Dont use this company, it is a scam!One of my garage door spring was broken, and I called this company, I was told they will give me estimation first and they will charge $19 service call if dont do the repair. But that is not true. They came and asked for $700 of replacing one spring, and 2 for $1100, and they said they already started the work before gave me the estimation, so I had to pay $250 to them. I did not want to lose $250 without anything fixed, so I let them do the repair. After they finished, they gave me a receipt for $800, they said it’s after tax. It is a mystery how they calculate $100 tax. There is no any item price in the receipt, only $800 total.I called the company again and file a complaint about this scam. I was told the manager will contact me soon, but nobody calls me back.Again, NEVER use this company.

Very happy to choose garage door services. I found the owner at a friend’s party and after the introduction, I got his number. 2 days later when a spring snapped off I call him to send a tech to replace the spring. Tech was amazing and efficient. Thanks.
