I love this place shelby and Kinley i hope i am saying there names correctly lol they had amazing customer service skills and were very knowledgeable on any and every product that I asked about I will definitely be shopping here from now on.

Everything I come in here im treated with respect and everytime I leave satisfied. These girls up hustle and work hard and well educated. Ive been three times this month to buy a grab bag of a few random items. Perfect for on the go. Highly recommended. Hands down best smoke shop in this area

This is actually not like most of the locations from its namesake. Its not risque at all. Very nice smoke shop with cool novelty items. Great staff who are friendly and knowledgable.

They sold me the wrong product. I went to exchange the unused product the next day for the correct product. They told me they have a no exchange and no return policy. So Im out $100.00. Their policy is once you buy it, its your problem. Purchase at your own risk

The new location is better than their previous location. I shop at this location only. Easy access to 45 S feeder and to Louetta. Staff is okay but not the best customer service Ive experienced. They dont seem to have the drive to work or sell.

A nickel & dime establishment. Refused a return on a purchase(jack screens/some were broken) made just moments prior. If this company is willing to refuse returns on their severely overpriced products then its time to find another shop to do business.

Just bought a awesome smok mag kit. Let me tell you about long term customer appreciation. Been buying shisha from them for a while bought a box mod from them and now a real durable mod kit. Chris is the guy you need to see for any of your vape questions he knows his way around a vape. Though I dont show up often he still remembers me which shows he truly care about customers. I felt welcomed by both him and the other floor associate. Anyone wants good long term customer appreciation come to this place because they will give you the deals.

Took a minute to find the new location. Its by the Starbucks off of I 45 south @ louetta. Very friendly staff. Helped me find exactly what I needed!

Use to work here shelby fired me because she thought I was weird will definitely be suing the company.

Went sunday bc your place opened earlier than the other one down the street and was heading to work so I stopped by to pick up some stuff, 7 dollars more expensive than my usual and it was not any good, tried calling but number is disconnected, not happy.
