I want to share my gorgeous brunch today from awesome folks at Thistle. I try to not be difficult with my dietary needs but they always are willing to adjust as requested. My avocado toast became keto friendly and still looked great! Shout out to Brittany for her help. 😁I always enjoy coming here and feel welcome every time. 🌈 🦄

I love the atmosphere of Thistle Draft, and the servers are always super nice. My issues lie w/ the time it takes to get the food, and the food quality. The restaurant was completely full for trivia, but it took an hour to get our food, 1 taco, and a hamburger. Our friends ordered at the same time, and didnt get their food until the last round, about 2 hours later. Also, when we ordered, they were already out of pork, a component of 2 menu items. To make matters worse, the taco was presented pretty lackluster, and the hamburger was tough from being overcooked and burnt on the outside. The patty was definitely a frozen pre-made patty, which I wouldnt expect for $15. We all thought many of the items were really high priced too, which I dont mind paying for if there is prompt service or high quality food. I know places get overwhelmed, but it just wasnt a good experience, and our group doesnt want to come back.

Delicious food, really enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts with the Watermelon. I shared the Blue Cheese Burger and still took some home.

This is definitely a local hidden gem!! Very laid back atmosphere along with a multitude of beers for every palate. A must try.

Elton was a great server. He really knew his beers and helped me picked out my favorite and wine also. Definitely gonna come back to this place

A cool place to hang out, have a bite to eat and wash it down with a WIDE selection of craft beer! The burgers are cooked perfectly and the wings are full of flavor. I also highly recommend you order the Truffle Fries- theyre amazing!

Such a nice evening at the Thistle Draftshop! The charcuterie board was amazing, the wine was lovely and the company was awesome. Would highly recommend. I cant wait to go back!

This place is awesome! Great service! Fantastic food! Try the Thai curry wings and the truffle fries!!! They have Chefs in the kitchen not just fry cooks!! Awesome craft beer options! And Brittany showed me how everything works, gave me samples of a few craft beers to decide on and was happy and smiling always! Definitely a place to check out! I know Ill be back!!!

Food is usually very good here but today has been an overall awful experience. Placed my order online for curbside for two orders of the Pork Belly Tacos. I get a call a few minutes later from a very condescending employee how they don’t make this one particular item on Sundays. Well since they have all the ingredients and it’s on the menu they go out of there way to make it for me….thank you. Then they also added jalapeños to this dish which again nowhere does it say jalapeños are in this dish. Also why offer curbside if your employee is to lazy to walk the extra 30 steps when there is literally only 2 other tables in the establishment? Whoever the short blonde bartender who worked 09/12/21 should not be in the service industry if she always has attitude and is very rude. This is my second time here and this is the second time she has rude and condescending. My two cents, don’t go here.

This place is phenomenal!! Big open bar, huge selection of beer both on tap and in bottles. And the food is TO DIE FOR! see my pics for the Red Dragon Fries, octopus and shrimp campechana, Joe Pesci (Italian loaf), BFC sandwich and Too tot to trot burgers. Words fail me, this place is spectacular!

Excellent hamburgers, service and beer. The fries they have their are also good, the ones with chives, and parmesan cheese. I recommend this restaurant who likes good hamburgers, and a good beer. The beer there is also good. Service and Food get an A+

No alcohol in regards to bottled alcohol. Only wine and their brewed beer that socks. Not the beer but that their is no alcohol. The atmosphere is awesome though.

Went to a Yoga & Mimosas,session there,in the back garage meeting room...it was great! There place was smelling wonderful as we finished. They had the mimosas waiting for us,and the choices for coffee or drinks,or food is great! Have a meeting or wine down from a hard day. Ill definitely,be returning with my husband and for meetings!

I adore this spot. A cute little hidden gem right off 2920 and Rhodes. The FancyAss truffle fries are so good, but their beer selection is the best thing about this place. Well, also the custom 6packs to go. The fact that they feature a different local brewery is awesome too...

1st visit. Not spotless but clean. Menu looks promising. Lots of unique options. Brussel sprouts were amazing. Good beer selection. Even the wine was better than most local places. biggest problem - cold food. room temp mussels and room temp brat 🙁 good tunes but if i cant get my order while its hot Id rather not order it. Good portions though. Hoping to see an improvement on my next visit. Will definitely be back. Recommended.

Found my new watering hole! This place is fantastic. Great beer, huge selection on tap, and bar food is NOT bar food. Its freaking phenomenal. Brussel Sprouts, Truffle Fries, burgers... ALL are a culinary surprise! Cant wait to be back!

Our go-to lounge/ bar in the area. Great gourmet bar menu& craft brew taps. Relaxing atmosphere. The bartenders are always awesome. Their weekend brunch is a must. Opens early and you can take beers to go. Enjoyed the environment so much we decided to have our wedding reception here.

Came here today for my first time just to pick up my Taste of the Town sample to go. Bar tender was very welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing! The sample was for red curry mussels and a braised short rib with corn puree. I will definitely be returning and looking forward to trying other menu items. This is not typical bar food and even the plating in my to go container was beautiful.

Weve been coming at least once a month since they opened. We started off with good experiences and things are even better with each visit.Great beer selection and the food is good. Definitely worth the visit.

Beer selection is great, but I wish they had table service. You have to order food and drinks at the bar, and give them a credit card to run the tab. I would much rather have a server take my order. Thats just me, I guess.

Came here for lunch and to watch college football. Had two flights of beers. Had plenty of local craft beers some I drank will definitely be on my full time drinking list. Shared a few appetizers with a friend. Had the viva las chicharrones and the big e wings. Both were friggin awesome. Loved the place and the atmosphere.

The beer selection is pretty good kind of a hit and miss the food selection is good but a bit disappointing once it arrives. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich isn’t really spicy I had to ask for hot sauce and the sharing charcuterie board was disappointingly wasn’t enough to share with another person. The board was massive but the portion looked sad for the price asked for $25.

Finally got the chance to stop in here tonight. Been meaning to come by since they opened a few months ago. Love the upscale icehouse vibe? Is that a thing? Lol. Garage doors. Concrete floors. Classy marble bar. Around 40 craft beers on tap. A bunch more bottles and cans to go. Crowlers. They serve wine too. Biggest thrill for me? THREE New England IPAs on tap at one place! Winning! Flights available. Just wish I lived closer to Spring and Id be here all the time.And I almost forgot, excellent eats as well. Had the wings tonight, both the Buffalo and Vietnamese were great. Lots of other choices that sounded good too. Something else to get me to come back... Like NEIPAs wasnt enough.

Ive been here a number of times! The staff is friendly and responsive. The beer selection is vast. The food is great. I love their chicharrón with fermented hot sauce. The pork belly tacos are great too

Poor execution on the pork belly tacos. The combination of sweet savory sour, while wonderful in theory. Just didnt meet the mark. Balance the flavors just a bit more... The lime, or lemon orange overpowered the wonderfully cooked pork.It seemed there was something missing... Maybe just a hint of spice. Red crushed?Maybe scotch bonnet? I would love to take the whole thing back to formula .Overall the experience was wonderful. Polite staff, wonderful drink selection, clean and dare say PERFECT?

So I will say the negative reviews about the wait times are accurate... But the food did not disappoint. I got the bleu burger with truffle fries and it has become an instant favorite for me out of any burgers in the area. Ill definitely be back.

Great, small bar with a unique beer selection. I especially like the scene when they open the doors and let the breeze in. The food selection is limited to mostly finger foods, but are quite tasty. Overall, a cool and modern environment.

Gosh! Whats not to love... Service is great! Beer comes in many flavors and strengths. Draft is cold and the way to go. Try one, or try them all. Flats are perfect for that beer you want to try along with some others. Appetizers are also fantastic. Tried a few and loved them all. The atmosphere is a low-rowdy flair. Ppl come to relax, unwind and some to get their evening started. Its a great hangout. Buy your fave beer (bottle or can) and take it with you when you go.

So I was new to the whole draft beer thing and let me tell you walking in there I did feel a little intimidated but the staff was really helpful they. let me sample the beer and I got to pick from a big selection. I didnt get to try the food but from just the beer itself it is a great place to hang out and just relax. they dont pressure you to buy anything and they dont try to sell you they let you enjoy your beer with your company and then they make suggestions on what their favorite is. its a really friendly place for a first-time draft drinker or if youre an expert.
