I was in the market for a vehicle to purchase for my daughter and was skeptical on buying from a new sales person and dealership! I’ve purchased all my vehicles from one person dating back to 2003! Unfortunately for me, that person decided to retire. In the same breath, fortunately for me Michael Hogan was my salesman. Michael made this one the best car buying experiences Ive ever had! The professionalism, attention to detail and product knowledge Michael displayed was impressive.I seamlessly moved from sales to finance and into the driver’s seat of the new vehicle in approximately an hour. Michael Hogan and Fred Haas Toyota world has definitely earned a lifetime customer.

I have a brand new vehicle. My new vehicle has a strong gas odor. I scheduled an appointment to take my vehicle in to have it checked out. Even with an appointment, I waited several hours only to be told that they couldnt find a problem even though they smelled the gas odor. They convinced me the car was safe to drive. Silly me, I drove the car home. The following week the gas smell was so strong the smell was inside the car. My entire family had a headache and watery eyes. I scheduled another appointment. This time they found the issue but guess what? Its not covered on my warranty. How convenient, for Fred Haas.They quickly quoted me almost $1,500 for repairs. The director of service is no help. He completely shut me down before I could finish my sentence. I feel scammed. Shame on you Fred Haas....sticking it to the little man, your own customers.I will never purchase another vehicle here.

This was my first time ever going to an actual dealership as all the vehicles Ive owned in the past have just been cash vehicles, but after my most recent car accident I wanted something new, nice and reliable with warranty coverage etc and Ive always heard good things about Fred Haas Toyota World so I decided to give it a try for myself. Obviously I was a bit nervous before entering and even when I did, with my credit not being too great and also the whole purchasing process in general and not understanding everything. The process was extremely smooth though and I was welcomed in from the start by salesman Lawrence (Larry) Perry who made me feel welcome and gave me a lot information that he detailed very well and broke down everything without rushing for me to understand. After going over everything we decided a certified Pre-owned was a better option for me and from there he introduced me to salesman Bobby Fitzgerald who was absolutely great from start to finish and also broke everything down great for me to understand to where I wasnt confused and helped me select a great vehicle a 2018 Toyota Corolla LE which I absolutely love still to this day! Once we decided on a vehicle I then met with the finance department manager Gio Guzman who was also great and extremely helpful and friendly, he made me feel welcome broke down the price, warranty coverage, additional coverages and answered all my questions with no issues and again made everything into my language to understand. The overall experience here was absolutely great and the reviews and great customer service are 100% accurate and I would tell anyone looking for a great vehicle come and check these guys out!! Purchased a preowned car 2020 mustang with all the coverage you could think of. I have never been able to use any of it when needed. Third day after I received the car, I was calling in order to let them know the car sometimes doesnt start not exactly why, but I have to unplug the battery and plug it back in order for it to start. The car battery is charged and is good according to every dealership also because I never jump start it, I just unplug, plug. However Im sure is something with the electrical systems, which I was never told of. I have been issuing complaints for a while, and have received the following response once and nothing after that. Mind you, they never checked it out, but stated they did and said nothing was wrong with it. VERY disappointing, dont waste your time go to a more professional dealership. They are good at taking your money, but act very different when it comes to helping you with the car.

I came last Friday to look for a car around 8pm with my brother. Thankfully Bo Sierra was outside and assisted us. Bo took the time to show us all the different used vehicles the dealership had to offer. He also asked me what price range I had so he could make sure I saw all the vehicles. I ended up test driving two different vehicles. He is also very informative and knowledgeable on the vehicles. Needless to say, I left the dealership past the closing time and he didn’t mind. Thank you Bo for being very attentive! I ended up purchasing a car!

Salesman, Mark Ragsdale! Remember that name. He is the nicest salesperson I have ever met. He will not steer you wrong, he will do his best for you. I know that for sure! It can be scary buying a car. Sometimes things dont go exactly as planned, but as I found out, the Fred Haas team will make sure you are a happy customer when you leave their lot in a new car. They went above and beyond for me and I am incredibly grateful to them for making my new ride an incredible one. Thank you! Thank you! I was very pleased with the service I received from Kamran Durrani, the most caring, honest, professional and pleasant person. He went above and beyond especially in this challenging pandemic time to get the best deal for me. I had two cars to trade in, and Kamran came and drove one of my cars himself. Gave them a non refundable deposit on a suv that they currently do not have.and I wanted to possibly buy a tundra instead but they wouldnt let me take it overnight. This is after I gave them the 500.00 dollars. Not the kinda customer service I would expect from a dealership I have been buying from over the years to treat me like this.

First time buying a car and JP was absolutely wonderful. JP actually held the car for me for almost a week since we were coming in from Austin (I know this is very rare and it was one of the reasons we loved working with JP so much). He kept me up to date with the car when it was being inspected/cleaned. Financing was done very easily and fast once we settled on it. Kind, courteous, and great service. They really are transparent in all of their deals.

I just purchased my second new vehicle from Fred Haas and everyone who helped me made the process effortless. The deal I got was great, the experience was flawless, people were easy to reach on calls or text, and they went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were filled. Joe Salazar and Ryan Bullock went out of their way to find me the vehicle I wanted, explained everything in a clear and easy manner, and genuinely cared about my interests and needs. They also did their promised follow up calls to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns and were nothing less than truly exceptional. Theo Palomera was my finance manager and he also did a remarkable job making the process focused and painless. I didnt feel like I was forced into anything, all the documents were reviewed clearly, and he catered to my wants and needs when planning out my monthly payments, down payment amount, and bottom line. I will be coming back for future vehicles without a doubt.

To be quite honest I dont like leaving negative reviews but im looking for a car atm to help me with getting back home when I come back from work otr. I got out of my car and saw three salesmen outside who basically just looked at me and didnt even attempt to help me with finding a car. Although the only reason I stayed to see what the dealership had to offer was one man who got me at the door. His name was Winston and he was really cool and really a breath of fresh air. The rest of them are just pretty faces for the company obviously, and only in it for the cash grab.Gotta say though I am interested in the car selections that I was given despite them not having much. Im considering coming back but Im still unsure cause I really dont like the vibe this dealership has all together.

Just leaving this review to recommend using Mr. Lee Ta as your future car salesman. He is honest and very helpful. My only issue was I ended up having to pay $500 as a non refundable deposit for a car that wasn’t there yet. Ultimately, I did not buy a car here because the arrival date of the new car was extended due to the car shortage, and my parents needed a car ASAP. After a couple of weeks, they were able to authorize a refund. Will update my 3/5 review with one more star when I get my refund.I received my refund today and I have updated the rating to 4/5.

Mike Hogan helped me excellently with purchasing my first vehicle: a Toyota 2008 4Runner limited from beginning to end.He was courteous and very friendly and helped process everything very quickly. I am not in the area, I moved from NYC to West Texas (midland Odessa) and I took a trip out there and we coordinated the pick up. Very respectful and very polite with my time and acquiring the vehicle once at the facility. Even my dad flew in from New York to go on a road trip to pick this vehicle up and bring it back down to west Texas.I’m happy that there was an oil change in the 160 point inspection on the vehicle before handing the keys over.I was also given a very nice discount, included registration fees into final price and $150 rebate toward some minor tear in the seat in the vehicle. No haggling, no hidden fees. He did not have to do either of these things and I’m very grateful that it was done regardless.We hit the ground running and straight onto the highway to begin the journey to leave Houston and go spend the night in San Antonio before going down to Midland. Within 15 miles we unknowingly got a flat and was waved down on the highway going almost 80 miles an hour by the good Samaritan to let us know.The car was running so well we had no idea that we even had a flat. We immediately exited when possible and parked in front of a AAA ironically. All of the tools for changing out a tire were there in the vehicle thank God. They all worked amazingly. I let Mike know about it and he was very concerned and I told him that I will find out tomorrow what happened once at a flat fix shop.We continue the journey to San Antonio and we’re definitely behind schedule, we probably got in around 2 AM. Immediately the next day first thing in the morning we went to the tire shop and after a very quick and easy job we were let known it was a puncture that happened on us and had nothing to do with the dealer, just putting that out there.For the rest of the 600 mi journey The car ran excellently on dirt paths, pristine highway, rugged highway and Unkempt highway, Hillcountry (made a stop in Fredericksburg) and everything in between.By the time we arrived in Midland Odessa I knew this vehicle was for me. It fit like a glove and I already felt like an expert in what he could do and how it can perform. It’s an excellent vehicle and I have no regrets and no buyers remorse.There is one thing though: I wish Mike took a picture of me and my father in front of the vehicle when he handed us the keys! 🤣All in all it was a great experience again from start to finish from starting the vehicle purchase to making it happen it all happened in one day, specifically one afternoon. And the next week I flew out to go get it and they make the proper arrangements for the pick up. I’m very grateful and very elated with my vehicle and they are even mailing me all of my information and license plate which just arrived today.I highly recommend Fred Haas Dealer. Thank you 🙏🏽🧡 🇺🇸

I normally try to avoid negative reviews. The last two times I had my service done I had to go to the counter and ask for a new estimated time because the estimated time originally given expired by a lot. Both of those times tons of apologies which I accepted and hence I did not write a review for I let it go. Today I go in for schedule service about 1 hour, and to get a plate installed to protect my catalytic converters about another hour to 1.5 hours totaling 2.5 hours. I had call previously fully disclosed my vehicle (2021 Tundra TRD Pro) the person I spoke to previously informed me that they could install the plate but because of the tundra being a pro they would have to remove the TRD Pro skid plate install the converter protection plate and then drill a few holes in the TRD skid plate and install over the new plate. The gentleman even sent me pics of the TRD Pro they had just completed the job on. See attached pics. I get there and after waiting 3 hours they inform me that they could not install the plate because of the TRD skid plate and my $573 estimate originally given went up to $885 because they needed to take off the better TRD Pro plate and replace it with a regular plate. So no work was done on my truck. To add insult to injury no apologies or remorse for wasting my time but then they try to explain to me that a schedule maintenance takes about 3 hours.The inside of my truck smells like they spilled gas in it (which the smell did disapate by the time I returned home). I have owned Toyotas all my life. Have had them serviced at the dealerships. I bought my $60k TRD Pro at this dealership to have that much invested and to be given such poor service is unacceptable. I will be going out of my way to go to Community Toyota to see if their service and treatment of loyal customers is better. My last dealership they would give me my vehicle back with complimentary washes and would take off the paper tags and the paper floor matts. So wasted the day, no protection for my converters and a gas smelling truck is what I get in return for my loyalty.

The salesman Brandon Adams was friendly and patient while I decided on my purchase. His understanding considering the current market was appreciated and he did a great job through the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership for a fair and honest sales experience. They treat you like family and have great amenities including complimentary lunch and refreshments. Felt nervous on making such a large purchase however it was great knowing I could ask as many questions as I needed to and go back and forth between my options without feeling rushed. Definitely recommend him as your sales person for a great experience buying your next Toyota.

Any particular reason that you guys have to bother us when we come in for a simple oil change? I went in today to get an oil change and on three occasions I got pulled to the side by three different sales personnel trying to convince me to trade in my 2 year old truck for a new truck. Mind you, I have ONE more payment to pay off my truck. I explained that I had one more payment and yet, they continued to offer me a deal to trade in my truck for a new one. If I wanted to trade in my truck I would go in and do it. I dont need to be convinced to do it. The oil change took two hours to get it done. I feel like you guys keep people here that long on purpose just to have a salesman trying to convince people to trade in their vehicle. Ill make sure not to come back here at all.

I recently purchased a Tundra from Fred Haas. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This was from the salesperson (Will Ford), to the finance manager (Koy), to the new car orientation (sorry! forgot the wonderful womans name). Will spent the time with me to look through all the models and the various options and was patient and helpful. He then has been in contact with me since the purchase to check in. One note that may give insight into their customer service: while other dealerships are selling cars above MSRP due to the current chip shortage that has left dealerships with low inventory, Fred Haas did not do that. They worked with me and treated me like a customer that they wanted a long term relationship with, rather than thinking about today only. Thank you for great service!

A tale of two trades:2015 - traded a Toyota for a new Toyota - had a satisfactory, albeit overly lengthy stay at the dealership. Minimal true coat shenanigans.2021 - arranged trade of 2014 Toyota for 2021 Toyota. Decent offer - dealers want your trade like never before, right? After much deliberation, changed mind three days later - we were awaiting dealer availability of the new vehicle. Non-required, but happily collected, $500 good-faith deposit declared nonrefundable - papers signed without completely reading completely. We protested, dealer counter-protested, all for a vehicle that wasnt yet available on the lot. We ultimately received the refund, but not until we were shamed, mocked, and belittled by the Fred Haas sales manager... not exactly how you keep 20-year Toyota owners, however imperfect.Read everything completely that these sharks place in front of you, because they will only spill details when a question is asked, but dont believe that they care one iota about the customer. We will never set foot in this dealership again, but we will purchase new Toyotas again.

I ordered a car from Fred Haas Toyota and paid a $500 deposit. I was told the car would arrive in 2 weeks. It never did. Then I was told it would arrive sometime in September but no firm date. I requested that I get my $500 refunded because they failed to deliver the vehicle that I ordered. They have refused to refund the money and they cant tell me when the car will arrive. I have been to the dealership and have called numerous times with no resolution. If you are interested in driving a Toyota either keep going North on I-45 to the Lexus dealership or drive to Conroe.

Wow!! Amazing customer service! Even with a line of cars forming, I was able to get my mother’s car seen and evaluated quickly. I was able to wait in a comfortable waiting area, grab a drink, watch TV. And when they had to order the part, they had the car usable within a short time and then called me back up so I wouldn’t have to wait all day at the shop. Over this weekend, I go onto the Fred haas spring website to see if I could trade in my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe sport since it was on a recall list for some ABS sensors and the dealership I was dealing with before was not going to fix my car or give me a rental car until my car was repaired ( it was going to take up to 6Months- a year before the parts would come in due to COVID.Within minutes,( literally), I was contacted by Mike Hogan with Fred Haas. He called me and asked me to come in and to bring my Santa Fe sport to see what we could do. When we got there, he sat us down immediately and we started looking at cars. I let him know that I was not able to put any money down on a car right now, but he still managed to work it out!! I was able to get a 2017 Jeep Cherokee!! One of my dream cars. Mike Hogan made it happen. I am so happy with my purchase. If you do decide to go to this location, please ask for Mike Hogan directly and let him know I sent you. He is the best salesman there! He is so professional, and he is honest. A lot of sales reps just want to get your money and they don’t care what kind of car they put you in, and that is not the case with him. I highly recommend Fred Haas to anyone who is looking for a new reliable car. I am a travel RN and I needed a car that was good on gas, and that was good with mileage/ traveling at least 60 miles a day. Again, I am so so happy with my car. We agreed upon a price and paid the deposit fee with the salesman. When we came to pick up the car the manager said the salesman was not authorized to give the original agreed upon price and increased it by $2000. Only when we threatened to walk out did they honor the original price.We had originally planned on trading in our old Camry. They offered us $3000 for it, I was able to sell it to CarMax instead for $7500 the very same week.

Been in the market for a new car for a while now. I own a 2008 Tacoma and love it. Im keeping it but want a Camry. Ive stopped at this location several times to get a feel for the environment and the employees, etc. I believe that the service industry is changing and dealerships should not just assume any longer that they can treat their potential customers anyway they want just because people need a vehicle to get around Houston.What I have encountered at Fred Haas Toyata is that the quoted price will differ significantly depending on what rep you have the fortune/misfortune of finding. I also see that there is a lot of disagreement among the employees regarding everything from service to prices.The savings this company claims to offer is actually not existent bc there are hidden fees and charges that you will not find until much later, likely after youve signed paperwork or are so far into the process that backing out is difficult.IMO this is not the dealership tondo business with. Toyota is an extremely reliable brand. There is no need to buy from a dealership that does not appreciate their customers.Appreciating a customers money is not the same as appreciating your customer. This is where Fred Haas fails dismally.

We worked with Kamran Durrani to buy our Corolla LE yesterday and it was a great experience. He was professional, straight-forward, and was willing to help us find the right car for us on our own terms. He was upfront about the price of the car, the extras (window tinting, etc.), their inventory, etc. . We ultimately used our own financing but the options provided by the dealership for financing were excellent too. Kamran and Jeff Haas Toyota treated us with respect and I would definitely recommend working with them to my friends and family.

I am surprised to see photos posted here. My visit was interrupted by the service director scolding me rudely and publicly, almost confrontational, about taking pictures. He was angered by me taking pictures of MY car through the huge window in the service area, stating that pictures are not allowed! Since he snapped at me, TWICE, inappropriately, I took it up with another manager who seemed dazed & confused about this. As the service work goes, prepare to be there for awhile. I had an appointment, during the week, mid afternoon and to do nothing but rotate my tires. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. After service was completed, the service advisor sent me to a counter to get my car. The counter personnel said they didnt have anything for me. So, back to the service advisor who accompanied me back to the counter. They figured out that my keys were in transition somewhere. When keys arrived, an employee happened by on another errand and they asked him to bring my vehicle around. He told me that hed bring it around as soon as he finished his other errand. Total chaos! I waited with others standing on the parking lot curb for them to bring out my car. They had a post-it note on the exterior of the window that was never removed. This was the 1st service for this new vehicle that I purchased here. What a mess this turned into! I drove out of my way to bring it back to this location because I told them I would let them do the service work. BIG MISTAKE!! My 1st Toyota and from all that Ive read, this is NOT typical of the Toyota purchasing/ownership experience. In the future, I will purchase from somewhere else that I feel is more customer focused (after the sale) and better organized. I hate it because now I have to approach my local Toyota dealer to service a new vehicle that I didnt buy from them. I know theyll do it but...it somehow doesnt seem right to me. What began as an anticipated pleasant service experience with my new Toyota ended with my feeling resentment for purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. On a positive note, the most customer-focused people at this location were the ladies at the front desk. They were helpful with directions and quick to locate a manager for me. I would not recommend this location as we felt they wasn’t out to help the customer. Sandra was our representative, I feel she hates her job. Every time we asked questions we felt that it was a problem. We explained to Sandra what all was going on and we felt our vehicle needed an diagnosis complete. They would find one problem them com back and say we need another diagnosis which we couldn’t believe. So every time they stated something was wrong we had to pay more money for another diagnosis. Sandra doesn’t explain how the diagnosis process worked. I did ask her after finding the problems with my car if I could go ahead and use the coupons available online she told me the coupons wouldn’t work but I can email them to her. She called us once and I informed her that if we didn’t answer to just leave a message being that I would probably be working on the floor with patients. My husband and I attempted to contact her on several occasions and left messages, calls we never returned. We were prepared to purchase a newer vehicle but decided that we would not do so at this location in spring. Now the cashier Jarvis was more informative and patient. He took the time to explain the process in and out but at that point our mind was already made that we would not return. Jarvis thank you for loving what you do. You helped my husband and I calm down and understand. It’s great to know Jarvis has that Chick filet customer service. Thank you Jarvis.

We went in on Sunday and met with Celia. We had printed and brought with us, the information we found on the website for a Highlander Platinum with a price that we felt we could work with. Upon entering her office, she pulled up the vehicle we thought we would be purchasing - the price was way more than what we had printed off the web and all she said was that the web price was incorrect. We also used their tool to get the be trade in value for our 2013 Avalon in perfect condition. Their web site valued our trade between $13,000+ and $17,000+. Again, she told us that was wrong that all she could do was offer $10,000. Long story short, we arrived at 11 am and finally left at 4:30 after purchasing what we thought was a 2 wheel drive. Upon arriving home, realized it was an AWD - not what we wanted. Celia never disclosed this information nor did she go over the vehicle with us after we had unloaded our Avalon. Called on Monday and headed down there. Again, Ceclia promised they could get us the same color inside and out in a 2-wheel the next day (Tuesday) or Wednesday. I called early Tuesday and was told no vehicle. We headed down there AGAIN with the intent of getting our Avalon back. Spoke with a Sales Manager (Rick). Rude and pushy. When told we wanted our Avalon back, he said it was sold! Really? After only 1 day. Another lie. My husband and I are both elderly and I a partially disabled with a heart and lung condition. Did not appreciate the treatment. In order to not have to deal with them anymore, we just kept the vehicle. NEVER EVER EVER GO TO FRED HAAS TOYOTA - they are just a bunch of ***********.

Yeah don’t go, waste of your time. After viewing a car on their website at 845am that said it was “in transit” i inquired when the vehicle would be there. They responded quickly letting me know the vehicle had actually arrived. Shortly after they sent me a quote for the vehicle by 936am and told me they would hold the keys for me. I than spoke with a sales person letting them know my situation with car trade ins etc, that I would be detailing the car before I brought it to them and planned on being there late afternoon early evening. My sales person than informed me it was their day off and to give them an hour heads up prior to coming in so they could be prepared. I kept in contact throughout the day and then let them know I was on my way. Within 10 minutes of arriving (driving from Kingwood) they called me to let me know they had actually sold the car and it was no longer available. So after arriving and discussing options it turns out they’re selling cars before they are even at the dealership and it’s a real struggle for new inventory right now. So that’s my story and my final two cents being, they wasted my time and their employees time (who came in on her day off) I can only imagine the other hoops I would have had to jump through. Don’t trust what they tell you on the phone, on their messenger app, through their email. If your time is important to you, i strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I went to do the alineament on Saturday to my 2007 Toyota tundra,and they damage my truck and then I come back on Monday and the say I have to take to the body shop, and they changed me $116 for the alineament and just damage my alineament, after that I took it to other alineament shop, and they just changed me $70 and they did a really good job, I asked them theres a problem with the suspension or something else and they say there is not problem, so if you want to do alineament to this dealership dont do it, they just want your money and they dont care about your truck and also I talked to the manager,and he didnt do anything to help me, I took it to the because I was thinking theres nothing better them then dealership but a I was wrong, The guy who did it doesnt know whats he doing.i called you 3 times you never answer.

Very disappointing experience with Fred Haas Toyota World. I emailed, called, and texted with the sales about a highlander that I am interested in. They told me that the car is available to show and on the ground. However, after I arrived at the dealership (about 3 hours after our conversation), they told me that the car is sold 15 mins before my arrival. Then, they ask me to make a deposit for a car that is not at the dealership. Based on the previous reviews, it may take several weeks for someone to get a pre-ordered car. I need to drive 1 hour from my place. As the buying process of the car would usually take 2 hours, they should have plenty of time to call and let me know that the car is/will be sold. I dont expect that they could hold the car for me. But let me know that the car is sold before I come is very easy for them and could save me 1 hour trip.

We bought our Camry Hybrids here, and have been coming here for service for over 10 years. We were very happy with our former service advisor, but when he left, the maintenance service has been less than satisfactory. The straw that broke the camels back occurred last week. I brought one of our vehicles in for an oil change and, multi-point inspection, stating that we were going on a weekend road trip and wanted to be sure there would be no issues. We got the oil change, but no notification of any issues. When I responded to the follow-up dealer survey, expressing concern that I had not received an explicit checklist, I received a phone message from an Assistant Service Manager, telling me that the multi-point inspection had showed that the tires were in need of replacing (which was true, upon my closer inspection), and telling me they could do so on a follow-up visit - on Monday, too late for the road trip. I then went to Discount Tire to get the tires that same day, just in time for leaving on Friday morning. Its a good thing I got this done, since there was heavy rain on the trip. And then, when I finally received the checklist in the mail on Monday, I discovered that it also mentioned that both license plate bulbs were out - not mentioned at all on the message from the Assistant Service Manager, and potentially exposing me to a traffic ticket. I will not returning the this dealership for future service.

I communicated with Syed Ali several times by text message and he kept asking me to come in and he would get me discounts but when i got there he didnt offer any. When i asked him why u told me to come all the way(33miles) and he lied saying he never spoke about any discounts. Be careful guys. Not a good salesman.he talks like he is selling gold and he is the only dealership. I had a dealership a mile away from my house and they gave me a way better price but since i had bought a car earlier from Fred Haas i thought i would try again. What a blunder. Wasted time and gas for nothing.

Do NOT go to the Fred Haas Toyota in spring on 45 by Golden Corral we were racially profiled as SOON as we got out the car. The salesmen were outside talking and when we got out the car they walked away, kept their backs turned & never said anything to us. A man came from out the building and asked had we been helped I said no he took us in and I told him I wanted to look at the new Camry, he took my Id, (for what idk if all I wanted to do was look at the car never did I mention test drive etc) and walked us over to another person and said she would help she continued doing what she was doing WHILE WE WERE SITTING AT HER DESK then walked away from the desk before helping us and we sat there for over 5 min waiting on her to come back & she never did. Everyone else was being helped expeditiously and greeted etc. So we left without even given the opportunity to look at the car I wanted to look at. At first I wasn’t going to blast them on socials BUT too often this happens to the black community. Fraud! We went here & leased what we were told was a brand new vehicle, turns out they turned over a car that had been damaged WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE INFORMATION. The hood latch ended up failing & my son couldve been hurt or killed due to their negligence & deceptive trade practices (like changing odometer readings on paperwork). When I contacted them, they refused to return calls or messages & are still refusing to right their wrong. They scammed us & I highly recommend you take your business to a reputable dealership & avoid this one.

They are unbelievably the worst dealership I have dealt with. I purchased a used van, and was told everything was in working condition. However, they completed their definition of servicing of the vehicle and kept promising me that it would be ready to be picked up tomorrow etc.. Well, tomorrow came 5 days after I purchased the vehicle. Well, we took the vehicle on a road trip to find out that the back up camera was not working, and the back AC was not working. After the trip, we took it another dealership to identify the issues, and then presented it back at Fred Haas for repairs. It has been 1 week since the vehicle has been in their position, and I still do not have an estimate about when a missing part should arrive. In todays world of Tracking shipments, I still cannot get an honest answer.Stay away from this dealership. They are inconsistent in their conversations, they give you the run around for money and customer service, ugh.!
