The store is great. Store employees are the best. But why would you close the pharmacy on Labor Day, but the store is open? Surely people need prescriptions as much as they do milk or eggs or other items in the store. Could you have not had a shift of pharmacists available to work on holiday? To me this is not looking out for customers that depend on their medication.

NO USE IN SETTING APPOINTMENTS FOR VACCINES. Had an appointment for 5:15, and her it is 6:02. Over an hour wait. There is just 2 of us waiting. What’s the point of setting an appointment time If they’ll do it when they feel like it? They haven’t called anyone back for the covid vaccine people just waiting. Pharmacy department is not organized. Still waiting……….

Counted 8 employees and nobody wanted to check me out. Picked up pictures and stood at the counter to pay for 10mins. Then after all this time the guy rudely told me I could go up front. What the hell are your standing behind the photo register for if you aren’t checking out dummy but handed me my pictures? Yes the guy with the pony tail. I left the pics there I’ll go to another Walgreens no thanks

Just moved in this area 3 months ago and I currently have to go to this Walgreens across from me the people in the Walgreens are very nice but when it comes to the pharmacy they are very slow I have sit in the pharmacy line for almost an hour

The people that work at this Walgreens are so sweet - this has been my local Walgreens for the past 4 years and the staff has never been anything but kind to me. I use the pharmacy at this location too and I really like the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs. The one time that I had an issue with meds and my insurance the pharmacist dealt with it for me, was extremely apologetic, and had my prescription filled way sooner than I expected. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a prescription to be filled, even during the pandemic when I know pharmacies and drug stores are understaffed. Please respect the staff here - they are essential workers during a pandemic and above that they are human beings who work hard and deserve to be treated with respect in their workspace.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. I was just helped by a Christy H and she was nothing but rude. I would have went to my normal location but they were out of the prescription that I needed. I now remember why I have taken prescriptions elsewhere to get filled. The pharmacy department needs to get a training on customer service especially when dealing with people every day.

They are very slow in the pharmacy department and at the register. You always have to wait to be attended to. Pharmacy is regularly out of my medicacation and they wait until my pick up time to tell me they dont have it.

I CALL THE PHARMACY AND THEY HAD MY MEDICATION THE PHARMACIST WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND MADE ME FEEL NOTHING BUT HATRED FOR BLACK PEOPLE. I love my neighborhood Walgreens. There is one worker that has been there for years. She normally works in cosmetics. She is always great with her customer service. In a time when everyone is rude this worker makes coming to Walgreens A-okay!

A couple days before Christmas my wife and I were having a hard time tracking some items down and Laura and Camille in the cosmetics area were extremely helpful and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasure. Your pharmacy tech Janet saved my holiday weekend. I was in the middle of a trip. Needed to fill and take 2 prescriptions to feel better and continue on my way. It was after office hours on July 3rd. I had stupidly left my Rx insurance card behind. Janet spent over an hour intermittently on the phone and the computer with my insurance & Medicare hotlines. She patiently & persistently worked to authenticate my coverage and bill my insurance, saving me over a hundred dollars. I went on my way, feeling much better by morning.Thanks to a competent and caring employee and staff in your pharmacy. I will be back.

I went to tmutilize there clinic.I arrived early. I had the first appointment.I waited over 15 minutes after scheduled appointment. No on came out. I rescheduled at kiosk. Walked away and went back. The provider said she came out at 9:30 and not one was sitting thereSpoke to manager days later.I am She said she never communicated with provider but knew information only provider would tell her.To make a long story short.It appears the clinic staff needs to be retrained by corporate office.The pharmacy staff is outstanding from my observation sitting in waiting area for 30 minutes

I have been to this pharmacy several times. They look like they do NOT have a clue of what they are doing, plus give attitudes at times. We were waiting in line for so long, they first told me, We have no one under that name. Then tell me, I have 2 meds for you, would you like them now? Um no just waiting for 30 min because i have nothing else to do!

Ive been robbed by Walgreens. I just had the worst experience with a Walgreens Ive ever had. I exchanged my 2 empty propane tanks for the Blue Rhino refills on 7/24. The first tank I purchased had a bad valve that I discovered after buying a new regulator with no change, and then swapping to the second tank fixed the problem.Today, 7/27, I went back to return the bad tank. The manager there lifted the tank and said that because she could lift it, it must be an empty tank. I asked her to compare the weight of the tank to the new ones or to the empty returns she had to see that it was full. She refused. I asked to speak to her manager, and she said she was the manager and that my only option was to come in between 9am and 5pm to talk to her boss (my work hours which I believe she knew because I was in my office clothes).I am extremely disappointed in the lack of common sense, reason, and customer service displayed by this manager. She was very rude, and while I have been a customer here since 2009, I will now find another pharmacy and stop shopping here. I suggest others do the same until they make some personnel changes. Ive been robbed by Walgreens.

I love the staff at this pharmacy! They work hard for you and keep it professional. I went through a handful of other pharmacies who either didnt know what they were doing or severely lacked professionalism. This place has had my business a few years now.

Extremely rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff. She told me I wasnt allowed to have my prescription filled there because my address on file wasnt located in Spring. Which made no sense to me because I used to get the same prescription refilled with the same address at the Walgreens in Huntsville. As I tried to explain this and get some understanding she snapped at me, saying I can only come back and get it refilled there if I have a utility bill with a Spring address (which is 100% BS). Before I could tell her that I dont have one of those because I literally just moved to Spring, she hung up on me and sent my prescription back. Youre better off going to the Walgreens on 2103 FM 2920. The pharmacy staff there was very kind and helpful, and the pharmacist took the time to listen to my situation and get my address changed and prescription filled. 0 stars for this pharmacy, 5 for the other one. Trust me, dont waste your time or money.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse. It is closer to my home so I try and get prescriptions here, but every time I do, it’s a problem! The pharmacy staff doesn’t care about anyone! My insurance company even called and they kept him on hold then hung up on him. My daughter is severely sick and she can’t even get her medicine cause the damn pharmacy tech doesn’t know how to properly run insurance! The cashiers here are nice but throw the whole damn pharmacy away!! Trash!

I always have issues with this pharmacy. I have been on the same meds for 5yrs, and used this pharmacy from time to time. One of my meds happens to be Xanax. Same amount same dosage the entire time. They always short me on, go figure the Xanax. Only giving me 5 days worth at a time. The last time I went in the Pharmacist her self accused me of writing the RX myself, which means I would have had to steal a prescription note pad from my dr. She claimed to know my dr very well and that it wasnt his handwriting, and then stated he would never allow someone else to write a prescription. I have had the same Psychiatrist for 5yrs, and his assistant has written the prescription every time in front of me as he calls it out to her. She (the pharmacist) then refused to fill my prescription until after the weekend on Monday after she has verified it. She then tried to keep my prescription until I was very assertive to give it back to me. The next day It was filled but only with 10 out of the 90 tablets. When I called I was not given any explanation, just told to come back when the 10 are gone. The pharmacist was very rude with her tone of voice look on her face, and body language. It was as if I was being accused of stealing the prescription pad, writing it myself, and being a pill seeker/pill head all at the same time without it being directly said. I understand if it needs to be verified, but it was not presented to me in a professional way. And then to be shorted again just so I get to do this all over again.

Just had my last subscription filled there. The staff is clueless particularly the redhead. Just makes excuses. Two months in a row they have taken over a week to fill my prescription. Gave all kinds of excuses. Behind the counter it always looks like kaos. And never waste your time calling them on the phone to get answers. They will not answer the damn phone. Was on hold for 45 mins. Finally hung up and drove to the store. No more. Im done with this store.

Red headed pharmacy tech in drive thru was very rude and when I gave her my ID like she asked for she told me she couldnt see me. Are you serious? Never had a problem with any other tech seeing my face except you. Maybe you should get some glasses. And then after that I gave her my money which happened to be change and she then she told me she couldnt take it unless it was in a silver container. Just trying to be difficult. It was barely 3 dollars! Absolutely ridiculous!!! She needs a reality check!

I have used this pharmacy 6 times and have trouble with them every single time. The management is extremely unhelpful and rude. Theyre very defensive and dont take any actions to remedy their mistakes. The pharmacist manager Wendy is the most unprofessional human being I have ever encountered. My physician even advised me to go elsewhere, but due to the convenient location I came again. I couldnt even get an apology from them! Its unbelievable!

Pharmacy employees are some of the rudest folks I’ve felt with in a long time. Here twice in two weeks and same trash attitudes and sour faces.I’ll be transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy next visit.If you don’t like your job or being around people...move on down the road.

I went into the clinic for the first time and signed in at the kiosk. A woman after me was instructed that she would need to come back I would be the last patient before they went to lunch. I waited for hour n a half before they told me I wouldnt be seen they were going to lunch. I waited another hour on top of that to finally be seen. Not only was the Dr unprofessional and arguing with her assistant the store manager wasnt any help either ( Nicole mendall )

Service is slower than a100 year old turtle. They hound you to death with texting if you sign up for it. Telling you time to refill, then text saying its ready day after day if you dont pick up for a couple of days. If you go thru drive thru it can take 30 minutes if 3 cars are in front of you. Average of 8 minutes if you luck out and no cars are there . Really, they said its ready for pick up. Where do they go to get the ready Rx? China, while you sit and wait? This store is horrible

This pharmacy department is horrible, especially the pharmisct Wendy, very rude, always in a defensive mood, she defends the clerks even when they are wrong.They do not accept responsibility for their wrong doing. I will be switching to a different location although its further away from home, if the service is better, the drive will be worth it.One more compliant, they are slow, very slow, wait times are ridiculous.

At this pharmacy, you will wait forever to pick up or drop off. Several times I drop off my medication and when I return the next day to pick it up they inform me that they didnt have it in stock. No phone call... nothing! Then I learned to ask the person when I drop it off..¨Do you have this medication in stock?¨ and this last time the lady said yes. It was to be ready in 90 minutes. I traveled back up there, waited 30 minutes in line, to be told AGAIN that they didnt have it in stock!The time prior to this that I filled my medication, I got to the car and I had another patiences medication! Wow... I am going to CVS!

Made an appointment to get seen at their clinic today and arrived 15 min before my appointment. I was having issues signing and asked a few staff members to help me. No body would help me, they all told me to call some number posted by the kiosks. I was on hold with them for like 15 min and ended missing my appointment time.
