I had been searching for months to find the exact car that I was looking for and had made many calls to several dealerships. I contacted Northside by email and Courtney Weaver called me within a short amount of time. She was extremely professional and honest. She helped me through the entire process and made the purchase a breeze. We had multiple conversations and each time we spoke I felt more comfortable with my decision, especially since I live in Montana, 1200 miles away! My wife and i purchased a pristine First Edition 2008 Dodge Challenger Srt8 with 45,000 miles on it from this dealership. Coming from 3 hours out of town i received a video tour of the car before we visited the dealership and spoke with our salesman Bryan multiple times. The dealership itself is extremely nice, clean, and loaded with wonderful new and used vehicles. Every staff member we met was top tier, helpful, pleasant, and professional in attire and behavior. The car was meticulously detailed and sanitized multiple times before we drove it off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to making purchases from them in the future.

Wow is all I have to say!! This dealership has set the bar. I’ve purchased several cars over the years and absolutely hate dealing with dealerships. Northside however, is a completely different experience. Everything they said they were going to do as far as trade in and financials THEY DID!! They went above and beyond for all of it. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever gone through! Matthew answered all our questions, supplied us with lots of information, choices, and deals. We don’t live in Houston but that wasn’t a problem either. Once we picked the car, paperwork was done (cash deal) and they will have deliver the car to us in Dallas! We had already owned a Fiat so no need to test drive but that was another choice should we need to do that! Thanks so much Matthew for taking care of us in every way.

Theyre always professional and polite and they have never tried to Hassel Me about having something done that didnt need to be. Theyre also conscious of time. They dont seem to overbook and have U waiting for long periods of time.

I recently bought a new 2019 Fiat from Northside imports. I traded in my 2015 Fiat for the same model in a 2019. I love my Fiat! COURTNEY and BRYAN were very helpful and kind in making it possible. You know what the best thing about the new Fiat(besides that has a bit more umpf than the previous one)?NO HUB CAPS! Every time my daughter drove the previous one, she came back minus at least one hubcap. Didnt even offer to replace them. Not only is she not allowed to borrow my new one, she couldnt loose a hubcap if she accidentally does borrow it! Ha!.

Matt C was very thorough and helpful. I cant give the dealership a full 5 stars as others there were not practicing social distancing and/or all wearing masks. It made me a bit uncomfortable. Any other time, I would say they did all possible to make my visit pleasant.

The service was good, the only issue was a miscommunication regarding service; we wanted a full tune up with new spark plugs installed but only received an oil change along with the warranty work on the ignition coil boots. Still would have given 5* if they didn’t immediately say they would not provide a loaner even though it was in for a defective covered by warranty. Overall, still satisfied, but was inconvenienced by having the vehicle in shop for a full week and left scrambling to secure a vehicle to use while service was being done. Hopefully in the future they remedy this situation.
