It takes a long time to get a prescription filled. Like a day long. I don’t think they are messing around. They look busy. Def looks like they can use more support. Also, I came when the metal door was halfway down. No one acknowledged me until I went up to an employee only to be told the pharmacist was on lunch. They should put a sign so customers are aware of the hold up.
Paid $45 for a Lyft to pick up my prescription only to find out that they closed early. Brilliant

I tried to keep my prescription there, convenient, people pleasant but the prescription is never ready, they always say it wasnt called in or faxed. Ive actually been with the Dr as he called it in only to be told he never called. I have had to tell them that the RX has been faxed another time and sudde6they found it.
Everyone in this pharmacy is very friendly - Service with a smile! All the pharmacists, Jenny, Allen, especially Dung Nguyen, and even all the pharmacy techicians like Dana Marie, David and the other Latina lady are very accomodating, professional and very down to earth. They are always willing to answer all questions the patient has. If i request for something urgent, they are very much willing to help as much as they can. They are also proactive in refilling my mom’s medications and i love their mobile app where i can always check the status and follow up. This is also the best place to get flu shots and other immunizations. Dung has the lightest hand, you won’t even feel the needle! They even know my name, not sure of it’s for a good reason! I would like to assume so! Hahaha.

Phoned in an Rx refill on Wednesday to pick it up on Friday. Went in on Friday to pick it up and they tell me its not ready and they will have to order it. It wont be in until Monday. So their you have it. FIVE DAYS to get an Rx refilled!!! Its only insulin. Not like they stock it and rarely do people anywhere hardly ever use that stuff...yeah who runs the pharmacy? A high school dropout???
Went to the pharmacy. Jenny, James and David were all very helpful with getting our flu shots. Not busy - a matter of minutes and we were done. Thank you all.
Clean and well stocked. I had a hard time finding any customer service associates on the floor. When I did find one he couldnt answer my question and referred me to a cashier. The cashier couldnt help me either so I couldnt purchase my item.

The pharmacy tech Robin Johnson has the worst breath that I have ever encountered. I love rite aid. I love Spring Valley it is my home town. The way this womans poor hygiene makes the whole area stink is more than enough to gag a maggot and send customers running away...It would seem that after all these years of her putrid odors emanating from behind the pill counter that someone would have done something about it. For fear that she would contaminate the medicines. I have spoken to other patrons and am not alone in this. Spoiling my appetite, Causing me to not buy ice cream and other snacks while Im there. I dont even have my prescriptions filled there. Its been too long. Robin Johnson needs a deep cleaning and tongue scraping. You are losing customers because of her Musty mouth and poor hygiene not to mention her attitude leaves much to be desired.

The general store staff is always great, but the pharmacy has the worst service and timeliness of any pharmacy Ive ever been to. It takes them on average 48-72 hours to fill a prescription. Most Rite Aids only need 20 minutes!

Just got home from a very appalling customer service experience. I have previously came to this Rite-Aid numerous times as it is only 5 minutes from my house and I have only had good experiences till tonight. My shopping went without any trouble, no one asked if I needed any help. Went to the cash register to pay and I was looking at something behind me while I was holding up an Easter basket that was too big to fit on the counter. I was interrupted mid thought with the man forcefully grabbing my Easter Basket and scanning the item. It shocked me because I did not disrespect this man in any way. I didnt even get to say hello before he snatched my basket. I dont care if youve had a rough day, you work in a customer service job, see to it that you do that to the up most standard. If it means anything, his name is Tyler and he is a Caucasian male with a scruff. Mid 20s or so.
This place need to go or new staff very disappointed at the Rite Aid staff and everyone that was working October 12th between 1 and 5 p.m. the staff was so rude I was disgusted this needs to change staff was very disrespectful rude and I saw the staff stealing form there own store Im never coming here again and I hope other people notice this and dont have to come to a store like that again rite aid horrible store for spring valley and the people of san Diego this store needs to go out dated bye
Yeah there was Water on the floor i slipped and hit my foot on the slelf and broke my shoe my foot is killing me this man amd two women saw What happened so im standing there and a lady comes from around the corner and I said excuse me I just slipped and hurt my foot and my sandal broke not once did she say are you okay she just kept on doing what she was doing which she came around the corner with the mop and I said excuse me can I talk to a manager she said I am the manager I said oh and so you just going to hear this and just leave it be she goes Im cleaning this up so nothing else will happen I said Okay so like I said again Youre just going to leave it be so the welfare of your customers is not important she didnt say nothing so I limped across the floor with one shoe and one shoe off not once did she say maam can I help you maam are you okay nothing she let me walk out the front door thats why Im leaving this review Im still sitting in the parking lot it happened around 9:15 Monday evening i just cant beleive the poor customer service at this manager has the concern of a customers safety this lady can care less about unbelievable who they have managing who ever screens these people or hires these people really should not hire rude people like her by the way this uncaring rude manager her name is Claudia
The girl at the ice cream counter was so rude. She never asked whether we wanted a cup or cone (i assumed there were only cones) so when she made it in a cup i e plained i was after a cone. She dramatically threw it in the bin and pulled a face & gave us stink eye as she remade. What a waste of food! Never going back, she shouldnt be in customer service!

These people are racist idiots and are discriminating against hispanics. I am a hispanic and the pharmacy staff has told me to commit suicide and are calling me gay and other disparaging remarks everytime I go and get my medications. I do not bother anyone there and am polite. I suffer from depression and one of the pharmacist told me to kill myself, he did not get fired and now his friend is harrassing me. I have complained to the district manager and store manager and nothing is done. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

Ana marie or something ending in marie was very rude at the pharmacy window. Had a very rude attitude, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her while I was trying drop my prescription off. Doctor made a mistake and sent my prescription to the wrong rite aid which I called and tried to fix but she continued to be short, disinterested and very impolite. Did not enjoy my first visit to this pharmacy . I proceeded to call an hour later to check on my prescription same lady answered. Same horrible attitude on the phone .

Tried calling to see if my prescription was ready. For 15 minutes the phone just rung. Not even an answering service to direct the calls to the pharmacy. I will be having my prescription sent to another pharmacy from now on. Horrible customer service.
