I went to Marjan Stone for Granite counter tops, instead i purchased Quartz, I absolutely love them!!!! the install was spot on, the whole experience was a pleasure. had I known how simple this was I would have installed new counters and a sink years ago. thank you for all you help and a truly wonderful experienceKim
Marjan Stone has been very professional to work with. They made the whole process of installing my beautiful slab of Quartz an easy experience.
Marjan Stone came out to install quartz countertop and full quartz backsplash. The job took the entire day. However, a mistake in cutting out an outlet receptacle led to material shortage. On top of that mistake there were several joints that did not match up and the caulking job was extremely subpar. The job looked as if someone wanted to finish and go home rather than wow the customer.Another fabricator/installer was sent to correct the inadequate work. Manuel arrived but was not informed of the specifics of the job to be done. He looked at all the areas of concern and asked if he could try to make it better. He worked about three hours and cleaned up the caulking and smoothed out the joints and polished the edges. Overall the job looks much better. Should have been done right from the start. Manuel was professional and very knowledgeable in his work. Kinda wished he had been here from the start. His work showed pride whereas the first group just barely got by.Overall the experience was okay. There was enthusiasm and helpfulness on the part of The project manager but the initial installers were lacking. Marjan Stone came highly recommended by someone I trust. However, this job…..3 stars.
Knowledgeable courteous very helpful
Our Family just had Marjan Stone come install our granite countertops and let me just tell you how impressed we were with the amount of professionalism and care they showed us. I forever will have Marjan Stone be our go to company for all of our Stone needs. Thank you Marjan.
DO NOT BUY ON THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!I bought my kitchen in April 16, 2019 and is today June 17 that the countertop has not been deliver and today I call and will be until JULY 1! - BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE NOT SHOWING ANY RESPECT! and if you are planning to buy a kitchen for the great offer of this year! will be delayed!I contacted the company that provides the countertop and they do not show any respect, they do not care about that they are delayed.... very fast to charge your credit card,, and terrible to deliver!!
Great choices for granite countertops that I chose for my bathrooms and kitchen!
Horrible experience with Marjan Stone. Not only did they breach their contract and showed zero good faith, but they were also extremely difficult to receive correspondence from and once they did respond, they lacked professionalism or even basic care or concern for their clients based on the mistakes that their employees repeatedly made.During the installation of our countertops, Marjan Stones templates and fabricators miss-measured and miss-cut the stone twice.TEMPLATE DATE : MARCH 28THINSTALL DATE : MAY 12TH6.5 WEEKS FROM TEMPLATE TO INSTALL3.5 WEEKS PAST CONTRACTED TIMELINE24 + DAYS PAST CONTRACTED AMOUNTTheir outlined contract terms are as follows, per their contract:Installation Time :Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the day of template. Items that might extend the turnaround time are: not receiving customers deposit, material arrival to Marjans facility, waiting on detail information (i.e. edge type, splash height, sink template, stove specifications, faucet holes or customers approval of slab layout). Exceptions for the standard turnaround time apply for jobs that have complicated edge details, radius work and large projects. Our project had no failures on our end to deliver any information or financial obligation requested and/or needed of items specified above.Marjan Stone was extremely unprofessional with respect to responding to emails, phone calls or accepting any responsibility for the delay. They continued to claim that the issues and delays were everyones fault but theirs. We tried to impress upon them the financial gravity of their contract breach, in that if our son, daughter in-law and their two children (4 yrs and 3 months), did not have a place to stay free of charge during the three and a half weeks beyond the completion date due to Marjon Stones negligence, out of pocket housing would have been a minimum $3000. That direct financial estimate doesnt even include the the hardships faced by the families and their children for being displaced for a considerably longer length of time than estimated. The cost of the project was $3426.00, we asked for a 50% refund. We knew this was high, again, trying to impress upon them the financial toll, not to mention their mistakes held up completion of all of the other work for the other contractors who were responsible for other portions of the kitchen remodel, trying to get some compensation back. In the end they offered us a discount on a future project. Not only would we never use them again, we caution anyone considering this business to think twice before doing so.
Very poor customer service. There sales team just tells you what you want to hear and then doesnt respond to emails when you confront them about it. I dealt with a salesman named John, and he is the main reason that i would not recommend this company.
