We love nestle toll house and frequently stop at this location for their cookies. I ordered a cookie cake for my husband’s 30th birthday and was a bit disappointed in the decoration. It was still delicious but the decorations seemed to be an after thought.

Completely watered down drinks my coffee tasted as if it sat all day and night in the pot. The cookies here were hard as a rock. I guess they didn’t t want to throw from days prior

Delicious!!! Wonderful service!!! Options of calling ahead order, using online, and in-person pick up. I called for a special order and they were able to make it same day for the cookie cake I needed! Thank you! Amazing! Absolutely loved the cookie decorations and detail. They have quite the variety! Savory foods as well as drinks, ice cream, and excellent cookies. So much to choose from! Perfect place between mini plaza and car wash. Definitely recommend!

Dont do it!!! The staff is very friendly but the cookies were hard and tasted days old and my shake tasted like the milk had spoiled. We threw away $15 worth of food from this place. I wont be back.

Went in while waiting for car wash wanting the wrap advertised on website and window of building. Menu board faded out/turned off and told by employee they were out of all ingredients for any savory items!After reading other reviews, this seems to be a regular occurrence.

Under new ownership AND AMAZING!!!! The cookies were delicious, the staff was friendly and happy. I cant wait to go back. I do a lot of catering for clients and Id highly recommend catering your cookies from here as well!!! LOVED IT!!!!!

As a previous employee I can tell you the management of this place is terrible. Not very respectful of the local community when you treat an employee/local resident to asking whether they’ll be scheduled to work and then firing them 5 days later because they don’t have adequate customer service experience. Maybe the management has changed in recent years but you don’t want to patronize a business like that. If they care so little for their employees they sure won’t care about you as a customer.

Saturday by 10am and it’s closed. Why you don’t respect your own schedule ?

My wife and I had been wanting to check this place out for some time. We probably shouldnt have waited so long. They may have been good once.Despite being told otherwise, I think this place is going out of business. Heres what they were out of when we walked in:IceesSodaNearly all ice creamMoney (Literally. There was a sign on the door that said exact change only.)Most browniesThey also ran out of spoons while we were there. What kind of bakery/ice cream joint runs out of eating utensils? We needed four and she only had two. She eventually gave us two tasting spoons.Also, half the menu board monitors were practically faded out. As in completely.This place was a complete disappointment. The two stars were for the service. The young lady was very nice and apologetic.We wont be back. Best of luck if you decide to brave it.

Just tried this place for the first time today. Everything in the display case looks great. Unfortunately the cookies that I bought seemed a little hard and not tasty at all. Save your money and just buy Nestle cookies in the dairy section of your grocery store. Very disappointed 😕

Savanna customer service is horrible, she treated my mother horribly and snatched items from her hand . She didn’t make her feel welcome at all.

They really don’t have everything on the menu. The girl charged me for a flatbread order, and comes back later to tell they don’t have cheese to make any savory item listed. I can understand one day running out of ingredients. This has happened to me twice.Suggest remove it from menu or stock up ingredients!I’m never coming back here for savory stuff....

The cookies taste good in the past, but today the cookies were not good. The cookies were hard, and didnt taste fresh. Taste over cooked, and seems like the cookies were baked a few days ago. Try to eat some, but they are more useful as hockey pucks!!!!

Cookies are really good. Workers are nice. They have ice cream but only about 10 flavors. Sign said they had some type of sandwiches.

My nephew and niece really enjoyed their ice cream. The man behind the counter was very friendly and gave them free topping. I will be going back.

I absolutely love coming here. the gentleman with the blonde hair.. i think his name is mitchell.. michael maybe?? i’m not sure, but michael is very nice and always gives such great customer service. he always makes my day better and tops it off with a wonderful nestlé toll house cookie!!

Didnt get to try after driving out of my way since they recently posted a Groupon deal.

The treats are ok, have been great at certain times, the ice cream is old, you can taste the freezer burn or icy taste of freezer, throw out all ice cream and just get half tubs full of the icecream to be sold, because it seems this location is slow at times.
