The check engine light came on in my car. After having the diagnostic test done I found out that it was my exhaust manifold was closed. I done some price checking by calling around to different shops adding to this I was about to take a road trip out of state a 3 days drive and I not only needed the work done on car but in a timely manner. I have confidence that the necessary repairs were correctly done. I was disappointed however in the fact that the staff seemed stressed and rushed and curt and disinclined to take time to explain repairs and answer questions. I would probably go there again because years ago it was a friendlier place and I do trust the workmanship, but I didnt enjoy the interactions with staff this time, and I was sorry it had become like that.

Earnie if this is you please call me your new staff is very predictable and. Insincere and extremely obvious in their revanue quest. I remember what you once said there enough real business out there, you do not have to beat anyone you should have shared that philosaphy with your staff.

Fix the problem but Damage to my interior dashboard scrape on passenger side, Rear door Driver side.lied about mileage out,over charge sparkplug 23.00 by 8.00 dollars. Drove my car total of 17miles from when I dropped it off. Its hard to find good quality mechanics who are honest and fair. These guys had every chance to upcharge me but worked in my best interest to save me over $1000 on a Brembo break job by recognizing I had plenty of break left and salvaging what I had rather than doing an unnecessary total replacement. Not only that but they went the extra mile to photograph and document the work done and the parts numbers in case I do need a future replacement to make my job easier.The job they did was fantastic, they were extremely friendly, and punctual. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very unhappy with the service. They had my jeep for 2 week and 1 day. I took it there because the check engine light was on, and could not pass smog. After 2 weeks and 1 day I was told it passed smog but the check engine light was still on. This was an unbelievable $1014.17 and Ed said it would need more work an extra $2,000. I was truly unhappy 😡.

My family has been using this business for over 30 years, even though we now live over 30 miles away. I recently had tires out on my truck from a local mechanic, they advised i needed new rotors and brakes. I decided i would have Ernie take a look to confirm. As it tirns out, my rotors and brakes have about 10,000-15,000 miles left in them and did not need anything. They are extremely honest and dependable. I can not recommend them enough

First time to use the services after I found online. Needed a new battery for a BMW 323I. Although they were really busy, Ernie assured me they could work me in and get it taken care of. So I was researching a place to take my 11 Dodge Charger to install a cold air intake and to get my oil changed. And I found this place online. I met with Ernie and his son Rylie(forgive me if I misspell it) and the kind of customer service they offered were far beyond my expectations. As one of his workers were working on my car, Ernie actually became a car detailer and removed some scruffs I had on my car which I thought it was paint damage; but it wasnt. If I can give a zero for rating I would. I had an appointment to get my car serviced for an IID device with them at 9am. As I get there to ask for help locating the place, I rudely get told that they cannot see me today because one of the employees called out. I did not get a phone call nor a message advising me to not come in for my service. I’m shocked their was no other mechanic that could do the service. I would have been not as upset with this place is I would have gotten a phone call or at least an apology from the guy who was on the phone with me. Very disappointed with this location.

On 10/9/2015 I took my van into Ernies shop he was very helpful and honest he did a dyanostic check and found that my gas cap was broken and my check engine light went off after replacing it, that was a big relief to know it wasnt something more serious!
