I purchased a custom sofa with a chaise a year ago. Brien was patient and extremely helpful in choosing the right size and shape for my small living room while making sure I still got a luxurious, oversized feel.The frame, leather, stitching, and cushions are the highest quality. After a year of use, the leather has gotten softer and the cushions have retained their shape.I have a small dog who loves to run around and his scratch marks easily buff out through normal use (sitting, moving around). On the rare occasion a scratch doesnt buff out, Brien provided leather milk which works like magic. The leather is aging and looks even better than the day I got it.I am so happy with my sofa, I recently went back to order a matching storage ottoman which should be finished in a few weeks. Like Brien, Journey was patient and helpful in determining which ottoman would work best for my space and needs (storage! hello!) The wait for the ottoman is ~10-12 weeks due to COVID, but Brien and Journey were transparent about the wait before I made the purchase and have been great with providing me status updates.I cant recommend this store enough. If the high quality, lifelong furniture doesnt sell you, the outstanding customer service should. (When I went in to buy the ottoman one year later, Brien immediately remembered who I was and even remembered our conversation down to the name of my favorite band!)

We visited about 25 furniture stores looking for the perfect new leather furniture for our family room. We ended up buying from Brien at Texas Leather. The furniture came in the time frame he promised and was delivered and placed today very professionally. During our 3 month wait for the furniture, we frequently stopped by the store to visit both the furniture that we selected and Brien. In fact, we ended up later buying a painting he had on display on the wall. We borrowed leather swatches a few times to help us select other items in our room. Brien was great to work with and I imagine we will stop by in the future just to visit him.

My husband went to The Woodlands location this morning. The sales person was on the computer in the back of the store. My husband had to walk all the way to the back of the store to talk to them. They then quickly showed him where some recliners were and went back to their computer leaving my husband to figure out which recliners had the options he was wanting. He left with her sitting at her desk on the computer! Lazy Boy got the sale. $2,600! We won’t be back there!

Just got our couch delivered and its exactly what we wanted! Great quality and already very comfortable. Journey was great to work with and helped us pick out the right options!

We like how friendly the staff are but felt lied to on the quality of the sofa and where it was made. We ordered the ‘Tootsie’ the display was really nice and appealed to my taste. When we bought it, the sales pitch was it’s Italian made and will take 6 weeks to deliver because it is imported. It took 4 months with several follow-ups from my husband! I was very dismayed with the quality. We paid $5,800 including taxes etc. but the sofa looked like an $800 made in China! Loose upholstery work, unrefined finish and not enough cushion and parts of the sofa already sunk. The Manager asked that we send photos and he will get back to us because he has to contact Natuzzi. I followed up several times and He said the time difference etc can’t get a date. Etc. long story short, we haven’t heard back.-Cathy Boe

Was looking for a unique piece for my living room so i went to Texas Leather. Brian was very helpful and gave me a great deal on the furniture and worked with me and let me return pieces that didnt quiet fit my home, he definitely made the process easy and enjoyable. The pieces they sell here are unique and the teal leather sectional that i bought is now the centerpiece of my home. If i ever need any other furniture i know where to go, thanks again Brian!

Well after shopping at all the TV commercial stores you see over and over on TV for furniture we finally decided to go to Texas Furniture. I have to say after driving by Texas Furniture for over a year now and never stopping in take my advice and STOP and GO INSIDE!! You will see that this furniture is the real deal for the highest quality of leather. They deal with people that actually hand make furniture. I have to say that with all the other places my wife and I had went, that Texas Furniture has by far the best design pieces as well high quality leather. What sold us on this store was no pressure at the store and when we asked questions you knew that they know their product. They even have great financing and offer no interest for 1st year. This made our experiance even more awesome. When you go and shop for leather, please STOP here first and make your decision. Garren and the guys there are easy to deal with and allow the buyer to decide on what they are looking for. Also I must add that tuesday our leather couch and recliners arrived on time and the guys that set it up took very good care of the pieces when bringing them into the house. They even set out blankets along the floor inside and outside while walking with furniture. Thank you Garren and Texas Leather. I say i am doing this review while in my new leather recliner.

Texas Leather delivered for us. My wife and I selected a Natuzzi Editions couch after looking at the Natuzzi Italia models, Brian helped us pick a comparable model from the Editions line and coached us on our decisions.After the delivery there were some manufacturing defects (our couch was custom made) and Brien ensured we were well taken care of. We are very happy with our selection and probably saved 35% over Natuzzi Italia.

We bought a Dining Room set, Kitchen table and chairs, a desk chair, and last and best of all, a recliner that makes the chairs from the famous maker that starts with L feel like concrete. The service was exceptional. Our sales person even ran out to our house to lay out the furniture on the floors so we could make sure everything fit perfectly. The tables we bought were a rustic theme. One of them had a crack in it. We sent them a photo and they had a new one out to us in a couple of days. I would recommend them for everything leather as the quality is excellent as is their service. By the way, I never write reviews, but felt Texas Leather deserved it.

Overall, positive shopping experience at Texas Leather. Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable during furniture selection/demonstration, and was not pushy for a sale. Delivery of the sofa was prompt - delivery window was from 1 - 3 PM, and the delivery team arrived at 1:40 PM. Delivery team was friendly and professional. Pricing was acceptable.The warranty seems to suggest that Omnia Furniture is very confident in the quality of their product(s). Only time will tell - will adjust stars based on long-term ownership experience.

Just received our new leather couch, loveseat and library chairs...all are PERFECT!!! We worked with Chris Hooks at the store, he patiently showed us ALL the options and guided us through the entire process of getting the EXACT furniture we wanted. Fully custom made to our choice of style, color, leather texture, embossing, inlays, stud, recliner options, etc, etc! Hard to make the choices, so many wonderful styles and combinations of material, the selection is truly amazing. The pieces are beautiful, solid and well built enough to last a lifetime +, and the leather is so soft and received in the exactly the color and texture we ordered. We are VERY happy with the service and furniture we received. We dont often write recommendations, but felt this one was worth the time. Customized and purchased a Houston Sectional. This is the creme de la creme of leather furniture. I have 3 dogs, one of which is 65lbs and thinks hes a human therefore sits and lays on the sofa, a cat and 2 small kids and this has held up well in the midst of the living room chaos. - I am completely happy with every part of my experience from customization, to delivery, to durability. I fell in live with Texas Leather furniture. John Garza was my sales agent. What a great guy! However, I have had problems with my furniture since receiving it! The furniture is beautiful yet it keeps opening up by its self. Repair men have been out twice. I still have the same problems with it. Tx leather is slow to help fix the problem.

My wife & I purchased a sectional & recliner from the Spring Texas store. We felt no pressure to purchase, the salesperson (Charles Pilkilton) was helpful and knowledgeable. Once we returned home and remeasured for the sectional we had a few questions. Called Charles and he gave us the proper way to measure, he volunteered to come to our home which he did. He came to insure the sectional would fit plus remove in doubt we had. Thank Charles!!

We purchased two sofas from Texas Leather. The type of leather is one where there are two colors, a base dye and a subsequently added surface color. About two months after receiving them, the surface dye began to flake off in spots (Im sure that flake is not the correct technical term, but...). We contacted our salesman, Charles Pilkilton and described the problem. He recorded our complaint, but told us to live with it for another few months. He said that when this type of problem occurs, and it is very rare, it will increase. He said that was important because to get the best customer service response (in our case a replacement, not repair), the problem had to be obvious and significant . Well we did and so did the problem. I am happy to say that Texas Leather is replacing the sofas. We chose a new leather yesterday and look forward to receiving our new furniture soon. In todays world, doing business with a company that truly stands behind their product and working with salespeople who reallyunderstand the product, the process and are dedicated to making the customer happy is refreshing indeed!

These days it is rare to find a salesperson that hits on all cylinders during a transaction but Texas Leather Interiors happens to have 3 such salespersons at their Woodlands store on I 45 north of Houston. Charles, Chris and John all know their product, are patient, courteous and delightful to work with.Texas Leather Interiors custom build high quality leather furniture to meet specific needs of the individual. In addition to the normal issues, we had a request that required manager Charles to personally engage with his factory people in California where the furniture is built. Good luck getting that done with another furniture company.The furniture was built, (U.S. made) delivered and exceeded our expectations in every way. These guys are true professionals and the furniture quality provides exceptional value. Their help went way beyond the point of sale. It has been over 6 months since my chair was delivered with a broken zipper. I have been promised more than a few times that repairs are forthcoming, I have also been ignored for long periods of time only to be followed by more empty promises. I am owed a new chair or a refund to which they will not comply so I have no choice but to begin a campaign of warning others as to what they might be getting into with this company.

My wife and I were shopping for a specific Natuzzi power recliner sofa and were assisted by Garren H. We purchased two sofas and when we commented that we were Harvey flooding victims and had no furniture, he offered a free loaner sofa for us to use until our order is delivered from Italy. In a recent visit to Texas Leather - I was promptly greeted by a very Professional representative named Dean. He made me feel comfortable as I felt a little overwhelmed.He was very knowledgeable- I’ll definitely be back to order my sectional.

After searching 3 months for new living room furniture and visiting nearly every furniture store within 25 miles of The Woodlands, we decided to purchase from Texas Leather Interiors and our experience was fantastic. We worked with Thad and Brian throughout the process and visited the store several times before finally making a decision and pulling the trigger on a large Natuzzi sectional and recliner. Never once did they try to pressure us into a decision or sway us one way or another, they just provided their professional knowledge and answered all of our questions, and we greatly appreciated that. Having owned Natuzzi pieces before, we were aware of the high quality and didn’t mind waiting for delivery. The recliner and our extra sectional piece took 3 months to arrive but they were up front about it and we knew what we were in for. Anytime we called for an update on delivery they had an answer for us within 24 hours. Delivery was professional and courteous and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. We did have a USB port stop working on one side of the sectional 3 months after delivery, but Brian called Natuzzi immediately and is in the process of having it replaced for us. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience at Texas Leather Interiors and highly recommend them.

Texas Leather and their furniture insurance provider Montage refuse to inspect, repair nor replace leather damage within the warranty. The insurance personnel were rude and refused to even inspect the damage
