I have purchased a vehicle at Grand Auto Sales in February 2020. The vehicle itself was a good deal. However there were many things he promised he would fix that he did not fix. He fixed some things like my side panel on the back passenger side. However most pieces, like replacing 2 tires were not done. He replaced one and told me the other one was replaced too. He did not fix my side panel on the drivers seat door. Then he promised me he would send me the antenna for the car. I have called back 5 times asking where my antenna was, he always said he would send it to me next week. Then I called again, and he said the same thing. Now it is May 20th and it has been 3 months that I bought my car and still have not received my antenna. He also submitted my address incorrectly to the DMV. I never received my license plates, I just got off the phone with the DMV today and now I have to renew my registration for $220 because I need the 2021 stickers now. I would not recommend buying from them. They will promise you things and NEVER follow through after you buy the vehicle.

Very unprofessional. I had been texting back and forth with someone about a car that I found on craigslist, double checked and made sure it was still on their website. They scheduled an appointment for me to come test drive it. I drive an hour and a half to go see it. Showed up and they said the sold it yesterday. No apology or anything. Disappointed.
