Nothing to write home to mama, it is another alternative to the other 2 competitors the one start with S and the second one with a D.It clean good service with a smile that have a good parking and a nice drive-thru.When I was there they received a surprise visit by there corporate office, which tells me that they protect their brand, and want them to follow all of their standards.The strawberries, glace and coconut donuts are great. Dont remember the price but it is affordable.

Chocolate Iced Donut was ICE COLD @ only 10am. But..the plain glazed was absolutely perfect! Fast drive through also.

As I was eating a glazed donut I felt something hard like a rock so I spit it out. In my past I used to own a Donut shop for 6 years. I have no clue what the object is but look like this location doesnt clean their glaze every morning. Im a regular at this location and will not come back.

This place has gone way down hill (must be new ownership). Have gone a few times in the past month and asked for the hot glazed donuts (which is the only reason I go to Shipley’s in the first place), but the ladies give cold donuts as if they never heard the request for hot glazed. This location used to be good for making the fresh donuts, but now they obviously do not and they do not listen to the customers request when making orders. Will not be coming back for more business in the future. Sad because this place really used to be a very good spot for the classic Shipley hot donut.

Only so so. Nothing great. Coffee is subpar and VERY limited.Donuts are good but mostly too sweet and overrated. Kolaches are3nt that good.

Usually great service here but they forgot some items on my order (2 orders of donut holes) and they refused to replace. Claimed they put them in the bag. Why would someone come back up there to get over on $2 worth of food. Made me buy again. Pretty poor service for such a small thing

I come from Chicago so Im a big fan of Dunkin, however I havent have luck with dunking here at Spring. Today we saw a Shipley Do-Nuts location and we give it a try.. and oh lord Im officially in love with this place. The staff are really nice 👌.

Great variety. Nice people. Chocolate white cream filled never have filling. They put dab on outside to look correct but totally empty on inside. Happens every single time. Other Shipley at Holzworth fills. Will go there from now on. This establishment loses business on RIP off tactic.

I come here at least twice a week, good customer service. They work really fast despite some customers that use the window to make complicated orders.

I went there around 8pm. They were still open even though Google has them as being closed. I ordered a half a dozen glazed donuts. I was eager to try them because everyone says they are the best. Well perhaps I shouldnt have gone that late in the day. The donuts were hard! I couldnt believe they would sell something like that. I now know to ONLY try them out in the early morning when the donuts are fresh! Never again

I’ve been to a lot of shipley donuts, this is by far the worst donut store I’ve ever been including nonShipley donuts stores. The donuts were very soggy and the bread tasted nothing like a Shipley donut should taste

Glazed donuts are always cold no matter what time I go. Went at 6:30 this morning and asked for fresh donuts and instead got cold rocks from what seems like yesterday. Me and my wife are regulars at this location and will not be going back! Tired of spending my money on cold food

I come here pretty often and while the customer service is pretty good, ice cold donuts are not. No one wants to eat what’s supposed to be a fresh donut, that tastes like it sat in the fridge overnight

The donuts are great. But two times in a row I ordered specific donuts at the counter. I feel as if they dont even listen to half of what you say. The employee quickly just threw some random donuts in my half dozen .Only one of which was actually what I asked for. They need to slow down and pay attention to what the customer ordered.

I went in on a Sunday morning to buy 4 dozen glazed donuts and this place was packed! I thought it was going to take a long time waiting in line, but it didnt! I was out of there within 5 minutes. The staff is very nice! Two thumbs up!!

My daughters organization hosted a blood drive for their school and contacted Shipleys for sponsorship. She had spoken to the general manager, and they promised to donate for the event. When she arrived to pick up to donation, they wouldnt provide her with the donation, and insisted that the general manager did not speak with her even though she provided proof that she had called them weeks in advance about the sponsor. The mishandling of the event was totally unprofessional and my daughter and her organization were left vexed and disappointed. Dont ever attempt to get a donation from them, or else youll be left dissatisfied.

When kids & I have a hankering for donuts with its in the P.M., so glad this location is near with Drive-Thru option. I like the coconut donuts (white or chocolate frosted). Kids with me (4 school-aged & 1 under 2) wanted glazed, strawberry filled, lemon filled. 12 donuts (assorted) & 12 donut holes totaled at $9.78. Nice after school splurge.

I went there to grab a donut and i gave the lady some ones. I knew i had 5 dollars in ones but for some reason i only counted 4. I just gave it to her because I knew she would count it and would give me the change. Im looking at her counting it and she counted 5. She puts one dollar to the side and give me my receipt and coins. I asked her where is my dollar that u put to the side instead of giving it back to me because I was over. She said yea I know I was going to give it to u. Did I give u the receipt. I said give me my dollar and I snatch it and left. THIEVES

I like Shipleys but this one was better for some reason. I got a plain glazed donut at 11 am on a weekend. It was warm and melted perfectly in my mouth. (I literally said Oh dear god when I bit into it and I was alone in my car.) Minus one star for the insane amount of people there...it was a bit of a wait.

Very respectful ladies that work in this location, they get your order quick and fresh. Great service.

Shipleys is a staple donut chain with realiably good donuts and kolaches. This location is still using the old small boxes where the donuts sit on end, smearing their icing on the donut next to it - something that will frustrate your five year old that ordered the pink sprinkle donut. Some other locations use the larger boxes where the donuts lay flat.

A Houston stapel. Great donuts and a limited selection of Kolaches but what they have works.

Like many others commenting; the donuts are good but the customer service is so bad it makes the donuts less enjoyable bc youre so mad at how you were treated. They act like you should know exactly what you want even though theres no menu, they act like they dont have time for you period. It must be a family business bc no one acts like that unless they know they wont get fired. Ive decided not to go to this Shipley. Theres plenty of other donut shops in the area.

Went to Shipleys on louetta. Went through drive thru and my husband asked if they had boudain kolaches, the guy said yes then said sausage and cheese. Repeated to him then he said no we dont have. So we asked for two kolaches and half a dozen of donut holes. He takes our card and then tells us the total is 14.91. When we asked him why so much he said we asked for six bags of donut holes. We said we did not and asked for a refund. He got the manager to void then proceeded to hand us our original order and had charged our card again. At this point we were really irritated and said we didnt not want our purchase. The manager did a huge exhale and said oh my God. I will NEVER return to this location.

Donuts and kolaches are very good! BUT... the parking situation is a wreck. I am currently trying to get security footage of my reported accident to prove that I was hit while sitting in my car. The driver and passenger did not get out to inspect THEIR damage to me or to ask how I was. They simply backed out when it was possible and drove away!!! The store has done little to nothing to assist. This location was a TERRIBLE idea. The lot is shaped like a triangle and parking is at a minimum. The drive-through makes it impossible to leave if you decide to park. The employees appear to be nice but are lacking in the English language, making it difficult to answer questions I have. I will reconsider whether this is a business I choose to support in the future. If the manager dislikes my feedback, he can call me anytime. Not a satisfied customer.
