Mrs. Sonia has done it again. I just love her so much. I purchased my car there November 2019 and she was the person that helped to make the process easier for me. Almost two years later I came in to do a swap for a smaller vehicle and she was absolutely amazing yet again. As long as she is employed with this company I will be her return customer. I absolutely love this place. The staff is Amazing. I didnt have the best experience at the heights location, but here was a whole different experience!!! Moral of the story, it’s a used car dealership. Buy here, pay here. The car market has been hot this year, leading to higher prices for lower quality, high mileage cars. I was in a bind, my car was flooded back in May of this year, I needed a another vehicle ASAP and they got me in another car. Although a 10+ year old car with well over 150k + miles wouldn’t have been my first choice. They allowed me to put a very small down payment and I was on the road again. Don’t get me wrong. The car was a Toyota, fully loaded, leather seats, sunroof, in dash radio, well taken care of, all service done at the Toyota dealership, car fax to prove it, car was in excellent maintenance/cosmetic condition, well taken care of, it’s hybrid, good on gas and I haven’t had any major issues with it so far. When I arrived to look at cars, their lot was almost empty and it wasn’t many choices to choose from. They do offer a repair warranty for a year, up to 2k $. My salesman was great, he worked even past closing hours to help me get back into a car. They look at your income and time at residency, your credit won’t determine your approval, I’d assume unless you have recent multiple repos etc..They offer a trade in program after year of good payments, which I plan to utilize. All the people here were very friendly, they don’t discriminate and they make you welcomed. People need to under how hot the car market is right now, cars are selling for double the price, so it’s either you wait until the market cools off or you take your chances if you really need a vehicle asap.

Maybe I went to purchase at a bad time. Only two cars were available. The car I chose (White Jeep 2008) stopped running less than 24 hours after I drove off the lot. Unfortunately the staff was not able to fix the issue, give me another car, or provide a refund of my $1000. At the end of the day I was out of 1k and the car was/is a bad car.PLEASE TAKE YOUR MECHANIC WITH YOU TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE CAR 24 HOURS BEFORE IT COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I was told and it’s posted all over the building no credit check… I get there and meet all the qualifications they asked for in regards to a 2013 Ford Fusion with 143,000 miles but I was told after they ran my credit( althouit says “no credit check) I was told I had to put down $1500 for the car. I felt like it wa a rip off and a huge waste of time. Had I known they where goin to run my credit I would have never came here. So I’m letting you know now they LIED ABOUT RUNNING CREDIT REPORTS SO WHAT ELSE WOULD THEY LIE ABOUT…they just wanted more money and that was they only way to disqualify me from the program.

They want you to put down 2000 dollars or more for cars that are 10 years old or more and they all have well over 100,000 miles or more. Do NOT do business with these crooks! My elderly brother bought a truck from these people. He told the sales girl he was going to leave & take out insurance so he could drive the truck off the lot. As we all know that is the way it goes in Texas you Must have insurance! The salesgirl said that wasnt necessary because he could pay $155 & be covered for a month. That would give him time to find the best cost insurance for him. Also if at the end of the 30 days if he wanted he could pay for another month until he got the insurance he wanted. Well he got a no insurance ticket about 3 days later but couldnt find anything in his paper work about insurance coverage. We called the place & were told that the $155 he paid for insurance had NOTHING to do with State coverage laws! It was insurance to cover THEM for cost of vehicle! Now explain to me why ANYONE would agree to pay $155 to cover them & not himself?!? With his driving record he can get FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE FOR LESS THAN $100 A MONTH! They just Flat Out LIED!! SO THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS! RUN BECAUSE YOU CANT TRUST THEM!!!

Hands down the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcomed. Leo helped me get into my first car from them and his salesmanship is very professional and you don’t get the vibe that he’s just trying to sale you anything just to get the sale like most salesmen do. When I got into a wreck and my car was totaled they immediately helped me get into another car and pick up my payments from where I left off with a new car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I will have to say this was the best expirience ever. Sonia got me into a 2009 lincoln with only 80k miles. The cars are 100% legit and they definatley go through the 80 point inspection that they claim. You do get a carfax on em which is amazing. This car is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go see Sonia before going to any other dealership. Most dealerships will have you in there for 6 to 7 hours this one only had me in there for 3 hours. If i could give this dealership 10 stars I would.

Well we but our first car and everything was excellent until we was involved in a car accident my car was totally lost so they help is to get a second we them wish me an my wife appreciate but the second car that we have and is a Chevy Cruze I love the car until the first two weeks of buy it over heating they took them to there mechanic they keep the car for 5 days them they return it to us not even past a week my engine cap was lose and it flew up me driven to my job and oil was coming out ok I buy the cap them the week after that my check Engine light when on. Great I took it to the store to check it they read the code with the machine and the said not to worry that it was only the convertor and it was nothing mayor so they reset the check engine light now this week my car over heated again I have to pay 150 for the job and they check my engine light code and they tell me the cost for that labor it cost 800 dollar so basically they sell me a broken car the lie to us they new that censor was on and they reset to sell the car now I feel to return the freaking car and not to pay it no more instead of giving us another car but they want to be slick and play us like that so please don’t go to the spring location they sell you bad cars all broken you know they should help people more we this pandemic season we need a second car to go to work and they sell us a broken car knowing your situation I paying 400 a month for a broken car that know I have to fix and look 800 dollars that I don’t have to make sure my car is ok for know you never now what else can happen I can’t believe how this people take advantage of customer like us and the dad of the story is that we paying this second car with a lot sacrifices and they know that we have a special need son with autism and they still playus like that

I have been with 500 below for almost one complete year i purchased my first vehicle from the heights location with Mr Ken & Octavio and loved every minute of the experience and if and when i ever had issue they were sure to help me fix the issue without hassle, car got totaled and i went to the spring location ABSOLUTELY WORSE DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE... i got the truck end of June remote key missing all the buttons, first week of having it every light on the dashboard came on, took it back they told me i had to contact a third person to schedule a time to have my truck looked at reached out to DAVID and haven’t heard from him since... (the warranty only covers motor and transmission) second week having it brakes and rotors needed to be replaced so i had to park the truck for weeks until i had someone come out to repair .... mid July air went out and when it rained the sunroof leaked water profusely which cause other problems inside the vehicle ..fast forward to august Transmission is giving out car barely drives or goes into reverse, it hesitates to start or stay running AND I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS NEW TRUCK 2 months and i can’t enjoy it because it needs more work than i can afford with COVID going on The people in the SPRING LOCATION ARE RUDE THEY DONT GREET U WHEN U COME INSIDE THE STORE And When they call and put u on hold (or at least they think they do) i have two recordings of them discussing my account and making a joke about me and this vehicle . I love 500 below heights location but the Spring location i will never visit that location again i had no issues with the heights location i loved them and i should’ve went back but the spring location was closer to my house at the time so i had to go there WORST MISTAKE EVER
