Ordered some charcoal from this store online and picked up in store. Quick and painless. The location is a way out for me, but thank goodness they had what I needed.

I love most Ace hardware stores. They are true hardware stores with nuts and bolts and things that are hard to find and buy in the small quantities that you need. Plus everyday items that are unique but handy. I found my perfect cast iron cornbread pan at an Ace Hardware store.

I go here more often than Lowes or Home Depot because the staff is always more personable. On multiple occasions the staff has went out of there way to assist me with my DIY projects.

My husband and I ordered a grill online and it was supposed to be delivered to the store, but together, and delivered to us on Wednesday, March 24th. On Thursday, my husband called to get a status on the grill and was told the grill arrived nearly a week ago and was still in the box. Since they close at 6, they could not guarantee the grill would be put together and delivered that day. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Delivering the grill to us should have been the top priority. It was delivered to the store a week ago.Update: My husband had to pick up the grill, which is very irritating. The owner contacted my husband to apologize and get more info. He invited my husband back into the store for accessories. That wasnt necessary. An apology and well do better was enough for me. I appreciate that the owner takes pride in his store that he contacted us to make it right.

A nice hardware store feel to it, not like the big box stores. The prices are comparable to the big box stores. All the employees are always friendly, and helpful.

After going to to Home Depot’s and being unable to find what I was looking for I decided to try Ace Hardware in the local neighborhood across from me. I am so glad that I did. Not only did they have the galvanized pipe pieces I was looking for but they have great selection of tools, hardware, grilling, lawn care, home decor, and so much more. Prices were fantastic. Super convenient. Customer service showing me right where the items were. What else could you want in your local hardware store. I’m sold and will be back many more times.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. We went to get a vehicle key made. We dealt with two gentlemen. Very friendly and knew what they were doing. This ACE is a little out of my way but I will shop at this location in the future. Also, the vehicle key they programmed and cut saved me a bit of money.Thanks.

It’s a neighborhood Ace. So forget about saving money here compared to the BB stores. What you do get is convenience, great people, and just about everything you need for that quick fix or missing widget while in the middle of a project. Nice store!

Hunter saved the day! Part of our sterilizer broke and I need help finding parts to fix it so we could continue seeing patients. Hunter went out of his way to find a way to fix the part. I greatly appreciate his problem-solving skills. He went as far as putting it together for me and showed me what I needed to do to reattach the part when I got back to the office. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help.

I have been in here three times already and each time they’ve been absolutely wonderful. Always quick to help and very kind. This most recent time I needed a screws for my license plate but didn’t know the size I needed. The store associate brought a box of various screws out to my car and immediately fixed me up. I’ve been very impressed with this place.

The dealership where we purchased our vehicle put our license plates on using incorrect screws so we decided to come up to Ace Hardware to find the right ones. I was having some trouble and asked one of the employees, Hunter, for help. Let me just say, he was nothing short of awesome. Not only did he help me find the correct size, he went out of his way to put both plates on for me outside in this crazy Houston heat. Thank you Hunter! Well definitely be back and theyre dog friendly! Our mastiff got tons of attention.

A little on the high price side, but convenient and friendly service

Small hardware store, but they seemingly have everything you could think of. Exceptional customer service, often I just walk in and ask where something is, theyll gladly show you. Go here before you drive all the way to I45, itll save you time.

Best customer service you will find at a hardware store. The folks there are proactive in reaching out to help and always friendly and pleasant. Most surprisingly, most of the goods in the store are priced competitively to Home Depot and Lowes and the selection is surprisingly good for a relatively small store.

Closing at 6 is super inconvenient for people that want to stop on the way home from work.

This place just opened and I went by just to check it out. In the 10 minutes I was in the store I must have been asked by 7 different people if they could help me find anything. You would never get that kind of service at Lowes or Home Depot. I was also impressed with the selection they have in the store and the little kids section with all the Melissa & Doug stuff. Overall a great store and I will be shopping here regularly.

Its Black Friday and they closed early!! I needed a hex tools set for my drill and stopped by a little before their posted 7pm closing time and their doors were locked and the cashier was counting the register.Im not sure why on one of the biggest shopping days of the year theanager would decide to close early but I was severely disappointed. I guess Im headed to Walmart now.
