I have never had better experience leasing a new car than I had at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and professional starting from front desk person to sales person to Finance Manager.The sales guy - Angel Lugo - was outstanding. He had found me a car exactly what I was looking for without trying to sell just whatever he had in inventory. He spent a lot of time with me never pushing or getting inpatient with my questions.I definitely will go to this dealership again for another new car, whenever the need comes, and would recommend this business.

The people are great at World Wide Ferrari and always try to do first class business in a first class way. My sales contact, Justin Stewart. is always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The service staff is excellent from the service advisor, the technicians and driver that picks up and delivers the car to my house. I bought my first new Ferrari from World Wide in 2014 and it had no problems and only went in for annual service which was easy to schedule and done on time and the car came back totally cleaned. This year I traded it for a 2020 Ferrari which had some minor problems which Wide World spent a lot of time getting corrected. My only complaint is that its difficult and slow to get parts that have to come from Europe. This a is a problem with Ferraris distribution and beyond the control of the dealers who share my concerns l.

I wanted to post my 10 cents here. i contacted Ferrari of Spring valley for a pre owned Audi and I am very pleasantly surprised how this dealership treats people. Its hard for me to believes sales people like these still exist in the world where buying a car is usually a difficult process to say the least. I am very impressed with Luca and Sajjad how they treat you and are willing to go to any extent to make things happen. At the end I was not able to purchase the vehicle due to factors on my side but I will definitely return in the future. I have to give this a 5 star experience. Thanks

I bought a Maserati F1 GT S from Wide world back in 2009. Since then I replaced it with a new model, 2017 GT S convertible, from another dealer which was closer to my home. I decided to go back to Wide world due to concerns about the quality of service from my current dealer. I received my two year service maintenance on my car and I was extremely happy with the customer service and quality. In addition, their service charges were significantly less then what the other dealers quoted. The service advisors were very friendly and knowledgeable. The car transporter was amazingly nice. I highly recommend Wide World!!!

This was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I put a deposit on the phone with Marty for a car. I then drove 4 hours from Boston to NY to check it out. Car was as advertised and well priced.No hidden fees. Everything was explained to me over the phone and nothing changed when I got there.Salesman (Marty) was one of the nicest and kindest people I have met. He seems really genuine and honest. I bought the car and he was still the great guy he was before I dropped money.The manager (Richie) got all my paperwork done, went through everything in a timely manner.This team is just that great! I would drive 4 hours again for another car. Next time I know of someone in the market for a car or if I am in the market, they will be my first choice to look even though they are 4 hours away. We just came out of a 15-year relationship with a car dealership, and knew that it would be difficult to replace the courtesy and respect that we received over all those years. The dealer retired and didnt know which way to turn. We did extensive research and knew the vehicle that we wanted, but needed to fine a new "home" where we could get reliable,and dependable service and more importantly; honesty. We walked into Wide World BMW and we were greeted by William, who then explained the SUV, the various packages and the differences between the X1, X3 and X5. If he didnt know the answer, he would ask for assistance and not try to make up an answer. We appreciated that because it shows integrity and honesty to the buyer. We do not make decisions quickly and William sensed that, and did not try to make a sale because of "end-of-the-month" promotions. Over the course of the next week, we emailed him many, many questions, and he promptly replied to each one in a timely manner. The final decision came when he said that BMW could build us a car to the exact color and specifications that we wanted, and we did not have to settle for something on the lot. We knew at that moment that we wanted to move forward. Again, we went home, no pressure from William, and 2 days later we finally asked him to order the X3. We watched the car on the website go into production, finish line and final delivery to the dealership. It was built in 2 1/2 weeks just as he said, and we just took possession of it. We are still writing William emails, to have various programs explained to us, and he still responds very quickly. We cant wait to get the car on the highway.... It was truly a positive experience and we are glad that we found Wide World BMW and William Gallagher.
Looked up this dealership based on internet reviews along with a few other Maserati dealers. This one by far stood out from the rest. Even though there was one 10 minutes away from my area, I decided to go with them and Im very glad that I did. I worked with Marty Field who was professional and courteous in every aspect from start to finish. Being from Long Island, I drove close to 2 hours with no regrets whatsoever. Marty perfectly understood my needs from the beginning and gave me even more than what I had expected. The transaction as a whole was timely and flawless. My ghibli sq4 wasnt running right and check engine light came on. I call service and Charlie in service department said Ill take care of it and send a flatbed within a few hours a flatbed shows up to my parking garage in Manhattan and took car. Charlie then called me when vehicle was there. Diagnosed, and fixed! Above and beyond. Top notch Communication throughout entire process and they delivered my car via flatbed back f omy garage. Charlie treated me like I had a La Ferrari. Definitely looking forward to buying a ferrari from these guys. I will be sure to always take my vehicle for service here.

I was not looking to upgrade my lease but when Marty Field called, his customer service skills provided me the no-brainer decision and the only sensible path which was to upgrade early...and I am very happy I did. Maserati has greatly enhanced the 2017 Ghilbli from their 2014 version. The sales and service team at Wild World are consummate professionals and are always ready and willing to go the extra mile. I own multiple businesses and understand the value of great customer service. This is my second purchase from this dealership and with employees like Marty (in sales) and Charlie (in service), I will continue to come back.
Wide World is a first class dealership with attention to the customers needs. Cars are picked up and delivered and service time though a little bit long always results in everything being taken care of and a carefully inspected and maintained car.
My last visit at this dealer was so disappointing. Not only the service was poor since the car broke down right after I picked it up, though I was told it was ready, I also had to rent a car on my own since I was told they don’t accommodate clients with loaner cars. I then had to leave the car with them, for an extended period of time, to fix the same problem (check engine light) they failed to fix and I mentioned to the service advisor to fix a squeaking noise, which both him and I went on a road test to listen to. I waited 2 days, and never received status update on my car. I finally called to check in and that’s when the service advisor (Charlie) mentions to me that the car has been ready you can come pick it up at any time. Wow, I am renting a car that I am paying for because of dealer that has no accommodation to its clients to hear that “my car has been ready” and nobody bothered to call me when the car was done, amazing customer service, right!!I go to pick up my car to be faced with confused staff at the dealership telling me that no one said that I was coming to pick up my car and that they can’t locate it. That it could be on the second floor and if that is the case we don’t know why you would have possibly been told to come pick your car because our car elevator has been out of commission for 2 days now and there is nothing we can do for you. I was then put in touch with the head of the service department, who was extremely rude, I think his last name ironically was pronounced as Garbag which actually is fitting to his customer service skills, to tell me that I needed to go back and pick up another rental car since there is nothing he can do for me. Finally, the person who was helping at the dealership got in touch with the service advisor (Charlie) who instructed me that my car was ready to be picked up and apparently he kept my car in the back, but failed to mention to anyone where my car was. I was never given any paper work detailing what they fixed on my car as far the “check engine light,” I get in my car and it was not washed or cleaned as the courtesy they advertise. I drive off the lot and the squeaking noise is still there as if they have never even looked into it.It makes me wonder why I am paying almost $1,200/month for a luxury car to be treated like I am leasing a $199/ month car. I am a very busy individual and my idea of getting a luxury car was to pay premium for the convenience and accommodation of a luxury dealer. Obviously, for me to take the time to write all this complaint, you could sense my frustration and disappointment of the service provided and the fact that my car still has squeaking noise only adds to my frustration.
The team at World Wide Ferrari does an excellent job treating you right from the minute you walk in. Marty was my salesperson and was exceptional throughout the entire process. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and available off hours; he really went the extra mile for me.

Picked up my second Maserati Ghibli today (5/9/17). My salesman was Marty Field. Marty was very gracious, patient and accommodating, taking care of every detail from sale to registration and insurance. I couldnt have been more pleased with this sales experience, in view of those Ive had at other dealerships, where an attitude of total indifference was obvious and disheartening . Mr. Rich Nicola, the business manager also made every effort to facilitate and expedite the tedious financial details for a completely painless experience. My service experiences with my previous Maserati were equally pleasant. The service adviser Charlie OConnor consistently provides a smooth process and ensures that I have transportation from and to the dealership, which is very convenient for me. Considering all of these factors, I would not hesitate to recommend Wide World Maserati in Spring Valley NY, to anyone who is interested in purchasing one of these fine automobiles. Love my Ghibli!

I bought my fist Maserati from here (Ghibli S Q4) which was a pretty good experience. The problems started to happen with the service. At this dealership the service department cares more about the Ferraris than they do Maseratis. I had to bring my car here 3 times because the battery kept going dead. They refused to replace it, after all these problems that were going along with the faulty battery. Finally I brought it to Maserati of Bergen County were they replaced it no questions asked. I continued to do all my service at Maserati of Bergen County (about 20 min away from here). Just last month I ended up purchasing another new Maserati (2017 Levante) at Bergen County Maserati because of the great service I receive at that dealership. Too bad Wide World Maserati could not provide that level of service.
These guys are scam artists. Made a deal on a car and put a deposit down and signed a sales contract. I return 36 hours later with funding and they told me they sold the car to someone else who had immediate funding. Whats the point of the contract or deposit. Dont buy here especially if you are expecting the service that should come with purchasing a car over $100,000
Being that this place is the only Ferrari dealer in my area, I decided to bring mine in for a simple cosmetic repair. I had brought it here on a previous occasion without issue so I figured why not.After holding the car for more than a week, I finally decided to go check on it in person, and what do you know... the car is just sitting there all ready to go.As soon as it was brought out, I noticed that they had fixed the issue but broke several interior pieces. Long story short, it was my word against theirs.If I had to describe this place in a few words, it would be careless, unaccountable, and damn right rude. The only positive about this place is the free coffee and their head mechanic, who is probably the only one who knows what hes doing in that whole service department.
I had to put 1 star because I cant put zero stars. Dealing with Michael Q. Was a hassel, he was very rude with how he spoke to customers after very little communication. I would not recommend at all.

I heard that PLACE DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE right at all. They are very JUDGEMENTAL. I really wanted to get a car there, after what i have heard ill take my business somewhere else. I dont even feel confortable walkin there to ask a few questions about a car i have my eyes on.
I booked a Suv there and paid the deposit, but a few days later they called me and said there was another people paid higher deposit than I did and he decided to take the car so they couldnt give me the car...Ive never heard about any company can accept two deposits for one car! But they did!And they said the company has a policy that they can only sell car to local people which I also never heard about...Maybe different policy is for different customers... And maybe for this company, a deal is not a deal...My parents wanted to buy me that car as my birthday gift, but THANKFULLY, they called me to broke the deal on my birthday...

I just had my Maserati Quattroporte serviced there, although the actual work seems to be ok and they did pick up the car from my home and brought it back on a truck (which made my life a bit easier), the customer service was lacking.The car was there for about a week and a half. I had to call numerous times to check on the status.Once the car was delivered back to the house I checked the trunk to find my items had been tampered with and the battery box was left open, although no work was being done to this end of the car.The worst part of it was, I had an expensive car cover I left in the trunk of my car and now its missing. They detailed the car, so it seems like someone removed it from the trunk and never put it back.I called and e-mailed the service department and spoke to John. He told me he would check and call me back, I still have not received a call.Now Im out a car cover and it seems like once the work is done and they are paid, the interest on making the customer happy was gone.I was going to purchase another vehicle from this location, but after this last experience, I am having second thoughts.Very disappointing...
