Love City Balloons Houston! I highly recommend them they are always are so helpful. Ana always goes above and beyond to help me when Im needing to find the right colors and for any balloon advice I need she is such a lifesaver!!!! Also shipping is always fast and I have never had any issues. Definitely, always my go to balloon shop!

I stopped by here because I had visited two Party Citys recently and they were out of stock both times I visited each store. This store is much smaller, reminds me of a family Bodega or something for some reason. Anyway, they had exactly what I needed with no hassle. The woman checking me out was pleasant enough, but if youre in a hurry or need real assistance looking for an item I doubt youd find that kind of care and attentiveness.You can order online which should alleviate those types of issues.*Thank you for the reply! For some reason I cannot respond directly. My recommendation is to simply be more available to help your customers find what they are looking for versus pointing in the general direction. Customer service will spread the quality word of mouth youre looking for. I presume you want to be the first option versus the default if some other store is not available. This will help in that kind of longevity.

While they have a great selection of balloons, they never have them in stock. They should stay on top of their inventory. This has happened multiple times. Just sharing.

I have to leave a 5 stars!!! Literally I had ordered from them online till I decided to go to the store and see for my self. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces!!! I loved it. I had a few questions and they took their time to help me and make me feel really comfortable about asking questions!! No other store does this. I HIGHLY recommend and I hope they keep being super friendly!! ❤️❤️ OH AND FORGOT TO METION they speak Spanish!!!
