Dave, Jeff and their staff were all kind and helpful from start to finish! I thought I had a problem but turns out it was way more minor than I anticipated. They helped me quickly and got me on my way without charging me for totally unnecessary things, I appreciate their honesty and will be back in the future for sure!

I’ve been going to them for years now. Very reasonably priced. You can tell how professional they are by the way they keep the restroom... very clean, and neat.

Had some parts I bought to repair and upgrade the clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel on an 06 Solstice, the team did a great job. No issues and the team was completely supportive. Diagnosed and topped off the power steering fluid on a non-related issue in the process. Ill definitely be back when services are needed.

I felt that they were honest and trustworthy. There was a very comfortable and clean waiting area. My routine oil change was performed and suggestions made for upcoming maintenance on my car. I was pleased with my experience and will definitely go back for future needs.

Great, fast service. Bought new tires, had alignment, and put on wheel locks, as well as providing a warranty. (Thet called and got me a wheel lock set while I was waiting.) Quality parts, service and tires!! Will go again.

Dave and Jeff are awesome. They take care of their customers, keep you up to date on progress and call with options instead of a surprise bill at the end of the work. They keep you in the loop and give advice, but also listen to my needs.They seem like family since I have to go there often(not their fault, just a string of cars over the last 7 years - to the point where when I walk in, Dave asks what I’m driving this time!)Great guys. A well-organized and clean shopMy problem is that my daughter was driving to work and had car problems. At the time, I was at work in Cypress and coukdnt help her.The shop readily identified the trouble. I paid them 1000 dollars over the phone to have it repaired. After the repairs were finished, the shop informed her that they had found other things wrong and that the repair bill would be much more.The difficulty is that my daughter ended up having to buy a new car, of course, she was short 1000 dollars for the down payment because she had put it into a car that was non salvageable.I do not question the integrity of the shop, or their intentions. I simply find their diagnostic skills lacking. There have been a couple of times that the owner of my shop has advised me not to repair a vehicle due to its condition and resale value. I would have appreciated that kind of service in this matter. But it did not happen, for whatever reason. And the loss of the money proved injurious to the family finances.

Precision is the absolute best automotive place Ive ever been. They are always honest about my car repairs and let me know which repairs are immediate and which repairs can wait. Theyve been very accommodating to my hectic work schedule and my budget. I definitely recommend trying them out. I always ask for Bobby because of his vast knowledge of vehicles and his comical personality, but everyone there is great. Thanks David and Bobby for being awesome!

This visit was for getting my car inspection. Dropped off my car and 35 minutes later I went to pick up and it was ready. The employees are great and very professional. I always get great service. I usually bring my cars in for oil changes and they always fit me in.

Beware buyer! This place will try to rip you off. I went to this place because I had needed an oil change. Then the guy who runs it, tells me I need new brakes. $350 job. All brakes, within the next 3 days. Seemed odd as I had been told a month ago my brakes were fine. Went to 2 different places, just as a precaution, I was right. They tried to play me for a fool for more money. This place is not friendly, they are con men. I wont be going here again, hopefully no one gets ripped off. If they want to try to make you do work, maker them show you!

I had run over a median very early in the morning when I could not see. I was looking for a place to park my car and found Precision Automotive. The attendant came at 7:00 am and told me that it was possible that my wheel was messed up and my tire may be ruined and the alignment will need to be adjusted. So I left my car and an hour later he called me and said that the wheel was repaired by the mechanic, the tire was fine, and the only thing they had to do was the alignment. I was so relieved. What could have been a large expense turned out to be minor. I could have been scammed. Thank you to the gentlement at Precision Automotive.

I needed to get a state inspection done on my truck, and like the rest of the population I didnt want to wait 45 mins to do so. I had been to 2 different shops to get it done the 1st on told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait. For a job that takes 10 mins no thank you. The second shop told me their inspection guy wasnt in and wouldnt be there for another hour or so.Thats when I stopped in at Precision automotive, their I was greeted with 2 big smiles and a welcome how may we assist you today. Already irritated I was waiting for the we cant do it answer. But to my surprise when I asked how long it would be to get a state inspection he looked at me and said now sound ok to you? AbsolutelyThey were very quick and very professional, they told me I needed a few lights that had burned out and replaced them with out costing me an arm and a leg. These shops dont make money foing state inspection. Some shops will find things wrong with your vehicle to make some money on the job. But not Precision Automotive. I recommend them highly. Great group of gentlemen.

I have been having my cars inspected for 20+ years to satisfy the state, always believing it to be bogus bureaucracy, but I was proven wrong last month when David identified that my 3 month old Michelin tyre was coming apart! This is a family owned business that takes the time to treat you like a valued customer. When we take our vehicles there, we do not feel rushed into making a repair decision or cheated for doing so.

I had a recall repair done at the bmw dealership and they disconnected the cooling fan from my air conditioner condenser and these guys fixed it for free when i was having my oil changed. i guess what im trying to say is that they could have told me i needed a new part that i didnt. straight shooters.

I had a misfiring cylinder on my f150 and a problem with the engine staying running . They fixed it in less than a day. I had one hiccup after I left. When I returned, they took care of me and got me back on the road within an hour. Id recommend this shop.
