Good people. The lady up front was super sweet and was a huge help getting me out in a hurry. Ill use them again when I need another storage unit. Highly recommend.

Could not pickup my 24 /7 van rental. I admit I am annoyed so this might not be fair.

Got our 5 propane tanks filled here, as we always do. It was nice they even gave away free rope to tie them with so they didnt roll around. Most of the time tho. It seems like it takes forever to get someone to come out and fill our tanks, we are a paying customer like everyone else there and we should get treated as such

I was a customer of Marie Curths, and she treated us like everyday friends. I can say that I loved her. She is thoughtful, genuine, and great with customer service. If I ever have to move again, or can refer someone, I would 100% have them go to her. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!!!

During an unplanned and difficult move due to a family member’s health problem, Marie Curtis and another employee were extremely helpful. I felt like they treated me as a friend instead of just a customer.Since I was very stressed out, I could have been taken advantage of but it was quite the opposite. Instead everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered. And I got exemplary service.

They were so helpful and even offered additional info about discounts and custom tools I can use to make my move as painless as possible. Stay amazing!

We booked and paid for a 10x5 unit two weeks ahead of our needed date and received confirmation by email and a spoken voice mail from the GM Marie. When we finally arrived, with everything to be stored in tow, our booking was not acknowledged in their system. To make things a bit better, the guy working at the time, I believe his name was Kevin, gave us our first month free (not that we hadnt already paid for a since deleted booking). We also requested to have the unit autopaid each month. Called a few weeks later after receiving an email reminder for payment, and the guy had not applied the autopay. Im only giving a second star because we were able to procure a second unit next to the other one. Hopefully this place can run better for others than it has for us.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! I am completely appalled at how this specific store does business! 3 weeks ago, we rented a utility van from this store because our normal store didn’t have one available. When we picked it up, a gentleman walked around and inspected the vehicle where we noticed several damaged spots that weren’t marked with the normal “X”. We pointed the spots out to the gentleman and he stated he would mark them down. Of course, he didn’t so when we returned the truck we got an email with $100 damage charge on it. I spoke with Marie and she stated she would “conduct an investigation” and get back to me. She got back to me the next day and said that she found where the damages weren’t from us and would reverse the $100 so we just owed the rental charges of nearly $70. Ok. Great!! Or so I thought! We are now getting late payment emails from uhaul stating we haven’t paid. I called the service call center and am told that my credit card payment of $67.51 does not show on the contract however it is CLEARLY stated on my credit card statement that I paid it. I have rented from the uhaul on SR 50 or the one at linden for YEARS and have never had any issues. I will never go back to this store

This is the worst company I have ever used. They misinformed me, were extremely rude to me, and harassing. Terrible customer service! There is no supervisor to help with the problems either.

I called to a price on a truck and a storage unit. The young lady, Christina, answered after I called back because I was already hung up on after holding 10 min. I was confirming theor place of business was on Mariner Blvd. Her response was, thats the number you called with a cocky attitude. My response was, Wow...I cant believe you said that and I hung up. I dot deserve to be talked to like that. Sad....

Ok service. Everything is online for rental s. They part the trucks so u almost mess it up just pulling it out so be careful

Marie was amazing! She made my moving plans easy peasy I was worried about my car and assumed I would have to go thru the hassel of a round trip rental ...when I called Marie she said I could tow the car..for a small extra fee (affordable) and heres the best part...Someone @ UHAUL would load the trailer AND the car on the trailer FOR ME!!! AND once I reached my destination another UHAUL person would unload my car and remove the trailer at the UHAUL lot so I could unlooad the truck! 🚚 Simply Amazing! Dont worry! Call Marie! I love this place! ☺

I was looking for a storage unit and was running out of luck with the prices but this was at the right price no admin fee and no deposit youre in and out really quickly and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming

They guy that works there carlos very rude. Very nasty attitude.. And i was a customer ther for months.. Not recomended...

Just went this past weekend to get our furniture out of storage and found excessive RAT FECES on all our stuff!!AND they ate through some of our couches and mattresscalled and spoke with guy twice and was told I would hear something Monday and still havent heard back..Awful!!
