Paulette and James were great. They were super helpful and quick with the whole process and also helped process a refund when we returned the equipment early. Will definitely use again.

I reserved a Uhaul trailer for noon,, i had to wait 1 hr for someone to help. Then after 1 hr wait the trailer was not available due to it was at another storage facility. When I called the other storage facility they closed at noon. So I could not pick up the trailer. Not cool!! They need to communicate I suggest u call first to make sure it is available.

I had a wonderful experience here. The guys that work there are very nice. I personally dealt with James and he was professional yet very friendly and he actually looked for ways to save me money and really did. I was very appreciative of that. I could see that both of the guys go out of their way to help out their customers. I would highly recommend this place.

I rented a uhaul. It was actually reserved at another location. The staff at this location was very helpful in finding the other location where the truck actually was. We were advised to go to this location.Later, when the the other location said we could not buy or get moving blankets, this location helped and provided some.Very helpful, yhanks.

Was supposed to be contactless, did online contact and payment. When I arrived at unit 2 days later ( and no call from storesmart) I was confused that my unit had a lock on it already. I contacted the # on sign for service after hours and got a CSR quickly. Was told I would get a Call back shortly, after they notified On Call rep., - I did see and asked 2 Employees on property if they have any idea...I was informed they work for corporate, but Id need to call or stop in next day during open hours.. so much for 24 hour and contacts. 5x5 unit is actually a 3x5 unit. Not impressed nor satisfied

Staff are polite and very helpful. All areas are well lit and so clean. I would highly recommend!

This was a good place a few years ago but with unstable staff, no concrete policies, changing rules and rising prices after being a loyal customer of seven years I am leaving and going anywhere else. All discounts are gone, prices raised with no notice and good staff ran off so nobody is left with any idea of customer service or what good is meant to be. Go anywhere else!!! Please. We have to hurt this business with empty lockers to teach then a lesson about how to treat the people that pay the bills. ADDITIONAL NOTE!! At least the management listened enough to put Paulette back at this location. In 7 years she is the only one that had any kind of professionalism or that understood my complaints. And for the owners you can check my records, my rent was around $150 with my discounts or less only 6 months ago and now its $229. Thats NOT a nominal increase in my book!!! Do the math its over a 50% increase thats not fair or right!!

Perfect place to have a storage unit with easy access and perfect for moving since they include U-Haul services as well. Laidy was very helpful and friendly and explained everything with ease. StoreSmart is lucky to have an employee like her working the front desk with such a happy and cheerful attitude!

I do not have a unit here HOWEVER they have been calling me for like two years sometimes multiple times a week whenever someone who does have a unit is late. I keep calling them to tell them they have the wrong number but they are so horrible they can’t even manage to take a number off of a record. I don’t keep a big circle and have no friends who would use me as a contact in springhill but regardless, I have called many times to ask them to stop calling me especially during my work hours but they don’t and this week they have called me 4 Times so now I’m going to review them on every platform. Never do business with these people they are incompetent.

The staff is wonderful. You could not ever fine the type customer service this facility has to offer. You feel safe and secure there. Grounds and storage area is kept very clean and nice looking. This is the very best storage facility.

James from 2465 Anderson snow road in springhill has been an excellent help in renting my wife and I the right storage unit and excellent with the help he provided when returning the uhaul equipment and being the liason between myself and the uhaul representative. My family has had multiple units with Storesmart for over 5 yrs, and we have been very happy with the service we receive from the store employees when calling or walking in. Not so much, when the employees were busy and phone calls ended up being forwarded, but when calling today I was greeted, for the first time mind you, with a very nicely worded, informative and to the point recorded message. I have to say that this was nice to hear, as a point of contact for the local store, instead of being routed to some uhaul call center where nobody knew anything about the local store or could help me with anything other then a truck rental. Thank you for putting the customers first and giving us a way to get information or leave a message we are sure the people who work the store will get and respond to.

Great place, great! Great service. Tracy is the most calm, cool and collective customer service representative I have ever met in my life. Service super star, need more people like her in the world. My experience with my UHaul reservation prior to checking in at Store Smart was so terrible and I was so irate but Tracy really helped me out the best she could and was beyond nice to me. The check out process with her was organized and quick. If you can get her, she will take care of you and explain things perfectly and friendly. If I ever need storage again or anyone else I know for that matter, I will recommend this place! Thank you Tracy, you saved me during the most stressful time of my entire life. Thank you!!!!

Wow. This place is truly amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful. Our scout units needed a short term storage unit and they were able to quickly accommodate us quickly. Their facilities are clean and well maintained. Really fantastic in every regard.

Excellent experience with Mike and Miki. Gave me a great truck and even helped me to get going with a huge move. Very reliable and nice people.

This place is amazing! The employees are very friendly and helpful. Tracy was the best. Would recommend to anyone. They have boxes, storage spaces, and trucks to help with anyone’s move. They take the stress out of the process.

Tracy at StoreSmart really made our difficult day a bit better. U-Haul for some reason, at the last minute, re-routed our truck pick-up to her store from another one that we had listed on our reservation. After we got through the confusion and made it to her store, she went out of her way to help us out and make sure we were taken care of. We appreciated her helpfulness during our rough day. The security gates are always malfunctioning

I was very pleased. I called for a trailer and was told they had what I needed and would hold until I got there which was about 20 minutes. Tracy got me out of there right away. Wil definitely go back for any further rentals. Called another place prior to speaking to Tracy and was left on hold.

Use these people only for last resort. Was with them 2 years on auto pay so never late. Moved out 21 day early but being it was not 30 we get charged for a full month not a pro rated amount. So they are nice when you sign up but when you leave they throw out the small print in your face which is fine but not to pro rate is not. So please be warned. And when you leave that good customer service and being polite goes out the door.

My fiancé uses this facility for storing his car parts etc. the unit was clean when we got it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location and no complaints.

The people have been so generous to our troop! We appreciate everything theyve done for us!

After two days on the road and nearing six PM I pulled up with a twenty six foot rig and hauler and found Mo there. She went out of her way to help me and did it professionally with a smile. I cant express my gratitude enough to her and Ben for all their help! Thank you so much!

We were in a pinch and needed some place quick to store appliances and classic cars in preparation for Irma. The staff really worked with us on not only the perfect unit for our needs but with the equipment to move it there. Prices were spectacular as were the staff through it all. I will be a repeat customer Going forward.

I set up my storage unit from out of state. Ive had my unit for a few months and theyve been wonderful the whole time. Mo is the sweetest and is an absolutely kind person to work with. I vouldnt suggest them enough.

They are ripoffs. They over charge for the units. They want a 30 day notice, and they do not prorate. You will be charged an extra month. They are not secure, the gate is often broken and left open for weeks at a time. A friend of mines $9000.00 trailer was stolen out of their and their cameras were not working at the time. The customer service is atrocious and their policies are a shakedown, they force you to buy an insurance plan that you do not need. Please do not give these people any of your money. I have many business acquaintaces the have had bad experiences and all are slowly pulling out. I still have 1 unit there out of pure convienience but will soon be looking for a new unit farther away because of how they treat their customers.

I have stored here many years (currently I have 2 units) but my rates keep going up to where I am now paying about $30.00 a month more than their listed street rate on the same size unit. I have been on auto pay for all those years and am now being charged an additional service fee for each unit, one of which is over $9.00 a month and the other over $8.00 a month thats an additional $17.00 which is absolutely crazy. Very disappointed and will be relocating to a more reasonably priced facility who will hopefully appreciate their long time tenants who are on auto-pay. Shame on you Storesmart.

The worst staff possible is at this location the day we moved in our unit had a broken slider for lock that we did not notice until after unloading our stuff in,when employee notified we were told to move our stuff to another unit. We had one of the bigger units and were not going to move our things so we asked them to fix it. Never happened. We were out of state and tried to cancel our agreement and the manager paulette was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful, we had to pay an extra month due to her not allowing us to send in a fax/email of or notice to vacate. And she failed to inform us that we had to take our own lock off in order to be considered vacated. And we were charged an additional 200+ because of a lock still on unit.General manager was then requested and seemed to have helped and was very nice and helped resolve our issue. However as long as paulette is thereþmanager this place will not be run properly. We have used them prior to her being g there and never had any issues then.

The lady that runs the place Paulette is rude, and claims she can only do anything is you are there in person. This was a nice place in 2017, but I have regretted going back since new manager.

Just realized that 2 months ago StoreSmart added an insurance charge of $9.50 to my unit, without permission. When I called them out on it the manager advised that he would NOT remove it until I provided them with a copy of my homeowners declarations page. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. I am aware that they are not responsible for my stored belongings, its a fact and it was in my contract. So why do I need to bring you a declarations page?! Manager offered to give me a 10% discount (to cover the insurance costs) if I just left it. REALLY?! Unacceptable, and now Im shopping for new storage facilities.
