Never have I ever met an honest mechanic, until today. This place could have easily made over a thousand dollars by replacing my catalytic converter. Instead, Rob did some research and sent me back to dealership where I will be able to get the repair done under a warranty I didnt know I had. He might not have made the sale but he made something even better, a lifelong customer. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I put in $10,000 into my truck. It’s having huge issues with with this crate motor AFM delete. Now they closed down and I probably now have to get another truck. Also lost my job because of these issues at this place. I’m currently trying to fix something fix my truck.. it was worthless

I highly recommend these guys if youre searching for an alignment shop. They were able to work with me and get my 4runner to the +4 degrees of caster I requested and it drives great and tracks straight.If you drive a Toyota SUV/truck and are lifted with aftermarket upper control arms, you may have researched that a positive caster rides best with the aftermarket suspension.Friendly and very honest guys and I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle back.

I called on Aug 27th, set an appointment to come on Aug 29th at 9am. I woke up early and had to have someone else follow me so I can drop my car off. When I got there he said they are going out of business by Aug 30th and none of his guys showed up to work. My friend and my time was wasted.

Always friendly service, the lobby is neat and very clean, and my repair was completed in a timely manner. I know I can expect great quality and service from their technicians!

Had them look at front end knocking and check brakes, was straightforward about noise and didnt try to sell extra stuff like new rotors. We decide to get brakes done here and they were done right, no problems so far. Time will tell how long the brake pads themselves will last but otherwise a good deal. Pricing is not cheap but not too expensive either. Will consider to use again in the future.

Everytime we have gone there for a repair they were courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent and honest repair shop.

I came here to get an alignment after “Louetta Tire and Brakes” tried to fake giving me an alignment and then tried to get me to spend an extra $500 on parts I clearly didn’t need. My experience was amazing. I spoke to the owner of the shop and he seemed like a good stand up guy. I will definitely be coming back next time my car needs something!

Just picked up my car from some extensive work and I must say, not only was the lady behind the counter, David and Jake very professional, the work was also top tier and clean.Communication was excellent through the two days they had my vehicle for all the work they had done to it to ensure I was in the loop and given a good estimate as to the completion of the work done.I dont care for bells, whistles, iPads, coffee machines, a kids playpen and 100 people greeting me within 10 seconds of my entrance to the door. Thats what I have my iPhone, my french press, and the park in my neighborhood for. What I do care for honest and professional work done RIGHT. When it comes to the safety of my family and myself, I demand that my vehicles are taken very good care of. These guys also spotted shoddy work done from a previous reputable repair shop and took care of it quickly and didnt try to rip me off.Im not a professional car mechanic by any means but I used to work on my own vehicles when time wasnt a commodity and was too broke to take my car to a shop. Now I value my time off and I entrust professionals to do work to my vehicles. I took my sons car for a checkup before he went back to college. They only wanted to fix what was necessary which was refreshing. They also fixed a back end noise no one else could fix. Very honest and fair.

One thing I can say that is commendable about spring auto pros is the honesty. In this day and age thats hard to find. I went for an inspection and needed some work and I was referred to spring auto pros. I went to Midas first because thats where I got work done before. Midas was honest and let me know that what I needed fixed was for someone who was experienced with foreign cars. So I went ahead to try out spring auto pros. The workers have great manners and were very professional. They got the work done the same day. Monday my car started having trouble and I called spring auto pros and spoke with Jake and he have me advice on what to do. Once they were able to take a look at my car Jake explained to me how the car works when it comes to the spark plugs and coils. Midas didnt tell me about any of this and Im guessing because they dont do certain things when it comes to foreign cars. Midas off kurkyndal is a good place but when it comes to my car spring auto pros is the place to go

Been in the area about 1-1/2 years and went through a few local shops, resulting in being overcharged or the having to go back to have the work corrected. I found SAP (Jeremy and Rob) about 6 months ago. These gentlemen are hands down the best on price, workmanship and customer care. 10 out 10!

Ive taken my truck to 2-3 dealerships and tire shops trying to diagnose a vibration my truck had at a certain speed, no luck after having 2 alignments and tires balanced/rotated 3 times. These guys drove my truck around the block and was able to diagnose the problem in less than 5 mins. Truck runs smooth again....big thanks guys and you have earned my future business!

UPDATE (Dec 2018):9 months after supposedly having all four brake pads and rotors replacing machine, the brakes still squealing horribly.Took the 4Runner to the Toyota dealership for an oil change and asked them see if there was anything that could be done about the noise.Turns out Spring Auto Pros charged me for the work, but never replaced my rear pads. The pads were worn all the way down to 3mm and not even the same brand that I supposedly had put on (Brembos).***Save yourself the time and heartache, stay away from these guys. They are ripoff artists!***Visited Spring Auto Pros based on their reviews to get new brake pads installed. There were some issues with the initial job, and honestly wasnt sure if I made the right decision in visiting them.A couple of days afterward, I got a phone call and a text message from the owner. He asked me to bring the car back in so that he can check it over himself to make sure that everything was a plus.They wound up redoing a large portion of the work to make me 100% happy. Not a lot of people out there would care enough to do that, and not a lot of repair shops out there are honest enough to do something like that either.Im pretty skeptical of most places, so it takes a lot to impress me. These guys are some of the nicest and most honest people out there! I highly recommend Jeremy, David, John and everyone else over there.

These guys got me out of a jam. My transmission went out and they took the job even as busy as they were. They got the job done in respectable time and worked well with my warranty company too! I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner Jeremy is a scam artist, inflated prices on special order parts because I was not taking my truck there for the labor work. Now fighting with owner to get refund on said parts. Was threatened with lawyer when I posted my complaint on MY private fb page! Credit Union has stepped in to assist with getting refund on $2500 order. Have left negative review and complaint with Better Business Bureau. Do not do business with this shop!

I am so thankful to my son for helping me get my car to Jeremy at Spring Auto Pros. My budget was tight, and I was not sure of the prior mechanics recommendation to replace all spark plugs, 3 coils bad but replace them all and throttle clean, and thank God I did not do it, because I would have spent $1,220 that would not have fixed the core problem.Jeremy checked the VIN number on my car first and found out there was a TSB (service board)missing -rough idling issue on my 2012 Honda motor, with an 8 yr limitation for repair by Honda. He checked further, got the proof from me that I had indeed changed the spark plugs last year 2018, my coils were not bad he said, and he updated the computer in the car for $250. Next, if it occurred again, he told me that I should go directly to Honda! Well, 5 days later the car starts missing again and engine light flashing. I did what Jeremy said, took documentation and Tomball Honda confirmed it was the TSB missing problem which oil leaks into the spark plugs damaging them, and Honda made all the repairs for free approx. ($1,500.) and gave me a loaner car to use. If Jeremy had not looked further beyond the surface issues, I would have repaired the car and that would have been all unnecessary, and would not have fixed my car!!! Thank you Jeremy for helping me for real and being honest of what my car really needed!!!

I dont know why I continue going back to Pro auto. But know this will be the last time. Should be called pretty unprofessional or pretty sure you will have a lame excuse for your car not getting done. Every minor job I go there for requires multiple trips with loosing my car for the entire day.

We had brought our truck to what we thought was a good company. We were told that our tow would be covered and one price then we got there and was a different price and our tow was not covered.. lies lies and more lies.... Then we had a engine leak was to it was the dip stick my husband told tbem it looked like the rear main and the mechanic said oh no its not its just the dipstick so tbey rushed to get it out of there and acouple weeks later we brought it back with same problem said it would be ready at a certain time the calledsaid the equiment went down. And the called a week later saying the mechanic nicked the seal so had to redo so what sbould have taken 1 week took 3... When i picked up my truck was told basically to park my truck in the drive way and not drive it or would blow the motor wow ..... They rebult the engine but funny the part that is going out they didnt touch....you try to ask questions and they talked to you like your stupid and that you should know all of this... And they say they will call you back and dont

We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go above and beyond, example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what youll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.
