea and a cup of yummy clam chowder, my check was less than $14!

At 4/pm no more dumplings also ran out of corn muffins an there back to old cleaning habits where they uses the same rag for all tables then wrap on arm dont do the chairs. There was plenty of help they were standing in kitchen bsing.never again going to this one in spring hill

04/11/2021: Nick is a really good server 💕💐! Our order was correct and hot, 1 person needed a drink refill and we all got a drink refill 💕, his level of checking in on us is perfect. Translation: not too many times to be a bother and yet not a disappearing act, never to be found, either. He came by just the right amount of times. Need more servers in the world like him. Also, he chase us down to return us our forgotten jacket and I even looked at the table to make sure I didnt forget anything. 💐

Horrible experience today! I dont know whats going on at this place, but its bad. We asked for high chairs for our twins, and we had to wipe them down because there was still food on them. Kids ordered chicken tenders and they were very dry. Mostly breading. I ordered the grandmas breakfast, got one piece of bacon, one piece of 2mm thick ham, one piece of sausage, and the pancakes that once filled the plate, were now the size of my kids pancakes! Food portions were extremely small, like theyre on a budget! Mind you, there were 11 of us. I do not complain to management because I have a thing about people messing with my food. Our bill was over $120, and the girls were compensated (tipped $40). EVERYONE LEFT HUNGRY! We will NEVER GO BACK.

Had the Haddock with fries cole slaw and fried okra the Haddock wasnt good it had a mushy texture, not a flaky texture.

We took our Granddaughter to CBOCS Spring Hill, Fl. for her eighth birthday, as she requested. The experience was TERRIBLE. We waited 30 minutes for our food and then it was substandard. I complained to the manager, Jackie, who said there was a problem with the grill and what did I want from her. She made no offer to adjust our bill. Our waitress, Judy, was nice but slow, She appeared to be a little long in the tooth to be carrying heavy trays in a fast passed operation like this, We will not be returning.

My wife and I had a nice server but food was terrible and the meatloaf my wife ordered was under cooked and also had a piece of soiled paper stuck to the bottom of it while My coke was served in a extremely dirty glass with soap residue in it. Prices are very decent for what you get. Definitely love the Chicken in like a maple syrup glaze which I thought would be a weird combo but its now become my go to dinner from there.

Always a pleasure to eat at Cracker Barrel. This one was no exception. Seating was prompt, food was excellent, hot and fresh. My kids enjoyed shopping in the store afterwards. It gets 5 stars from this Marine.

Delicious food, good service, got my food quickly. This is probably one of the best Cracker Barrel restaurants Ive been too. The food came out more quickly than I thought it would because usually it takes a while. The waitress seemed to have too many tables, but she was helpful and friendly nonetheless. Will go here again if Im in this area!

When we pulled up in the parking lot the manager for the evening on 7/21 was out back smoking with the employees, said manager only appeared twice on the floor but never came to our table & checked on us, the waitress was new & still learning, she was very nice, we didnt get our biscuits till the end of the meal. We arrived around 8pm.

I live less than 5 minutes away, and food was cold-- gravy congealed, potatoes cold, and if chickenwas supposedto be fresh, it was nothing more than reheated. My daughter and I go here regularly. The food is always top shelf. We usually have breakfast when we go. Old timer, Grandmas Sampler, all great choices. Hard to find a place that knows how to cook grits and get it right; they know how! Never had a bad experience here. Service is always superb! The food is always great! Good coffee to boot! Having breakfast here brings me back to breakfasts at my grandparents house and good memories.

In Florida, Nice warm day. Great Haddock, decided to sit outside on the porch area. Safer, quiet, until people sat next to us, about 4 ft with a Little Dog. Just not use to a mutt panting at me when I eat. No place for dogs. If youre offended, Tough.

Being that we are in times of a pandemic, I understand being short staffed could have played a drastic role in wait times. But knowing Mothers Day is one of the busiest holidays in food service, I feel the organization could have been better handled by management. I waited today for 2 hours for breakfast that was ordered online, and predicted a wait time of 30 minutes. The ladies at the register and coming out to deliver food tried theyre best to accommodate, but management was rude, cold and unapologetic. The worst experience by management I have ever experienced, but this isnt the first time at this location unfortunately. AND MY BURGER WAS RAW.

Ive been disappointed in many Cracker Barrels in the last few years. Poor food quality, not hot, service has been shoddy. These are different locations, different states, etc. This one didnt disappoint. Some of the best fried chicken Ive gotten from a place that doesnt specialize in fried chicken.

Why is it that this location cannot hold to Cracker Barrel’s standard? The Mac and cheese is consistently made subpar, and that’s putting it nicely. Friendly service does not make it good service either. If you’re in the mood for Cracker Barrel, you’re in for disappointment at this location. I’ve been going there for well over a year and it took me that long to learn, with countless bad experiences, to learn to stay away. Why so long? My favorite restaurant, unfortunate as this is the only close one by.

The fried chicken is very good, love the pancakes and cornbread. I enjoy seeing the old time candy. The older people love this place. Thats all I got
