This place is terrible. They will tell you one thing and do another thing. For instance I inquired about adding a line to my account. They said the phone was free. Not. I asked to pay current phone line they said it would added to phone bill with added line. 20.00 non deposite fee with activation fee and taxes. They added a phone insurance fee without telling me. Plus a monthly phone plan of 60.00 Dollars monthly for one line. Plus another phone line of 30.00.They charged me 160.00 Plus 47.00 due 2 days later. I will never come to this store again. They try anything to get a sale. Bad customer service.

Metro policies have shown that customer satisfaction is the last of their concern. If you are upgrading your phone and disatisfied with it, they will not refund you. They wont even give you an exchange. On top of that, if you buy a defective phone, they will not fix the problem, even if it is their fault. Talk about money wasted! I wont even discuss the time it took to get my problem cleared, which in the end was no use because they refused to work with me. Metro is a disgrace, if you have them as your provider I would suggest that you finish your last payment and LEAVE!
Beware!!! I would give no stars if I could! Me and my wife have had metro for a couple years and we never needed to upgrade, but as soon as my wife broke her phone we went in for an upgrade. Worst thing we couldve ever done. First thing the sales associate lied to my wife and told her about one kind of phone but sold her a cheaper phone. Then after calling customer service apparently they are not connected and have no control over individual stores. After going in and talking to the manager and other associates they would not admit that they sold us the wrong phone. To make a long story short we will be switching providers. Metros customer service is horrible,very disrespectful, the workers were speaking in a different language to try to hide their mistakes. Again, beware of this sneaky company!
Because it took awhile to make lady understand what problem was w/my Payments but when she did she fought hard & long w/people on phone & told me to come back this month & next & shed do it again!!! It was the morning crew, she was of oriental decent, forgot name but she was WONDERFUL!!!
