I was really glad that I called this company for a garage door tack replacement. It was really rusty and I can see some bent that why I decided to have it replaced. Technicians were skilled and professional. Loved the service that they provided. I couldnt be happier thanks.

The company was nice on the phone and worked with my schedule. He was punctual and polite. However, I was told a $25 service call and if a repair was needed they’d deduct that from the price. I had an issue with the sun coming into my garage and hitting the sensor, preventing my door from closing with my remote. He wiggled the wires by the sensors and it worked! Awesome! Then he says you owe me $80. It took less than 5 minutes. He did not say I’m going to wiggle the wires and that’s going to cost you $80. He also said he could do something to the sensor so sun will never affect it again but said that would cost $20 more so I declined. I never have work completed before knowing the price. I called the company to discuss pricing and was told a supervisor would call me but no one called. I was able to talk the technician down to $50 but feel completely ripped off and in the end the sun problem likely was not fixed (today it is not sunny, so whatever wire wiggling happened may or may not have fixed our issue.).
