Nice management, everyone else doesnt value your time. Came 5 minutes early to my appointment and had to be switched to a new check-in person due to my assigned one not showing up. The person I got switched to, Maison, decided to take a FaceTime and leave for 10 minutes and came back in giggling/talking until she finally got to her desk. Meanwhile, the other guys in the room are talking and on their phones - not going out of their way to help while Im standing there. When she finally decides to help me, she gets a phone call from a coworker and starts laughing and talking to them - I had literally been mid-swntence explaining why I was bringing my car in. This was the last straw for me and I left. I understand patiently waiting but if Im waiting 15 minutes past my check in time, I expect to be met with strong service and urgency. They dont have that here.Also to note: they checked in several cars while I was waiting, even moved my car to check in a couple cars behind me. Why I was left waiting, I have no idea except that Maison didnt seem to want to do her job this morning. Its not that they were slow, its that no one wanted to check me in.

After having a bad experience at another Toyota dealership, Fred Haas was a breath of fresh air. They were considerate about checking my warranty for me, they had a very clean place to wait, and they were very professional with their communication.

They do quality work here and Ive had no issues with their service the last ten years or so.Do basic research on price ranges and service intervals to cover yourself, but I cant fault a salesman from trying to make a living if theyre polite and honest about it.

Took my Camry in for service and was told I would be waiting 90 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in less than 60! I did not give 5 stars because I was told I would be getting a car wash. It was lightly drizzling so they did not wash my car but by the time I pulled out of the parking lot it had stopped.

Employees will say whatever it takes for you to buy a vehicle from them. They also tack on a $2,000 deal where all they do is put 10 in Windows on your car and wipe something on the interior. They also do not negotiate on that $2,000 deal

Josh in the service department told me to be here at 12 to get my windshield replaced after sitting for two hrs was told the ppl who do the windshields werent even here yet and that he cldnt tell us when they wld be here that we wld just have to wait! Drove over an HR to get this replaced a month later and they cant even tell us when they will show up to do it! Very unsatisfied

If you are getting your vehicle serviced do not go to Maison. Anytime I bring my vehicle in she is always telling me to do something that my vehicle does not need. She isn’t helpful at all. I made an appointment for nothing. What a waste of time!

We bought our 4Runner here a year ago and had a great experience. Even with all our test drives and questions they were very accommodating. Our daughter who is blind and has a short stature for her age was able to test getting in and out of the car. Straps to assist getting up and down were recommended and they work great! Thanks for a great car buying experience.

Manager service did not take any consideration of repair being wear vs negligence in our behalf. After purchasing 2 new cars back to back out of dealer. Was quoted high cost on repair. Took my vehicle to another dealer got it fix with no hesitation!!!

My husband and I traded in our Tacoma for a Highlander. Daniel Montoya made that process smooth and quick. He greeted us as soon as he saw us walk up to the dealership.I must also mention Roel Guerra in the Finance Department. He was AMAZING and really personable. I can tell the associates at Fred Haas really care about you. FYI- we are returning customers. I highly recommend coming here.

They made me an offer on a vehicle that I liked. I drove up there to test drive it and decided I wanted to go forward with it. After going forward with their financing, their finance specialist continued to raise the price several times until I finally got it back to the offer that I agreed-upon. When I asked to see the paperwork, they withdrew their offer. So they ran my credit and made me drive an hour to look at a vehicle that they ended up withdrawing on. Buyers beware. Their finance office is extremely shady. I would not recommend them.

This place has friendly professional service-people who are willing to help you out even for a quick price-check. I enjoy going here. They have won multiple awards for their good customer service and it shows. They even put a paper mat and plastic bag in the car when they moved it.

Make sure you are not driving a vehicle that has recalls, inform yourself of Tekala company, and amino nitrate airbags, that is explosive device installed to cars between 2004 to 2013. Mine is a 2019 fuel injector that can turn off in a highways, and a harness for the air bag. Check before you buy. Be safe ❤️

Heard this was a decent place to buy a vehicle, read Debbie Stephens review, but frankly I didnt get the same customer service. My sales agent Gloria Jasso treated us more like a number than a person, didnt want to show us theCostco Auto program invoice sheetoffered us less of a discount than Cristina Cedillo did originally. Not very friendly or caring, she just saw dollar signs. Rushed us off pretty fast to the finance dept. and on to her next prey. Did not take the time to show us the vehicle. If I did not needed a truck right away, I would have gone somewhere else. not buying from them ever again, and another sales person named Ricky wasnt very hospitable either.

Normally I have great service when I come to the service department. My husband and I have been customers for over 20 years and have purchased many vehicles. Today I went for just an routine oil change and waited an hour and 45 minutes, no one let me know that my vehicle was ready. I went to the service department to the checkout counter to ask if my car was ready. Edgar didnt even recognize me had to ask me what car . Like hed never seen me before. My car was ready and no one even let me know. He sent me down the counter for somebody else to check me out. Edgar never even apologized for not letting me know that my car was ready. After I paid there was no thank you, or have a nice day, no nothing! All the guy said was your car is parked over there in that parking lot. What a shame! People can buy Toyotas at so many different places in Houston. Part of buying a car is expecting the service department to at least respect you and appreciate you when you come in for your routine maintenance. I was so disappointed a! I think your service staff for the weekends needs to go to a customer service training course...

Went for the first service. Made an appointment, arrived on time. Was told by Nick that it would take approximately one and a half hours.I waited in a comfortable although the TV was very loud.Was able to work on my laptop in a small, VIP guest cubicle.Finally, when I realized it was already 3 hours, I went to Mr. Nicks; he was out for lunch.Another rep checked my order and told me a part was not available and had been ordered.A simple text message would have gone a long way to better service.Finally, the service manager had to intervene, offered the complimentary wash and had my truck delivered.Hope it goes much better next time.

Fred Haas is pretty darn cool. Well I havent had any bad encounters. The service guys are very informative they provide you with the worst and best case scenario and they are pretty quick. If I had a complaint it would be once my maintenance has been done I would like my car wash and dryed if the weather is nice. Other than than that Ive been satisfied.

Very bad customers Services they trying to rob you. They said need to change cabin air filter technician even didnt get into it. And wheel needs to be balanced. Which I dont need it. Because one week ago another Toyota dealer rotated my tires they dont said it.

I went there for an oil change and differential oil change on my 4Runner and when I got home I found my hood latch broken and had to spend around 2 hours to do a zero point calibration on the car cause the vsc lights turned on. So I don’t know what they did or how all I know is I didn’t take my car to a mechanic and spent around 300$ only to have to fix it when I get home. Also when I contacted them they told me it broke to them just like it would break to anyone and I can take the car in again but they will not fix it if it doesn’t look like they broke it.... it’s broken, how will the mechanic tell he broke it or not, it’s literally simply broken, he was able to open the hood to do my oil change and when I got home and went to check for the oil level to be good I couldn’t open it cause it was broken, so how are they going to tell they did not break it. It was the first time I went to a dealership service and I honestly expected more from them. Extremely disappointed.

My new vehicle not 6 months, I wiped this black grease from one of my vehicle tire. Came to have a nail taken out the tire/repair. Some workers just dont care. After getting my vehicle, someone had my air conditioner on 69. I never put my vehicle air conditioner on 69. Also, my fog lights was turned off. If l wanted them off, l would have turned them off myself. All l am saying, if the air conditioner is off, leave it off. I came in for a nail in the tire, not air conditioner repair, nor fog lights. The younger generation probably wasnt taught as children. When you go to the grocery store, dont touch anything if you are not buying it.

Had the part that we were looking for and asked about another one and was told once we pre paid for it it would be in 3-5days vs a smaller one my husband tried to get the part from and they told us it was back ordered and kept telling us this for some months now. Worst experience ever! The salesman was friendly, we reached an agreement. It took more than two hours to check the information, check our credit, etc. After that time, he came back with the news that everything was OK and that someone from the financing would came to us to proceed with the papers ... He brought us the car, had it washed, put gas and everything was OK. After waiting another hour, the person in charge of financing arrived. Extremely rude. After a few minutes looking at the screen of the computer without a word he showed us a much higher value than what we agreed! We asked why the salesman had given Ok in the initial agreement and he continued without explaining... unpleasant and uneducated. I think he thought we ended up giving in, after waiting so long. Perhaps that happens to most people. We feel like were there asking for a favor. We said we didnt agree and asked them to cancel the papers we signed. He refused to show us the papers and left the room! Unbelievable! Never more!

Always take my vehicles to the dealership. In Orlando I have my favorite and in Houston Fred Hass has become my favorite because the service and staff also the parts department.Its important to me that when I take any of vehicles for service it gets done right. Fred Hass have the advisors, the technician, the parts and everything needed to make my Toyotas running like new again.I have been to other Toyota dealers, and just from the way you feel when you get there, you feel that something is not right. You need to feel that home feeling sensation.

This service center is the reason I got rid of my Toyota. They try to charge you for even the most obvious warranty items, never have parts in stock, and provide no transportation. Having an inoperative door speaker is a 3 week stressful ordeal.
