These guys are awesome! They keep mine and my boys buggies rolling pretty well every weekend. We USE the heck out of our Hondas and often break stuff that others dont. Every time Garrett and his techs know how to fix my side by side and ATV. I see some others bashing them via google / yelp but I have been around the industry long enough to know you cant please a lot of folk that ride these things no matter what. Long story short we are grateful we got Texas Premium Powersports for our repairs and future purchases as we are never disappointed.

Poor customer service. was promise my UTV back in 24 hours was dropped off for its first oil change service Tuesday didnt receive a call. I had to call Thursday for a update they said it should be ready Friday they charge me for a lube and grease of suspension and drive line. Nothing was touched. I sent pics to the acting service manger witch showed each fitting wasnt touched he still stands by the mechanic that said he greased everything. 1st & last time there.

If I could I would leave them ZERO stars I would. I bought a 2017 can-am outlander 850 from them and it was the worst mistake I could have made. 13 days after we had it we found out the belt box was letting water in. We took it off to check the belt and there was bolts broken in belt housing, 8 bolts out of 13 were missing and had to raise my voice to get something done. Then After about 45 days of having it the brakes go out and the belt busts. We replace the belt and start on the brakes and out of absolutely no where the instrument cluster stops working. We paid $800 for a warranty that supposedly covers this and they lied and said it only covers lubricated parts, I read the warranty papers and that was a complete lie. The tires also weren’t aired up and kept losing air but you couldn’t tell because they were outlaw 2’s. I know it’s not a brand new four wheeler but I haven’t even had it for 2 months. My friend bought a Kawasaki 360 for $500 and it was way better than the junk they sold us. Now I know your thinking “oh, it’s just how they rode it” no we rode it like a little 250 went mudding in it once and the mud was only up to the rims. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone at all. If you would like to get a good four wheeler don’t come here. You will just get scammed.

I have a fleet of ranger we run on our ranch that have been passed around the greater Houston area shops for years now. It seems to me that most of these so called shops could next to never diag our issues on the first try nor hold to a proper time line. I had a old farmer buddy tell me these guys at Texas Premium Powersports keep his tired ol mules going. Long story short they have fixed 4 out of my 10 units in the last year and every single one of the experience went great. I pull up... they unload... they call with a price and time line.... I approve... They fix... I pay and leave.... Dont come back till my hands break something else. What the heck else these people crying about want from a shop?? Good from parts to service they always treat this old cowboy right. Thanks Texas Premium. See yall next round!

A terrible experience. I purchased an ATV in November 2020 - 6 months ago - at the time of this review. I paid for, and have the receipt / bill of sale and application for a Texas Motor Vehicle Title...NO TITLE has ever been paid to the tax Office by Texas Premium Powersports - and the owner Cory Trevino. I cannot sell this vehicle because I do not have title to it.After four (5) five phone calls with the owner - he blames this on Covid...the courthouse was shut down....and we are looking into this. The Harris County Court House in Spring and Humble are open and processing titles - not shut down. Mr. Cory Trevino now hides from my phone calls and does not return messages. His last communication was do what you have to do. The fact is that I paid the Tax, Title and License fees to be delivered to the Tax Office - Mr. Trevino has not paid these fees on my behalf - not delivered any proof of their submission. He is retaining money paid by me to comply with the law.I will now do what i have to do and file a civil lawsuit as well as present these facts to the District Attorneys Office and the Harris County Tax Assessor and Collector for investigation of fraud.

Oil, diff, air filter and brakes replaced @ a more than FAIR price. Excellent service and a super quick turnaround considering my time crunch. Its awesome to have a shop near by that will do your routine maintenance for your unit. (Just like Jiffy Lube for ATVs or SxSs)I also ordered wheels & tires for my unit and they literally had them the next day. best of all, I was working late and ended up living close by one of the employees and they dropped them off at my house for me.thanks for taking care of me guys.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We bought a CanAm 1000r from here and for stranded every single time we tried to ride it. We took it back to the shop and they fixed it but just got stranded again with the entire wheel and tire falling off. I’m sorry but if I’m buying a certified used vehicle, I expect it to have been looked at and especially don’t expect the entire wheel to fall off. We are taking our UTV back and asking for a refund. I don’t recommend anyone buy ANYTHING from this shop. They strip their vehicles and are not thorough and leave you stuck with a broken bike. I would NEVER recommend buying anything from this shop.

I very impressed with their service department I took my unit on Thursday and they had it ready the next day . Why this is so important to me because I just picked my unit up from another dealer that had it six weeks and still didnt complete the work. They were very professional and nice I will be bringing my unit back to them thumbs up guys.

Service after the sale - these guys jumped up in the back of my truck and swapped that battery so fast it made my neck hurt trying to watch. Favorite place in town to go look at toys while they do all the work.

Well I like to shop and use local small businesses and usually have a good experience in doing so. However, when a person tells me that I will need to order what I need, and I do so through them, I expect to receive my order within the time frame they tell me. I understand an order might be a day late but not over a full week late. I was told 3 to 4 business days for my parts yet here I sit still waiting 12 days later unable to use my garage, ride my 4 wheeler, or even start reassembling it. Pretty let down by the entire experience.

I really liked this establishment. The staff, Cody and Garrett, answered all of my questions.Update 3/26: Finally made a purchase from these gentlemen. Easy no hassle transaction. The mechanic, David, answered all 100 questions I had regarding maintenance. Big plus in my book. Would recommend to a friend.

One of the most professional and honest outfits I’ve sent equipment to. I walked in and spoke with Garret, the service man, and since then it’s where we send all our side by sides. They’re honest and transparent with everything- estimated turn around time, costs of repairs, whether additional work is needed or if no work is even needed at all. I’ve sent a mule there for what we thought was going to be costly repairs and turns out all it needed was some quick love and care. Happy to be a customer of theirs.

Have been using the shop for a few years on several machines and they have always been very courteous, up front with options for the repair and keeping you updated on the status of the machine being ready for pickup. Have had only one item that went back and was under warranty and they handled it without any issues. All in all a trusted business to work with.

Do your homework befor buying from here, I got my can am home and after a hour of riding new i had. Been sold a lemon, clutch was out within 2 hours and after repairing the second ride left me with both front and back axle broke after having it looked at by a mechanic and was told there were so many missing bolts that I had bought a Frankenstein, I drove clear across Texas to buy and if I would of been able to make it back within the 14 days I would’ve dropped of with out a second thought and worse part was after second look over paper work being charged 500 for freight and prep charge to a used four wheeler was insult to injury cause sure wasn’t there when I signed the first copy . Do your homework befor buying from here

Got the wrong part shipped to me, never got return slip. The part that was shipped was ready for the trash, big difference between used and USABLE! Cost me 20$ to learn these people dont have good used parts or service.

I took my old 1989 KDX 200 in for service. I usually do my own work but just did not have time due to work hours. They listened to what I thought was the issue, made a quick diagnosis, and did a super job on the repair. I rode last weekend and it ran great! They guys were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

I took my 2014 RZR 1000 in for a clutch job. They repaired it, and also did a full diagnoses on the entire bike and gave me the prices and option to repair other things. Also gave me great suggestions for optional upgrades, but never forced addition or unnecessary work onto my job. VERY HONEST GUYS. They also found a nail in my tire and plugged it as for me. Great dealership service without the big dealership price tag!!!

These guys do a great job. I had a 1986 Suzuki 250r 4-wheeler that was not working. They restored it & got it running like a dime. I also have a Honda Rubicon 500. It was bogging down. It had a number of codes pulling up. They diagnosed it. Fixed it. They also perform routine oil changes on my atvs. Highly recommend these guys!

Every employee at this place is very helpful and really takes ownership to get the job done. I ordered the wrong part myself and they made sure that I had the correct part by 9 am the next morning. Walked in with a couple of questions for service and they were able to help me out and picked up a few accessories for my side by side. Had most of it in stock and ordered a few things considering they are an existing shop in a new location. This is a very convenient spot for the Spring area, I highly recommend this place!

I see there are satisfied customers but I know I wasn’t. Guess they pick and choose who they treat with respect. I had a few dealings with the service department and at first it wasn’t bad. When I noticed the cv boots they put on my bike were installed wrong everything went south. They basically were done at that point and were not willing to fix the problem and that’s knowing I spend big bucks on repairs because I tear it up regularly. Take your chances if you wish but I drive another 15 miles to a shop that treats me great. Of course I’ve spent about 5k with them in the past 6 months but the shop has go to now has treated me great from day one.

I bought a 2017 can am outlander 850 started having issues 2 weeks later of purchase so I called up Garrett knowing I bought it as is and he said bring it in and 1 week later they call me back said its ready to go and didnt charge me a dime...these guys are awesome and stand behind what they sell...definitely will be back to purchase another atv or side x side without the worry of getting screwed over.....thanks again Garrett!

Last week I spoke with Cory. I live about an hour outside of San Antonio, Texas. I have been experiencing overheating issues with my 2013 Polaris Ranger. I called and spoke with Cory and he advised me by phone to replace a 15-AMP breaker, which is located by the fuse box. Cory has never met be before, however, he assisted me as if I was a long time customer. Cory is very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. We purchased a used polaris and bought new tires. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The 4 wheeler was clean and ready to go when we arrived. As for the additional items we purchased/ordered we were kept up to date on their delivery. We are very happy with our buying experience.

The place seems somewhat ok when you show up, and the staff is super friendly. But it’s the part when after you make the purchase and leave. I purchased a 2011 Polaris Ranger 800 crew efi from Texas Premium Powersports. The next day I had leaks from the engine, the crankcase, the weep hole, etc. I messaged the sales man that sold it to me and let him know about it. I told him that when we looked at the machine at the shop it went from the floor to loaded on my trailer. But that when I got it home and drove it around the block it started puddling oil on my garage floor. Unfortunately the salesperson never responded back to me or acknowledged me after I told him about the leaks! Not really the kind of business or response anyone would want or expect after just spending $10000. But I guess that’s the way it was going to be. Just in case I do get a “response from owner” message back, I kept all the text messages and the salesman’s number. As well I looked at the reviews on google and they were somewhat ok, but what I should have done was gone by the yelp reviews they told the whole truth about this place with 2 stars. Unfortunately I’m just going to have to chalk this one up as a lesson learned. But for anyone reading this message just please and when I say please I mean it. Do your homework before spending that kind of money at an ok dealership that pieces together parts on utvs. I had a second opinion from Woods Cycle country in New Braunfels and there is a lot! Of work that needs to be done in repairs unfortunately.

Why would you go anywhere else? These guys know what theyre doing, they fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. If you live in North Houston you owe it to yourself to bring all your toys here.

Scott, the mechanic drove it off the truck, worked on it the next day, Tuesday, called for approval and finished same day. When i showed up, Scott drove it onto my truck... Excellent service! These guys are like a breath of fresh air in the ATV service business. They solved issues for me in one visit that two different big name dealers could not figure out on multiple trips. They treat customers like customers want to be treated; with courtesy and respect. Their work is excellent, prices are reasonable, communication and responsiveness is outstanding, and their turnaround is fast. The first time I went to them, I was shocked that they had already unloaded my Ranger off of the trailer while I was doing the service write-up inside. I thought it was a freak deal. Nope, every time.

I just sent yelp a message complaint to even give this so called shop 1 star. I purchased a brand new 2018 side by side from them with the extended warranty because sales rep advised me that things break from time to time and I would not regret it. Low and behold 2 months later my machine did not want to start. I dropped it off for them to troubleshoot and thats when things went incredibly south. I had to call them every time to get an update on my machine. They went on from telling me it was my battery to starter solenoid to starter to ignition coil to computer to ignition switch. And none of all the stuff they replaced fixed the problem. The manager Garrett told me it was beyond them at this point and could not fix my machine. I mean I thought it was a joke,I mean I bought the machine brand new from yall and now your telling me you have no clue on fixing it?? I didnt know I bought a space ship!! So I went to pick up my machine after taking 3 months to come to the conclusion there so called technicians in training could not figure it out. So I took it to Play-N-Around Motorsports in Conroe and Brandon troubleshooted the problem in 30min and had my machine back to me in a week. Dont bother wasting your time with this place there a joke and should not be in business.

They did a great job on repairing my Dads UTV. They were knowledgeable fast and courteous. I highly recommend them for any repair work you may need

4 Star Review....I just recently purchased a 2015 Can Am Maverick 1000 and thee salesman Garrett was very good and helpful, took me 2 weeks to decide to purchase, no pressure to buy, financing was ez and quick, reasonable payments, upon my purchase the maverick did have a mechanical issue the same day that evening but I informed Garrett and he said bring it back so I did, They diagnosed it and fixed it no charge, I was frustrated but I they did take care of me, its my 1st offroad toy so I was worried but it all worked out and its running very well now, Thanks Garrett and Texas Premium Powersports....

Within minutes of getting bike home it wasn’t starting. Had to take back. Then took weeks with me having to call for updates and show up to find out it was finally done. Then taking it out for first time belt shreds going through 4” of water. Took out again and belt shreds again along with drive shaft coming apart. Then motor goes out due to no oil within driving it a few miles. Now stuck with a rzr payment and no rzr. One of the biggest mistakes of my life.

I own a fleet of Kawasaki mules. Texas Premium has been servicing them for years now. They are knowledgeable and reasonable. If your are tired of the big motorcycle shops and all their bureaucracy, wait times, and overcharging come here.

I got ford, chevy, dodge asking me to come get a 2019 car from them and this dudes didn’t approve me for 5k 😂 their excuse was because i have a TX id not a DL 😆 since when do u need a DL to drive off road 🤣🤣 then made them a cash offer $7k for something thats $7k plus tax didn’t wanna take it, that’s cool I’ll go spend my $7k somewhere where they wanna make $$$

These people are crooks I bought a off-road bike and have literally been cursed with problems. I’ve only had the bike for 1 month and have had it in the shop 3 times now. When I contacted them only 9 days after I bought it they said well it’s sold as is. But when I purchased it I was assured that if anything happen within 30 days of me buying it they would take care of it but that was not the case. I told them that I had only drove it for one hour before it blew up on me.. they had no care in the world. I will never buy from here again!! And the service department is a joke they will take forever to fix and will definitely Over charge you!

Bought a 2016 Sportsman Highlifter 1000 from these guys after seeing it on one of their craigslist ads. I was told it was in “like new” condition. When I made the hour drive to come see it it was anything but that. But at first glance it was in acceptable condition at best, so i went ahead and made the purchase having already made that drive. Since day one Ive had nothing but trouble with the bike that I was told “passed” their rigorous Quality Control testing. The more i dug into the bike, the more issues i found. The bike literally had no brakes at all, air in the brake lines, missmatched cv axles that crack and pop when making full turns, handlebars off a completley different bike, hardware, plates and brackets off a, what i could assume to be, army green sportsman, fuel system issues, melted snorkle pipes, where there was heat wrap missing, and i dont know how many other issues, Im still taking it to shops to this day to find and fix all the issues with this bike. When i brought this issue up with the salesman he shrugged it off and told me to put some fuel additive in it. Regrete buying from these guys, really wish I would have just bought a new bike.
