I am so glad to have walked into this Mattress Firm! Dave was so helpful and informative and kind and everything else a great salesman is, he didn’t pressure us into any particular brand and listened to our needs. Originally we had gone in to view a mattress to buy online, had we stuck with what we were going to do it would have been a refund process. Dave showed us the many models and was so knowledgeable about everything in his store. At the end of that 1 hour visit we left as two very satisfied customers with a new bed!

Couldnt ask for better buying experience . Sales person was knowledgeable of product. Financing was easy. Next day delivery was quick and easy. Delivery people were in and out in less than a half hour.

Terrible. If I could do a 0 star I would. The lady and manager working Saturday morning right at opening were RUDE. They profiled me and my wife. 20 questioned us when we walked in about why we were there and said “a mattress store is not a place to look at mattresses” I can definitely tell they are much more worried about there commission checks rather than helping and letting people do as they wish.We are in our early 20’s but we have enough money to afford the most expensive expensive mattress in that store.In the future. Don’t judge a book by its cover! It’ll go a long ways for you!

I had a great experience! Shane helped me out with ordering a bed last minute for my guest bedroom. Shane really knew his stuff, I even ended up buying the purple pillow as well. Definitely coming back!

My salesman was very nice and I was exhausted from the weekend so I appreciated being able to get in and out quickly. My only issue was that at first I was told there was something I wanted couldnt be done and once I said I would check somewhere else miraculously it could be done. When customers make a reasonable request just wish companies would do it upfront.Even if you get what you want it makes you suspicious if you can trust the companies.

Completely satisfied with how we were treated at mattress firm. We tried out all kinds of mattresses and bounced and with pillows until we found the exact one for us. We even got a free base, discount on mattress and inexpensive delivery. We get to sleep on our new mattress tomorrow!! Great service by Shane was very attentive and asked us just the right questions to help find our perfect mattress.

The lady (forgot her name) was super helpful and took her time showing me all the mattresses, determined my comfort level, and compared the pros of the ones I liked. Not pushy to sell the most expensive mattress but the one that is best for you. Very personable. The man that placed my order (I think the manager) was very attentive, saved me money, and was able to offer me a box spring instead of the free adjustable based. Bought a full size mattress on this store for my daughter...she was not contended with it..tried to return it but the sales lady insisted on the 21 day policy break-in. I told her that my daughter cant wait for 21 days coz her backside is already sore because of the stiffness of this mattress. This saleslady still insisted that it cant be done! It was like talking to a computer!! Stay away from this store!

Shane was so helpful with getting my SO into his first ever purchase of a mattress. Personally I have bought 3 beds from Mattress Firm over the last 10 years, and it is because of employees like Shane! I had already kinda explained the run down of what I like to call “The Mattress Firm Experience” entailed before we walked in the store. But, Shane made my explanation seem like it came from a kindergarten with how extraordinary he was with his personal empathetic customer service!!! He made Jorge and I feel like we were more than just a “sale” but that we were people he cared for, he made us feel like he was speaking to a close friend or family member with how he handled all of Jorge’s questions with much detail and concern for what we were asking/needing in a bed. Out of my 10 year relationship with Mattress Firm, I can honestly say Shane is the one that will always stand out to me and I was so extremely happy he was the first employee that Jorge was able to have this experience with! Shane wasnt “pushy” and did not make us feel rushed and honestly from the moment we walked in the doors, we did not feel that Shane was just trying to “make the sale” but that he actually cared for us and having that type of personality in the retail world is hardTo come by, so I hope Mattress Firm realizes and acknowledges what an amazing employee and person they have working for them! I have had the same hand-me-down mattress for well over 15 years. I went in confidently knowing what I wanted, or so I thought. I was greeted immediately by Miles. He was exceptional, to say the least. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He didnt waste a moment of my time or try to take advantage of the fact that it was my very first mattress purchase. I have been having a terrible time being too hot throughout the night, so Miles recommendation for a cooling technology was the perfect suggestion. He helped walk me through the differences and ultimately helped me see the importance of the investment I was about to make. I highly recommend this location.

He also strongly suggested, because of the age of the box spring, that I replace it too. I ignored his advice. The Mattress was delivered early by two very friendly guys. They also took away my old mattress. This was for a spare room and once I got the new mattress on the old box springs, I instantly kicked myself for not listening to Mario. He knew better than I did what I needed. I ordered new box springs on-line and it will be delivered tomorrow. Thank you Mario and Im sorry I doubted your advice.

My wife and I purchased a mattress from here. Shane helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very thorough in explaining the differences between mattresses.

Im reviewing the customer service in regards to the red carpet service they call their delivery service. I paid $150 for delivery and installation of my mattress and frame. The frame was missing screws. I was told I would have a replacement the following day. The screws were delivered 2 days after. Frame was not replaced. Frame still not performing well. They are now asking me to use my warranty to fix the matter which I paid another $150 for. They do price match. Which is the sole reason why I chose them. But the service is no bueno.

Myles was extremely helpful And knowledgeable. My husband and I actually had fun choosing our mattress thanks to him. We thought this process was going to to be stressful but it was quite the opposite. He definitely took care of us. I absolutely recommend this location and Myles as a rep.

I came in and started a layaway using cash. I found a cheaper option and canceled layaway. Went in to receive cash back and was told I would have to wait 7-10 business days for corporate to cut me a check for my cash payment. I asked where is this policy in store for customers to see and it wasn’t in store. I asked why wasn’t that told upon accepting cash and was told that it’s been policy. So because this company has this policy and i wasn’t told about it I’m awaiting a refund that’s going to require me to take an additional step (cashing or depositing check for funds) I will not return these people are crooks that over charge

I arrived in the store on July 27 to place an order for the mattress. The sales told me that it would be delivered on August 10, but I did not receive the mattress on the day. No one told me before or on the same day. My mattress will be delayed, causing my guests to sleep on the sofa and try to make a call without answering them. They applied for a callback service on their official website. I received a call from them this morning and told me that the mattress was only available on August 15 Delivered, Mario provided remedial measures, But it’s in contrast to the promise given on the phone ，i feel guilty for my guests and hope they will not delay delivery again,
