This location sucks quite honestly. Came for a brownie Sunday and I was told they were out of brownies. I decided to get a waffle cone with one scoop of ice cream and the waffle cone was disgustingly stale. Came back again a week later to try a brownie Sunday and today was told this location doesn’t do brownie Sundays because they’re joint with Dunkin. Never coming back here again.

This place is awesome! I take my kids here for ice cream and their kids size (one scoop) is perfect for them. The place wasn’t busy, so we got served right away. The staff was friendly and attentive. I’m not a fan of their donuts though. I got one to try and didn’t even finish it. Will definitely be back for some ice cream In the near future.

This location always disappoints. Not only are there rude High School employees, but they are ALWAYS out of bananas. They carry ice cream that apparently very few eat (ice crystals on top) and not the popular flavors. Sawdust location NEVER disappoints. Save your time and go directly to Sawdust location.

The workers were attentive there right there when we were ready to order we picked the basic cone and they were stale but the ice cream was delicious boys had cotton candy they said it was really good they were happy with their choice I had lemon custard and I enjoyed my choice as well not overpowering lemon flavor I think it had just the right amount of lemon flavor and a little bit of a creamy lemon flavor I would get it again

I usually don’t complain but here it is So my husband and best friend and I went, and off the back they had a attitude and they were so slow didnt know what ice cream I was talking about (rocky road )they over charged and gave maybe less than half a scoop in a big cone and charged it for double which was crazy and for mine we kept telling the guy it was rocky road and he kept trying to scoop a vanilla flavor finally we said the brown one 🙄 for two ice cream cones it was 11.50 and they weren’t even filled but charged double ended up going to the creamery across the street paid less and got more. 100% would NOT recommend!

Was an awesome experience with Jada. Lots of different flavors. Loved the triple mango and the pineapple coconut! Mmmmmmmm.....

We just moved to the neighborhood and are in walking distance to this location. Its a double edge sword lol. Yay for easy access but I give condolences to my husbands wallet.My one year old son and I come here often and everytime has been a good experience. All of the staff have been very friendly and sweet. My son likes to ride his little red car there and I bring it in to make sure it doesnt get stolen and theyve never complained about it.I feel they make effort to do their job right. For instance, last night we were in the drive through and it appeared they were training a new employee. The girl that was checking us out sent back the cup with a single scoop of ice cream because it didnt have the proper amount.I appreciate how friendly they are. Im one tired momma 90% of the time and its nice to know that everytime I go my order wont be a hassle, its done correctly literally every time, and Ill see some friendly people. It can sure be a pick me up If your kiddo is throwing you for a loop that day lol.

The ladies in there this morning were AMAZING!! My daughter has a sore throat so she wanted a waffle cup icecream. Since they were out of the waffle cups, my daughter got a waffle cone hat on her cup!! Made her day!!

Have ordered a chocolate milkshake two different times. Twice it was made with the light chocolate after asking for the dark chocolate. The second time they put chocolate syrup in it. You can actually see where the syrup wasn’t mixed up. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT DARK CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM IN THE BLENDER AND THEN POUR INTO A CUP?

Two doordash orders in a row were wrong!! How hard is it to get two scoops of chocolate chip ice cream with fudge and two scoops of jamoca ice cream!!! First time we were shorted a scoop and I was given jamoca almond fudge. This time we received mint chocolate chip and yet again jamoca almond fudge!

We are always disappointed when we go to this location. It is the closest to our house but now we go to the Sawdust location instead. They are always out of popular flavors and rarely even have 31 available. The staff are inattentive as well. We once stood there for 5-7 minutes when there was no line and we were not even acknowledged.

Gone here multiple times and never had a good experience. Today I went to get ice cream for my mother and I and when I went through the drive thru they informed us that they only had 10 random flavors... they didn’t have mint chocolate chip or rocky road or any of the basic most common flavors. I’ve had two door dash orders wrong. They never have nuts and hardly ever have hot fudge and twice I have got my ice cream in a water cup with no lid instead of the regular Ice cream cups with lids all the other locations have. I’ve also gone and they were out of spoons so they gave me a tiny sample spoon. Idk who is in charge of ordering for this location but they don’t do their job. I will continue going to the sawdust location.

They have my favorite flavor, world class chocolate!! Drive through is awesome, easy, too much of a guilty pleasure, and staff is nice.It’s ice cream people, a first world conveniences. Give the 15yr old cashier a break

Im not in the habit of rating five stars, but some of the previous posts have skewed this place to the negative. The service is outstanding, the selection is great, I tried several flavors before making a selection. I even asked a couple of youngsters eating waffle cones for their opinions. Yummy was the reaction. Roadwork on Rayford is the biggest drawback I encountered. Check it out, though, its worth the stop.

None of the ice cream was labeled correctly and there were multiple duplicates. Lady that took 3 minutes to acknowledge me couldn’t tell me if they had butter pecan or not. She asked the other workers to come help since they work more nights. I will drive the extra couple of miles to go elsewhere.

There food is stored for very long time. It tastes funky. They charge for cup of water which is very first time i have heard at dunkins.

Ive changed my review from 1 to 5 star . After explaining the misunderstanding to the manager, theyve done everything to set it right. Definitely redeemed!! Amazing customer service helped quickly rectify the situation!

Liar liar liar, we arrived at 8pm on a Saturday went through the drive through was told they do not make, Banana splits. Walked inside had 4 bananas on the shelf. Worker who was working in the Drive through hid in the back and was laughing. Talked Nancy who said was rude and short trying to rush us out, upon us leaving they started laughing and joking about us complaining and asking for the Managers information. Baskin Robins needs to reevulate the staff and how this new store is ran, if this is independently owned the owner needs to step in and see why they are loosing business. We will be going to Marble Slab from now on.

Shame! Went tonight around 8pm and out of many classic flavors. Customer in front of us walked out, too. Came to read reviews and found this to be the norm. Thankful they did not turn off the lights as we approached and t appears they did have spoons in stock tonight. Corporate please save our Baskin Robbins!

Extremely disappointed with my first time here. Less than 15 flavors, NO waffle cones and freezer burned ice cream. They really should have maintenance check the place it has leaks all through out the ceiling. Not even a year old very disappointing.

We arrived at 8:50 pm. The lights were on. As soon as we began to exit the vehicle, they shut the lights off. Google says they close at 10 pm. We knocked on the door and asked why they closed early, his response was he leaves at nine. We took our business to the Sawdust location. For being a new business, you would think they would be more attentive. Wont go back. Will drive a little farther.

This is hilarious - they are out of pint and quart containers. So the only think you can buy are scoops . Talk about a mismanaged joke of a store

Dont get the hashbrowns, theyre not very good. The seasoning they use is a bit overwhelming.

Sherbet 2 for the price of nearly one already packed deal on the 31 of the month cant be beat. (AWESOME)

So much for Baskin Robins “31 Flavors”...this place only had 20 in stock! And none of them were what we liked. The people after us walked out as well. I will never go back to this location. Read all the other reviews about the poor service too.

Skylars attitude needs to be fixed! She was being rude for no reason as I was ordering drive thru. If she acts like that again she may be slapped!!

This location is so disappointing. We saw the reviews and decided to check it out for ourselves. The ice cream has ice covering it. Looks super old and freezer burnt. Even kids were not wanting it. Decided to go elsewhere- not going to waste the money on nasty looking ice cream. Such a bummer!

First time to this location. Not very impressed. Only had 6-7 flavors, all looked as if had been there since they opened. Too bad

Honestly Ill rather drive a little further, to the one on grogans Mill Rd. Where my family is taken care of everytime we go. The one on grogans Mill has all 31 flavors as well!

Have tried this location a few times since it is closer. Still horrible. Missing basics and person cannot scoop ice cream. Will make the drive to go to another location.

Went here to get some ice cream even though the lights were off (it was well before closing). Went to the drive thru and they asked us to hold on. The lights were off on the drive thru menu so we decided to just go inside where we could see the menu. There were no customers inside, so not sure why we had to wait in the drive thru. They were missing about 50% of their ice cream. We asked about a banana split and were told “we don’t do that here.” Also, no waffle cones. We left and went to the one on sawdust (it’s great).Also, another time we tried to come here, before closing, they had already put all the tables on the chairs and locked the doors.

I went inside for a cup of ice cream and the people in front of me had their ice cream put in a cup and the cashier said, sorry, were out of spoons. What are you supposed to eat ice cream without a spoon? I walked out. Never again. Cold Stone here I come ✌🏼#badbusiness

My Husband and I have been there two times now and both times my husband asked for a banana split. Both times they said they were unable to make it . I asked for a frozen coffee drink that they had advertised on the menu, again they said they were unable to make it .And to add, they are very rude!

Ordered a banana split and an older lady come running over to the hot fudge and started pouring water in it I didn’t think nothing about it when they were trying to chop it up but when I get home with my banana split the hot fudge was a big O gooey bowl nasty chunks all over the ice cream.

Stopped by during Spring Break in middle of day & they had less than 5-6 frost bitten tubs of ice cream available. I asked if they had more in back & were maybe changing out I was rudely/almost yelled at “NO, this is all we have.” Needless to say we went elsewhere for our ice cream.

The cashier lady was very rude.

They told my husband that they don’t make sundaes anymore! Seriously? And no Pralines and Cream either! What kind of Baskin Robbins is this? Pitiful!
