Store clerks are good, Laredo taco employees arent worth having their jobs. Asked for my order and how I needed it because of what Im NOT allowed and ABLE to eat and got told We dont do that here

For the most part, the employees are nice and friendly; as I am a regular customer, but they greet all customers the same. So if you need to stop by prepare yourself for a pleasant experience 👍

How do you have 7 employee’s working in the back and one person making tacos? The worst part is they’ll look out from the back and see a line of 6 or 7 folks and won’t help. The stripes off of 45 and sorted are quicker abs that’s saying something.

Fine gas station before dark. After that it turns into a pretty groovy hangout spot for the employees friends. Be sure to come armed after midnight, and with lots of patience.

Old lady is so slow at making tacos... she has no sense of urgency and had a bad attitude, not friendly at all. Makes no sense that there are 2 peolle ringing up customers but only one slow boomer making tacos at a snails pace while the younger dude makes the tortillas. He sees theres a line and doesnt offer to help the next customer to get the line going. I only go here because its conveniently close to my work.

Its over all convenient and local. Good selection and always have accomodating deals. Staff isnt always on top of things but Id recommend it.

They ignore the customers. Lines are always real long. I was excited about getting a new gas station but I choose to go else where.Not only that. The other worker was trying to get the slower lady that works there to buy her stuff. The slow learning lady said a few times she wasnt allowed to buy stuff like that.Their situation was more important.

The staff is very friendly!But the past 3 weeks their cleanliness and coffee bar is slacking. There is never half/half available around 8am. There is sugar and paper mess all over the coffee bar. What I dont understand is I always see what appears to be upper management in the seating area on their laptops and they keep a blind eye to the mess 10 away from them?Please get this convenient store back to the level it once was.

The night worker Chris is the nicest. And usually night workers are creepy to me.

Diesel pumps always have something wrong with them. Most of the time the credit card machines dont work. Ive been here about 10 times and have had an issue every time except once

Really going down hill. Stopped here for passion tea in a styrofoam cup and a few other things. Its Saturday 11:20am. No tea at all made. Employees standing around chit chatting. I use to come here a lot but employees have become rude-especially those serving food, never know if tea will be made or not so now with them being so unreliable, its just a waste of time.

The crew is really dropping the ball lately. Usually a good stop for a snack. Good looks 3 days old at 10am. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms filthy. This building is horrible compared to other locations.

I love stripes. Kinda hard getting in and out of this one with the construction, but it is better now that the road is wider

Third time in a weeks time I get this note. This is getting old. This makes no sense. They cant plan the next person who comes on at a time where the first person can do their inventory while the new takes care of the client? How annoying... not really convienient at all for a convienient store.

I went to have breakfast and the TV was off, ( it usually off, dont know why?) i ask an employee to turn it on and the guy took his time( the store wasnt busy), so I got on a chair and turned it on myself. The guy gave me attitude and it was completely unnecessary. I just want to listen to the news while Im eating and then go to work. I Prefered the stripes at Louetta and Sorrel Ridge Dr. employees are super nice, TV is ALWAYS ON and the manager come to your table and ask if everything is fine?, WOW!!!! what a difference.

The breakfast this morning looked terrible. Gotta pick up your game. We left without orderin . Dried out eggs, with several bins empty. Employee outside smoking. Just bad guy .

Clean store and good selection. The only thing thats annoying is the slushie machines are sometimes down or empty for days. But other than that, no complaints here.

Omg!! Went to Stripes at Spring Stubbener and my five stars are given 100% to Anna. This associate went above and beyond. While the other associates didn’t care for my request because apparently I was simply asking for empty boxes they may have to throw away to be used to ship my Christmas presents for my family....she was the only one to pay complete attention to my needs. If someone knows about amazing customer service....I am the one and she did simply amazing. I am a very loyal custome since it’s a convenient place very close to my house and where I spend some of my money. I have no idea how could I send this review to Stripes corporate officwa... but what Anna did for me MEANS A LOT as a frequent and loyal customer of this location. Way to go ANNA...keep up your amazing hard work and I wish you get promoted as a person who sees more than just a simple person who walks in to Stripes!

Employees care more about talking to each other instead helping the customer. I tried asking the cashier a question 4 times and was rudely ignored cause she was talking to her coworker about their hours and how loud the door bell was. Seriously stripes!

Has a better selection of drinks than other stripes. I go out of my way to go to this one.

I was standing in line to order food, a younger male walks up, starts talking to the person behind counter and they proceed to help him first, even though I was obviously in line before him. I am happy at many stripes locations, but after being mistreated like this I will not return to this location and will be sharing my experience with my friends and customers in this area. When I informed manager of what happened he offered me a free drink, no oppology or good explanation, I let him know Id just pay for my drink and go eat elsewhere.

Expansive gas, small portion food. I live less than 100 yards from it but i go to the one on 2920

Price gouging on water and grocery items

Fix your pumps if I pay at the pump why do I need to come in to get a receipt!!

They serve a great lunch
