Previously I had a many different brands of car, but this was the best experience buying car ever.I usually hate to visit auto dealers as always feeling the pressure and go through the hassles during the negotiations but this was a totally different story.They gave me a much higher valuation for my old cars than any other Hyundai place (I visited several places)The sales person Justin was awesome helping the whole process. After the pandemic whole car industry turned to strange environments, but here at North Freeway Hyundai made us feel stress free and very effective and easier for whole buying process. This is the first time buying Hyundai brand, but after this experience I think from now on I will stay with this dealership for our kids auto purchase etc.FYI: Now days no one has any inventory. We look for Hyundae Palisade 4 different dealerships, they all had maximum 1 or 2 cars only, so we thought that at this point we cannot have the luxury of choosing the color or options but here at North Freeway Hyundai had over 10-15 cars with different options. I was able to find the color and options that I wanted. Dont waist your time visiting other places, I highly recommend this place. You will save your money and also experience the best services ever.

Recently purchased a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from here. I had spoken to several dealerships and this dealership was by far the best! I was contacted immediately by a Randy Todd. Other dealerships contacted me days later and were not as friendly. My trim options were limited at the time due to the chip shortage. They had just received a shipment on Palisades in and they were going fast! This dealership had the best deal for the highest trim level. Randy was in constant communication with me and held the keys so I could view the car I wanted. The transaction went smoothly and I love my new car!

Awesome place!! Sales department was not pushy at all and left us take our time and decide if we wanted to test drive. I originally texted to make sure vehicle was still in stock and in fact it was (no bait and switch). Very laid back atmosphere and my trade/purchase was quick and easy. No pressure from finance either. I have purchased many vehicles but this has been my best experience thus far. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

Worst dealer ever!!! They advertise a price in their website for a new Santa Fe for 32,770. I contacted Randy Todd to check on availability and price. After 3 or 4 emails, he never gave me any information. Then I called the dealership. Zach was the person who attended the phone. He said they have the car. I made an appointment. When I showed up, Zach was not in the store.Marlon, another seller took over. He showed the car. Then he came with the numbers. Oh my God, they do FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The price was like 15,000 more on what was in their website. I asked why and Marlon said that is what his boss said.I asked to speak with the manager. He came and I said that the price he gave me is not the same as the website. He said in few words it is what it is. I pointed that in they website said they have no hidden prices. THAT IS A LIE. Be careful doing business with North Freeway Hyundai. They for sure try to scam you. Find a different dealership if you can.

Tristan did an amazing job. We called Friday night, and he had the car ready for us to look at and drive. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process which really did not take long at all. From start to finish we were there less than 2 hours. He did such an amazing job and made the whole process so simple we traded my wifes car in on Saturday to get her a new ride. If you are in the market for a new car give him a shout. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I wish I could give SIX stars, that is how happy I am with Joshua Cortes and North Freeway Hyundai!! Not only were my expectations matched, they were exceeded!My wife and I had looked at 8 different dealerships in total, ranging from Corpus Christi, TX to the handful of Hyundai dealerships in the Houston area. Our first stop was with Joshua at North Freeway Hyundai, but of course with my past dealership employment experience, I decided to shop around for the best deal and who treated us the best. NOWHERE came even close to how well Joshua Cortes treated my wife and I.Well due to some unforeseen circumstances, we ended up at the showroom very late on a Saturday night. As Joshua was literally walking out the front door to go home to his family for the night, I was walking in with my wife and son, and he remembered what I looked like (which honestly surprised me because of how huge the Houston area is). Well he noticed me before I noticed him, and he got my attention, and decided to walk back inside to help me with my car buying purchase. Not only did he stay late to tend to us, he also delivered my new Santa Fe to me at work the following Monday. The entire negotiating process, signing papers in finance, and closing the deal only took roughly an hour or two. Now THAT is what locked me into wanting to do business with North Freeway Hyundai. The fact that he went the extra mile to take care of us, even catering to us as we were waiting for the numbers and negotiating. He never once made me second guess my choice to go with such an amazing dealership! Am so happy to share my experience, I had when I visited North Freeway Hyundai. I visited 4 showrooms before visiting North Freeway Hyundai. I met Mr Joshua Cortes, one of the the best sales advisors I ever met. I went there to buy a new SONATA, and he made my job very easy. I reached the showroom on a Saturday late evening and he was all ready to go home, but he welcomed us with a happy face and enquired my needs and matched my expectation. And to my surprise we closed the deal that evening itself and the finance process completed in 1 hour time and I just drove the car home. The entire process took only 3 hours . He has been is this business for over 10yrs and knows how to make a smooth sale! I am very picky and he was extremely patient with me. Went in to the service department to address some engine noise. I was told the noise was from a bad bearing in my alternator which I had had replaced just 2 years prior. The dealership quoted me $999.99 to replace my alternator, i took my car to another shop and they quickly diagnosed it as the bearing in the pulley next to the alternator, the actual problem was a $55.00 dollar part. The total repair cost me $145.00 for parts and labor. This dealership was going to try and charge me $1,000.00 to replace a working part.

Even with quotes higher than usual, the customer service and overall experience was spot on 5 stars. UNTIL the very last moment…the freaking cashier had all the attitude. I get it’s 10 mins past closing but relax, chick. You telling me my “keys are in the car” in the most condescending way when I’ve already looked for it when I returned (and before coming to see you) is not the way to get me back after being quoted $1400 that I had just told the advisor I’d return for fifteen mins ago. I’m not. My car isn’t even back from detail, eat a snickers! Don’t ruin another sale especially for folks who don’t use your facility as their home one.

Great experience with the purchase and with the finance group. They had exactly the car that I wanted and a very reasonable price. There was no pressure to make the purchase like other dealerships that I had visited. The finance group got us in and out very quickly and didnt put pressure on us to buy aftermarket add on items.Overall it was a great experience and we love our new Palisade.

I bought a 2021 Elantra after driving a truck for many years. I didn’t think I wanted to buy a sedan but the look and gas mileage had me. I drive for a lot for work so gas mileage was a key point. I’m getting 42-45 miles a gallon. It’s saving me a ton each month. Tony was great to work with. Straight forward. No drama come here to get your new car. I really do like the look and driving my car. My wife & I had an excellent experience buying our new 2021 Santa Fe SEL.Buying a new car is always stressful but I have to say Randy Todd made our experience at North Freeway Hyundai as pleasant as possible.We originally wanted a Tucson,there was a couple we liked but one didnt have all the options we wanted & the other got sold before we could get there.I called a couple of other dealerships too but their prices were a few thousand dollars more.So I asked Randy to see what he could do for us in a Santa Fe & he found two we liked.Thankfully one of them was there at the dealership & we were able to test drive it.We came back & he worked with us on getting the vehicle within our budget.They gave us a fair amount for our trade as well.Were very happy with our new Santa Fe & we appreciate Randy Todd working with us to get the nicest car weve ever owned.He got us more car than we ever thought possible.Also everyone else we dealt with at the dealership was very friendly as well.

Poor customer service in service department. They will not serve you unless you give 5 stars.I have been using them for 10 years since they were in the other location. Today they lost a customer for life. They refused to see me today. No problem I understand then they said we can only give you a ride home if you live in a certain radius, okay let me check I am 4 miles over that. Well too bad for me no ride available, no alternative, No service. Then when I give them a proper review they say they can do their job No but I have to change it to a 5 star rating. I still got no service. I had been using the dealer service for 10 years never have I had such problems. When I call to make appointments I got hung up on last week too. I had to do it online and I do not like that.

Got the car and paperwork done in under an hour in a half and these sales people take calls when Ill and do the best that they can to help you no matter what the circumstance. Worst experience ever!!! Beware of this place it will take your money and run!!! Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money somewhere else! I was sold what supposed to be a gift for my wife 12 Buick Enclave nice suv. from the test drive I made them aware that if drove rough and I was promised that they would address the issue I told them I wasn’t comfortable and they convinced me that they would stay behind the purchase 100% that they would have their mechanic look at! I made an appointment, dropped it off and after only 20 minutes I was told to pick it back up that nothing was wrong with it! I took it to a mechanic that we trust and after test drive and a computer test he said it had a bad transmission and that they never checked it they only connected the tablet for codes!!! So we had to bring it back, Well we did and guess what it needed a transmission!!!! That’s not all they never programmed the computer after replacing the transmission! Any mechanic knows that for a transmission replacement the computer has to be properly programmed.Now the fuel pump didn’t work correctly. After changing fuel pump, sensors, relays and spending $2000 still not working!!! So again run, run, run!!!!!

The worst service I’ve ever dealt with as a parts center, in 2 months they never pick the phone up in the parts dept. when they do it’s blamed on being short staffed and on the occasion is understandable but this has become a regular thing. Parts delivery and quality is through the floor. Bumpers show up split or cracked in half, eta parts delivery is 90% of the time late and can be hours sometimes even days late. Which hours may not seem like a big deal but when your a certified repair center and you’ve promised customers cars to be ready at a certain time based off the info the dealership has provided the parts to be delivered and you have to delay the customers car over and over again it can be frustrating. Have since switched dealers in which I buy parts and will never buy from here again.

This was my first car-buying experience and it was made as simple and quick as possible thanks to my sales guy, Joshua Cortes. He took his time showing me my options and worked to find me the exact car I wanted even though it had to be transported from another dealership, rather than try to convince me to take a car I didnt want just because it was already on their lot. Everyone in the dealership was patient and understanding through the process of buying my car. I never felt rushed to make a quick decision, nor was I pressured into buying anything I didnt want. I was able to take my new car home the same day!

Bought my first Hyundai at North Freeway Hyundai and I totally love the vehicle! The dealership is a typical dealership with all the usual sales BS that most of us would anticipate from a salesperson. Then the back and forth between the salesperson and the GM, blah, blah, blah...totally HATE that part of purchasing a vehicle from most dealerships. They were unwilling to give me more on a trade-in, which was just a sales tactic since the vehicle I was trading in was in excellent condition AND had very low miles. In spite of that painful process, I did end up purchasing and Im happy with the vehicle. The dealership is very nice, comfortable, etc. so I want to be fair. Not giving a 5-star rating simply because of what I described above. Great vehicles though!

Terrible customer service!!! Ignored and disrespected. I’ve taken my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SE in for mechanical problems about 3 times to be checked/serviced only to waste my time and ignored when I reached out explaining I’m STILL having the same problem. I emailed and left reviews and still no answer. Finding out today my volume up and down toggle switch on my steering wheel is broken as well when I don’t ever use it. I’ve had this car for 2 MONTHS!! IT SHOULDN’T BE BREAKING DOWN SO SOON. I need answer ASAP. Sharing my experience with Hyundai because I expected phenomenal service and I have not experienced it.

This was probably one of the best car buying experiences we have had in Houston. Our new car sales associate, Marlon Calderon, was very knowledgeable on the new Palisade and had everything ready when we asked him. It was raining and we were able to look through the vehicle and it’s features under the service canopy. I recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata and could not be more grateful to the North Freeway team. They made my experience pleasant and easy, but more than that, they went over and above what any dealership would have felt obligated to do. I wanted leather seats on my Sonata and they happily installed them only I didnt like the color. Though it was my fault in the choice I made, they re-did my leather interior in a classy color I love, at no extra cost to me. In addition, the car was delivered to me, but the person delivering it made a mistake while backing it out of the trailer creating a scratch on the side mirror. North Freeway took responsibility for the damage and fixed it immediately. I appreciate them being professional and standing by their product. I truly love my new car!!

I enjoyed my experience with NFHyundai. I had the pleasure of working with multiple people. My salesman was Tristian, with this being my first time buying a car he was very helpful in giving me the information that I needed and was patient throughout the process as well as getting me the car I wanted and helping me stay in my budget. I also worked with Collin who was also great at explaining the details of the car and paperwork before I signed anything. Also, Anthony in financing was very helpful since this was my first big purchase. He explained everything to me and helped me understand everything before I signed any paperwork. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I bought a 2021, top of the line, Santa Fe Calligraphy three months ago that has had a rattle in the dash from day one and that developed an oil leak about a week ago. When I dropped the car off, I told the service tech that the rattle was intermittent and showed Vanessa precisely where the rattle was coming from. After my car had been in there four days, they still had not fixed the rattle, but worse yet said they wouldn’t even attempt to fix the rattle since they couldn’t duplicate it.I can’t stress enough, how much of an inconvenience it was for me to juggle my schedule in order to get that car down to the dealership, because they would not provide a loaner car and I live an hour away. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy about the prospect of having to juggle my schedule again. I have since spoken with Hyundai’s Customer Service Department and was told that, since this is an intermittent rattle, a video of the rattle would have been sufficient for a warranty claim. Had Vanessa bothered to tell me that before I brought the car in, this entire fiasco could have been avoided, because I was able to get a video of the rattle the very next day after driving about 30 miles. Anyway, the next morning I spoke to Brandon, the Service Manager, who assured me that he, or someone else, would call me back in a couple of hours. No one ever called back.After a dispute with Tim, the Fixed Ops Director, about the poor customer service I received and their callous disregard for the inconvenience they caused, he told me they would not perform any warranty work on my car in the future. I was dumbfounded. So, if you purchase a car from this dealership and get frustrated by the lousy customer service you receive, apparently their solution is not to examine the role their incompetence played in making you angry, their solution is to refuse to perform warranty service on your car.Before heading down to pick up my car, I tried phoning the Service Department, because I needed to ask a question before making the hour long drive down to the dealership, but they refused to take my call. Imagine a dealership having your brand new car, refusing to fix a problem and then the receptionist telling you that the Service Department will not take your call. I told the receptionist that I needed to talk to Tim or Vanessa before I left and that I would continue to phone back until they took my call, but every time I called the receptionist either put me on hold or just hung up on me. After hitting redial 40 times, I realized it was a losing battle, so I shot an email to the owner of the dealership and told him that I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s office. Almost immediately, Tim called me back. He didn’t call to find out what I needed, he called to tell me that he had phoned the police and that I would be charged with criminal trespass if I tried to pick up my car. Despite their attempt to have my car towed back to my house, I was able to make arrangements to have my car picked up after speaking to the supervisor of the Deputy who came to their dealership after they called the Sheriff’s Department.The paperwork they provided shows they fixed the oil leak, but yesterday I noticed that the engine on this brand new, top of the line, Santa Fe Calligraphy has started leaking oil on my garage floor again.UPDATE: I took my car to Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe to have these problems fixed and the difference between that dealership and N. Fwy Hyundai is like night and day. I wish I had purchased my car from Wiesner, because they actually treat their customers with respect and are very professional.

Alex Flores sold me a black Honda Accord that would not pass safety inspection when I got it back to Austin. When I got back from financing, he told me their techs couldn’t figure out the “OEM” lights. Uhm yeah, because those were mods. On the way home, all of the interior lights flickered and failed, then the radio went out, and finally the check engine light came on.Save your money and your sanity. Go ANYWHERE else! I visited Paul Clos at North Freeway Hyundai to shop for a new Palisade. I was a little overwhelmed by the  Palisade and the many options available. I spoke to Paul about what I thought I wanted in a Vehicle and Paul spent time explaining what he thought would be the best fit for me. That time spent evaluating the options was invaluable. I ended up getting the best options for how I drive and my needs and not having to pay for the options that were not necessary or useful to me.They were very expeditious and didnt waste my time, the last time I bought a car it took over 7 hours. I dont think I have ever been treated that well at a car dealership before. North Freeway Hyundai was certainly not like the other dealers I had been to, they went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted. Was not happy with the experience I received when I went in on 8/14/2021.I brought my car in because I was having issues with the radio, the window, airbag, and the idle situation. Needless to say the only thing that got fixed was the airbag issue which they have to order a part and a recall that they found on my car.. But they did try to sell me an alignment and said I needed to change out my spark plugs and do an fuel injection cleaner. Now My car only has 3800 miles on it. If Im not mistaken as far as a manual goes Im not due to change out my spark plugs just yet. It sounds to me they we trying to pull a wool over my eyes and make me spend money when I didnt need to at that time . Im not impressed with there customer service either. Never got a call to let me know what was going on with me vehicle either.

Me and my wife went in today to trade her car in, sticker was $49,310 on what she wanted, they tried to lowball us and offer right under what she owed then came back with exact price she owed when it’s worth more. When given the paper, there was a $5,000 mark up and multiple add ons that we did not want. So they turned $49,310 into wanting us to finance $60,000, payment was $1,400 a month. This dealership is a scam and highly do not recommend.

Upon arrival the staff greeted us with professionalism and respect, the showroom is clean, well lit, and with smiles left and right. My wife and I were amazed and felt soo at ease, so comfortable and extremely satisfied with the presentation and thorough information that was given to us by Tony Urbina, he was so informative and patient and at no point we felt pressured at all...buying a car is not easy...especially during these crazy times.
