Pleasure to work with and very understanding. Had a wedding planned in early April but with COVID-19 we had to postpone. They worked with us until we could finally do something . I will definitely be coming back.

Great prices, and impecable customer service. Event (wedding) was on Saturday and I was able to pick up items on Friday afternoon. Return was scheduled for Monday, they charged me for one day only. I dont know if other places handle weekend rentals the same way but I am grateful with one stop party :)

If I could give Rosia and the One Stop Party Store 10 stars I would. I visited this one stop shop on 9-28-19. The store truly lives up to its name. Rosia helped me out with decorations for my wedding. The prices are very reasonable and the store has plenty of options to choose from. I cant not wait until Feb 2020 to see everything all come together. Thank You very much One Stop Party Store!!

Rented table cloths for my wedding and they were great. Nice, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Rosio helped me with setting up my event, and the whole process with them was so simple and hassle free... Also very reasonably priced compared to other vendors I had inquired with, almost a $600 difference for the exact same stuff! The staff set up everything promptly and picked up everything that same night. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service with superb customer service.They provided service in record timing. They setup for our wedding event & took care of dismantling after event. Have previously used them for other events & will continue to use them for all of our family events.

If I could give these people a 0 star I would. They are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.1. I called to reserve tables and chairs, she said she would call me back and never did2. I called again made the reservation but never did tell me they were closed the day of my party and I would need to go pick up the day before.3. I called reserve a bouncy and they charge 85 for the bouncy and 100 for delivery. The Guy said flat out we dont make money off an 85 dollar bouncy, so we charge 50 dollar delivery to the location and 50 dollar pick up. He offered to lower the delivery but said he wouldnt deliver my tables and chairs just the bouncy.4. I decided to reserve somewhere else weeks before my party and expect my refund of 40 dollar deposit and this Rocio lady had such an attitude about even telling me if I could get my money back. She was rude and not understanding of my question. Still dont know if I will get my deposit back .Dont book with these people. Bunch of money hungry people trying to take advantage. They are not worth your money and time.

After six (6) months, I can definitely say the emotion around their service has not changed. Elliot and Rosio are an impeccable team exuding the most professional services and creative vision for our backyard celebration that included a draped tent with chandeliers, cocktail tables, linened dining setup and decor - all adorned with our backyard tree with spanish lights. It was amazing to see them transforming a checklist into an intimate event far beyond my expectations. They made it look like something in an exclusive glamour magazine. Rosio even assisted with our flower rosette backdrop showcasing her talent and creative vision to ensure it fitted our motif. They will kindly work with ANY budget and are completely open and courteous about their recommendations. Im so happy to have found such a family-owned business gem. I look forward to using them for all of my special celebrations.
