We purchased our house 8 yrs ago and it was built back in 1989 and the door which is 8ft tall and solid wood has been repainted 3 times since moving in as the sun hits it relentlessly every day. Finally, we decided to buy a door and there are so many options. We found Castle Doors since they are close and have great reviews and called to see if they were open due to the pandemic and luckily we caught Tom there and invited us in to come see him. He took the time to explain the various options, of which there are many, and after an hour we settled on a steel door and he helped us design and order our door. I highly recommend Castle Doors & More. I was nervous about replacing my single wood door with double iron doors, but Tom made the decision easy with lots of example pictures and he was more than happy to create multiple CAD drawings until it was perfect. The installation team was very professional and cleaned up when they were done so there was nothing to do but enjoy the door. The final product is solid and looks great!

Tom did a great job in consulting with us on our (3) Sets of Double Doors, he came to our house and explained the details of the installation. He also initially offered and was able to get our door hardware covered under warranty as the exterior hardware was tarnished.His installers were very experienced and had the perfect plan to make our base threshold look good. The installers were careful on removing the interior trim molding so we could re use it, the new doors have a great seal and close super easily, also, the caulking looks great as well. They were good at aligning up the doors in spite of our 16 year old frame not being perfectly square.I originally was going to go with a less expensive company located on Stuebner Airline with a store front and workshop. Until I went to pay deposit and the owner had the audacity to try to sell me dusty-dirty Thermatru doors that he had in his workshop and would not order brand new doors. The polar opposite is Tom did not know this background info., but when our initial Thermatru living room doors came in he called me and said that one of the doors was slightly damaged and wanted to request another one instead of fixing it in his shop. It is truly amazing the difference from two business owners, also the review from the other company were 3.2 compared to Castle Doors 4.9! I highly recommend Tom and the Thurmatru doors are built solid and we highly recommend, see before and after pics.

Castle doors did a great job replacing our old front door to an updated door. They were so helpful to work with on custom designing exactly what I wanted. The door came in earlier than promised. The guys installing were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

After my wife and I spent all day one Saturday looking at doors we made one more stop. As it turns out the last stop was the best one yet, walked into the showroom of Castle Doors we were very much impressed with the layout of all of the working doors on display. The others stores that we had gone to had doors but just hanging on a rack so you had no idea how the door was going to work or even look in a home environment. We choose our door had it installed and have received several comments on how nice it looks.

My wife and I dropped in one day to see what they had. Castle doors walked us through all of our options and they ended up building a custom door that we absolutely love. Tom’s attention to detail is outstanding. He is very good at what he does. A true expert in his field. He guided us away from making a big mistake on the stain color. That advise saved us from ordering a door that we wouldn’t have wanted. They were on time and delivered everything exactly as promised. On top of all this, their prices were much lower than we expected. This is the ONLY place you need to go if you need doors for your home. We ended up buying our front door and back door from them. I don’t recall the name of the sales associate we spoke to on the day we came in but she was outstanding as well!

I had the most amazing experience with Castle Doors & More. My front entry door was installed two days ago and is everything that I envisioned it would be.We were planning to update our 37 year old front door. So I began during research on companies in the area as well as exploring options so that I could articulate well the type of door I wanted. We considered two companies and Castle was one of the two.During our visit to Castles showroom, we worked initially with Ally who provided great customer service. She contacted Harmony to further assist us. Ally had Harmony actively listened as I described what I envisioned as well as what needs we had. Harmony is a pro, she caught my vision and was able to direct me to doors and options that I wanted to consider. I always have lots of questions and I am a very meticulous person. Harmony listened to each question and appropriately addressed each question and concern I had. She also offered to assist with the purchase of the storm door so that they could install it as well. In fact, the color of the storm door (black) was Harmonys suggestion. At the end of that initial visit, I felt excited and had a good feeling about this company. However, I wanted to visit the other door company.Two days later, we visited the showroom of another door company in the area. This company was helpful. They designed a door for me that was cheaper than Castle. However, I loved the one that I had designed with Harmony. So I showed that door to the other company. They designed that door and the total was $600.00 more. We decided to go with Castle because I had a better feeling with them, enjoyed working with the staff and Castle was going to give me more for the value. The door with installation was already $600 more than Castle. I still had the storm door to purchase and pay them more for the installation of the storm door than the storm door cost. With Castle, I had the door I wanted, including the purchase (and installation) of the storm door for approximately $700.00 less than just the door only stalled at the other company.The owner Tom was great also. He came to our home and did an onsite inspection. He pointed out some things with our threshold that they would correct. The other company said that since it was a standard door, no onsite visit would be needed, just send them a picture.Installation day was flawless. The installer arrived on time and took great care in getting the job done correctly. He also did a superb job cleaning up and ensuring that we were pleased before he left. Mark arrived at his appointed time to do any needed final touch ups.We are beyond ecstatic at the final outcome. I would recommend Castle Doors and More for anyone who is seeking quality, great value for the money and the feeling of being appreciated as a customer. We were considering new doors due to having issues with an interior door not latching properly and being unable to fix it. Tom assessed the door and was able to fix it without the door or even any hardware having to be replaced. He checked the remainder of the doors in the home as well and saved us a lot of money. We have had the same solid wood door for thirty years when we built the house. Our threshold was one where you needed an ATV to go over it and with wheelchairs going in and out daily it had become a hindrance. We called Castle in the middle of quarantine and discussed everything over the phone and via email. After we picked out a door Tom came out twice to finalize everything and double check the matched paint colors and stain choice. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and overall reassured us the final results would be a flat threshold with a beautiful door and a fresh coat of matching paint. Today was instal day. I could write a novel simply on our installer. WOW WOW WOW!! The attention to detail was incredible. I honestly have never seen someone so vested in their workmanship. He arrived exactly at 9:00am as we had set up. All we had done was remove a door, install a new one then replace the metal threshold mountain with a flat one. Not a huge time consuming job right? He worked nonstop until 2:45pm We have a special automated lock he took off the old door and installed on the new one. When he did this he showed such care in switching it between doors and it working correctly in the new door. When he installed the frame he again took his time and was extremely careful to make sure our alarm connection wires did not get cut or damaged, a big concern of ours. Again I can not praise him enough. I was so excited and impressed I had to write the review immediately, even before I had pictures which I forgot to take in the daylight. I called around to a few different places in the area and Castle was the best customer service and hands down impeccable workmanship. We are so impressed we are thinking about calling them back to door our backdoor. You will not be disappointed. The pink door was replaced with the glass door.

I just had new French doors installed (July 2019) and I am beyond pleased! The doors are beautiful, but what really sets this place apart from the others is the incredible customer service I received. I had some concerns about the doors, but Tom put my mind at ease. We had a new back door installed in our home to replace our old door that did not seal well and allowed outside air in. After the initial install, there was still a gap between the door and frame that we were not comfortable with. The installer listened to our concerns and addressed the issue immediately without fuss. You will not find a better door company, period. Tom takes great pride in his business and it shows. We told him our price range and he never tried to push us into a more expensive door.His installers are top notch. The accidentally hung the door and sidelite on the wrong side, but after a quick phone call to Tom everything was fixed. His installers apologized, saying, “we want to make sure it’s exactly the way you want it.” That speaks volumes.

Toms advice on color, glass and hardware were right on the mark. The installation was perfect and I truly have a custom door. You wouldnt believe the difference it makes with my house. Castle Doors (Tom Regan) just installed a custom replacement door (wood) with window leading to back patio. Service was prompt, courteous and efficient both at the sales and installation end. Quality looks top notch. Price was better than Lowe’s for what was needed and installation time from measurement to completion was weeks rather than months.
